Kevin and Jay are awesome. I had never ridden a motorcycle before but they do so well cramming everything in 2 days for you. They aren’t jerks, either — they’re WANTING you to pass the class and will answer any questions you have. Our class was only five people so they were able to be one-on-one with those who struggled a little bit more, which is awesome. I definitely recommend the class. I came in with none, and came out with some more knowledge.
Great Instructors! Carl was very patient and encouraging. Ian looks like Rich Roll and rides with a lot of flair. Kevin was also excellent a very entertaining and thorough instructor. They were all very thorough, thoughtful and it was a great way to spend my money and my weekend
Ride Chicago is awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I took private lessons with Rachel and she was the best: super knowledgeable, patient and fun. She was very encouraging and as a woman it was nice to see a female instructor. I also took the on site licensing exam with Ride Chicago and it was well run and efficient. The range crew all had great energy on a cold, dark morning and really made everyone feel like we could do it. If you’re thinking about lessons or getting licensed, this is the best place to do it!
Excellent place to learn how to ride anything on two wheels. The instructors are really great to work with. Nervous? I was as well. But they will put you at ease and work with you. Their passion for two wheels is evident and they genuinely want to share that with you. Couldn’t recommend them more.
I am truly grateful for Ride Chicago. When I was 16 years old I had dreams of participating at Ride Chicago’s motorcycle school and 15 years later my dream became reality. It was an honor to say I received a course completion certificate and all the jokes and stories placed a mark over my heart. I thought of all the key words and moments frequently as I took another class in Texas due to permanently moving. I had a great experience with Galaxy Driving School and my instructor Andy. He was professional, patient, and worked around my schedule. We focused on highway and city driving, and he helped me build confidence. I did a one-hour practice before my test and passed on the first try—got my license within 3 weeks! Highly recommend!

Andy got me from never sitting behind the wheel of a car to a licensed driver in the state of Illinois in roughly three months. He picked me up at my home for the lessons and let me use his car for the DMV road test. I could not have had a better experience. There are a lot of things I appreciate about Galaxy Driving School, but the most impressive thing to me was how Andy had no desire to waste my time by scheduling me for endless lessons. He was honest when I needed to improve, but steadily built up my driving skills to get me finished with lessons in a really reasonable amount of time. It felt more like he was preparing me to drive in any condition than simply getting me ready to pass a test. The cost and quality of the lessons was unbeatable. Additionally, Andy has a ton of general driving knowledge. Wanna know what the plus and minuses are of a specific route, make of a car, or technique? He can help you. Crystal, the other person who works at Galaxy, is also extremely helpful and has lots of good advice about cars and driving. Genuinely can't say enough nice things about Galaxy Driving School.

I had a great experience at this driving school! I had Sergio, Jorge and Arnold, all 3 instructors were super nice and chill, which made learning to drive way less stressful and easy to get my Drivers license. They were patient, gave clear instructions, and always made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. I definitely recommend this place if you want a relaxed and supportive environment to learn in!

If you’re on the fence about enrolling in driving lessons at Ruiz Driving this is your sign to DO IT! Taking driving lessons here was the best thing I have ever done. The entire staff from the ladies at the front desk to the instructors, are professional and treat everyone with patience and kindness. I used to think the reviews were too good to be true but trust me, they are 100% real! I took classes with Arnold and Sergio and they were both great, patient and knowledgeable instructors with different teaching styles. If you want instruction where you’re constantly being pushed to learn more and do perfect you might want to choose Arnold who is more extroverted. If you’re someone who still likes direct instruction but are okay with being more hands on yourself Sergio, who is more introverted, is your guy! They’re both great in their own ways though 🫶🏻 I had never driven in MY LIFE and got my permit and license in about 2 months after taking a class about every weekend. I noticed HUGE results after the first class and was motivated to keep going. The instructors focus on making you a confident and safe driver which is key to passing the test. I used to think I was never going to learn how to drive but I never once felt nervous or anxious during a class, I really can’t thank them enough 💜💜💜💜

I am glad to have chosen My Drive Academy as my driving school. I had a phenomenal experience with my instructors Luis and Ethan, they were extremely patient and helped me feel more comfortable behind the wheel. After 8-hours of practice, I successfully passed my road test in the first try and obtained my driver’s license. I will say that Luis helped me feel more prepared before the road test as he explained in detail the process and the expectations on how the road test was conducted. I couldn’t have done without the support and therefore I am happy with the service provided.

The classroom was great and atmospheric, cozy and clean, people are friendly, the same as teacher, temperature is always good for being in classroom.

I reached out to Entourage last week after seeing one of their cars in my neighborhood. It was a sign from the universe, as I learned soon after that my permit was set to expire this Saturday. Prior to meeting Brian, I was unfamiliar with the DMVs in the area, I had experienced intense nausea/car anxiety while practicing w others, and I had failed the in-car test multiple times as a teenager. Due to time, I could only schedule two sessions with him. They were easy and quick to schedule, his website was clear, and their’s were the most affordable lessons I had seen in my research. Brian came to my place prompt, kind, and reassuring. He made the experience fun, and he clearly knew exactly what to prepare me for. I had never enjoyed driving before this. He gave me a fantastic mock test and recommended the best testing location for me (and tips on how to get an appointment). Time was cutting close, but after following all his instructions with faith, I passed my driving test this morning! Truly grateful and couldn’t recommend their services more.

Brandon was my instructor for today. We worked on sides streets and main streets. He was very nice and helped guide me through the busy streets in a way that was effective but not taking over. He was very kind and would love to have him as my instructor again.
Javier was my instructor for the road test today. He was extremely kind, reassured me, and was patient. Javier has a way with words, he speaks with a kind and positive demeanor and makes you feel like you can do it. He is a motivational speaker and I successfully passed today because I was focused, as he gave me the confidence and attention I needed . Thank you for being amazing Javier. Carlos was my instructor throughout my classes. After a previous bad experience, I was anxious to drive again. However, Carlos is very understanding, patient, genuine, and understanding. He is very personable and accommodating. He communicates very well, and goes above and beyond. I felt safe, seen, and confident when driving with him and I am so grateful for his teaching approach. Sebastian is an amazing representative and always helps me to the best of his abilities Brenda is the best supervisor. She is very understanding, loving, and too kind. She is always cheerful and happy. She has helped me through my anxious moment, and reassured me to keep going.

Pedro Boch has been my instructor for my 4 lessons. He’s only done the most amazing coaching. The way he explains the rules of the road are like no other. I felt like my driving experience has improved because of his teaching. Definitely one of the best! 100% recommend.

hey i’m 21 and currently a rising senior in college and liked nova’s driving school. ik ig it could be a challenge to choose which instructor you would wanna have BTW lessons like a class and if you’re really looking for an instructor to take BTW lessons, i would strongly recommend manuel! I took every other instructor but really liked manuel. He’s so funny, humbles you (but never in a bad way, he really wants you to do well while driving). He likes to teach you in a fun way while throwing some jokes here and there to build a good relationship with his students. Would recommend him or Diego (he’s also a rlly chill dude)
I had Maria, John Ruben and Mike as my instructors for the driving lessons. I was a beginner to driving, I am now way more confident than ever. All of them are very patient, they’re the best driving instructors I have ever met. I thoroughly enjoyed my class. They help you build your confidence as well! The entire Nova team was excellent from start to finish. I corresponded by email with Betza to book 6 lessons for a new adult driver, and she was super helpful and responsive. I had a great experience with Nova! I started as a nervous adult who had never been behind the wheel to getting my license after 6 lessons! I loved all my instructors, Michele, Jeremiah, Lee and Myeshia. They all added great knowledge and insight. Scheduling is a bit difficult, if you want a specific driver you have to schedule a month out. I still ended up having to wait a month between my 5th and 6th lessons even while being open to any instructor. Had Jeremiah for my road test and he was superb, definitely helped any nerves I had leading up to the test. I would not have been able to pass without Nova!
I wanted to give Jennifer the Driver from Nova a good review. So far she has had the best communication of anyone we've dealt with at Nova. My son recently lost his original driving instructor. He really liked her. We were hoping to get him a good replacement. Jennifer has kept me in the loop about whats going on every step of the way. She is also very pleasant to talk with. My son hasn't had a lesson with Jennifer yet, but I plan on requesting her for his future lessons. He customer service skills alone are top tier. Thank you Jennifer!
Nova Driving School is amazing! Both my instructors were cheering me on through my driving lessons and my RT Instructor, Michele, a dynamite and wonderful person! She was extremely supportive and encouraged me constantly with my driving, even through my mistakes! I felt so much ease being with her and was able to get my license thanks to her advice!!
Super helpful with the process of getting your license. Jeremiah was especially helpful on the day of my road test. They are super busy, and might be difficult to schedule a lesson that’s sooner than 2 weeks away.

I’ve always had driving anxiety so I was very hesitant to start driving school. When I started I had a couple of different instructors. Javier,Jamie,Carlos and David were all VERY patient with me and very genuine. In total in I’ve had 6 lesson by lesson 3 I was very confident in my skills and my anxiety went from a level 10 to a 3 quickly. Today I took my driving test I was so nervous I started to cry cause how nervous I was . Javier was my instructor today and he helped me down and told me I was going to be okay and reassured me . I swear I thought I was going to fail but I passed !!! Each and every instructor I’ve had put confidence into me each session and if I was to recommend a driving school it would DEFINITELY be this one . 10/10
My instructor was Javier. His teaching was excellent: he was patient but thorough. He would notice my mistakes and give me tips to correct them. Taught driving in a way that is efficient and smooth -- not just "good enough for the test" -- I'll be continuing to drive the way he taught going forward. Getting my CDL by attending 160 Driving Academy was a great experience. First off speaking with Tiffany about the classroom and then the driving she was spot on how and what you could expect. She was very knowledgeable and professional. After the week of class I went to the DMV and tested for my permit which I felt well prepared for from the classroom learning. I passed the written test and went on to learn how to drive a truck for the next four weeks. Doug and Jay were instructors for teaching this part. During this part I highly recommend not only learning from the instructors but work with the other classmates practicing what is being taught for pre-trip inspection. Doug and Jay were not only professional and knowledgeable about teaching how to do the pre-trip and drive, but I also felt safety was always on their minds. The whole experience went by with a feeling I was learning about preparing for testing to get my CDL and starting a new career. My plan from the beginning was to find a part time job since I am retired. Well, I can honestly say I have not had a problem finding work. I could drive full-time with no problem hauling asphalt, gravel, sand, etc. I even called Tiffany and Doug, letting them know how companies are looking for drivers. One other thing is that several of us from the class have become friends and stay in contact with each other. They also say how they are enjoying their new career.
Just finished this class and I can’t thank the instructors enough for all the help. As long as you listen to what they teach you then you will for sure pass. They take out any question on if you’ll pass or not and make sure you’re ready to pass. Great group of guys you will be working side by side with very comfortable place to be.

I would like to thank Nova Driving School for my road test preparation. I've been a struggling driver for years. Anxiety held me back from getting my license sooner as an adult, but Augustine was very encouraging. I failed my road test the first time, but purchased the 1 hour BTW & road test to try again. Agustine helped me fix the errors in my driving and gave me tips on how to be safe on the road. He's a great instructor! I definitely felt less anxious with him and more willing to learn. Because of Nova, I received my driver's license today at the Lexington location. I highly encourage anyone to look into Nova for road test preparation, especially anxious, first-time student drivers. They're incredible!
Edgar was a great instructor! Patient, informative and great communication skills! He even called me early on the day of road test when there was a mess up of appointments, so I didn't have to travel all the way. Augustine was very cheerful and encouraging too. The only reason for the 4 stars is the call wait times. I've had to wait close to an hour twice and still could not get through. Getting to talk to someone is extremely difficult at times. Please upstaff there.
Smooth instructors and who really can work with anyone. For all beginner adults I recommend the 8 hr section for $400. After that just do some practice on your own and you can have your license in a month or two.
It was a great experience working with Ismail to get my license. At 35 yrs old and getting my license for the first time I thought it would be a tough challenge, but Ismail made it happen in just 5 classes. He knows what he’s doing. He would ease my nerves and make me feel comfortable. He never lost his cool and was very patient with me. He taught me everything that I needed to know in order to pass the Road Test at the DMV. Nova Driving school also has great customer service. Every time I would call I would get a very nice and professional representative that was always helpful. Definitely recommend Nova Driving School for your driving needs and ask for Ismail.
My experience with Nova Driving School was excellent-- their instructors were patient and skilled, all-the-while answering any questions I had without judgment. Another aspect that set them apart from other driving schools were the flexibility of their lessons-- they have a large number of instructors who can accommodate a large portion of the day, which makes scheduling very simple and stress-free.

Nova is truly the number one driving school in Chicago! They have a great system, friendly staff, and the best instructors. I highly recommend them!
I had Jessica as my teacher and she made class so fun. She explained everything clearly and didn't read word for word in the textbook. She only taught us what we needed to know and made learning worthwhile. Other teachers might have had technical problems but she had few to none. I had a great time learning with her.
Martha was so enthusiastic and supportive preparing me for my driving test. She is absolutely the best person for this stage of the process.
I had a blast working with the instructor “Jessica” she is really amazing at what she does and teaches so well and calmly. I recommend her highly as a teacher for your child to get the permit. She knows exactly What she is doing with her job and will get you your permit as quickly and smoothly as possible. Really good class. Nova is amazing and so is it’s teachers. Just 8 classes and I passed the road test at the first try! I was so terrified of cars and driving in general but with Carlos all those worries disappeared instantly. He was super professional and PATIENT, very methodical and detailed teaching me how to observe and interpret the road, measure the car size on the street and understand how traffic works. Everything feels like a videogame now and I feel empowered and free. I'll always recommend this school! After learning with them you'll no longer be a nervous driver.

I had an amazing experience here. All of the instructors and Scott were really helpful. They make sure you have everything you need and you're good to go with pre trip, skills, and driving before going to the dmv for the CDL test. If you put in hard work, the easier it's going to be and you're going to be in a good spot. If you're wasting time and you're not trying at all, well don't be surprised when the instructors are looking for you to get your stuff back together and when your hours are running out. I will never forget this experience, thank you!
Im not going to lie the yard is cold. I did not initially like being here, and I felt like it was a lot of money spent for the time you get with the instructors. But at the end of the day, I was one and done. I passed my CDL test on the first try without any points, and no pull ups on skills. If you are determined, and dedicated to getting your CDL, Charles, Gene, Jay, Frank, Zach, Ms Bony, Gary, and Rob will do everything in their power to make sure you pass the test so you can better yourself and start a career. I am grateful for my time at 160 driving academy. They know what they are talking about. You will have plenty of time to learn. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. I learned a lot out there in the freezing cold.
I passed my CDL A Automatic test first try. I will say Paying 5k out of pocket is not worth it. When I went to 160 they only had 2 garbage international trucks with 15+ students. They had us freezing our butts off outside in the winter in negative temperatures. They also don’t give everyone enough drive time. It really depends on the student to be able to absorb information quickly and to be able to immediately comprehend how a truck/trailer maneuvers. They put a lot of stress on people in a very short time frame. Not everyone is able to learn like that. Some of the guys were decent teachers but Some were slightly racist and sexist to some of the woman in class. BE WARNED. The entire trucking industry is sketchy. These companies try to prey on people that have no life. People they can force to stay OTR and underpay. I don’t see these schools as any different. Each student is just another 5k. If you can get it covered by a grant then do that but if I could go back I definitely wouldn’t have wasted my time and money.

It is a great school and I can't recommend it enough. I signed up the 8 hour package, and my experience has been excellent. Instructor was patient, kind and fun! She made the lessons so relaxed (the nervous wreck that I was before) that a few minutes behind the wheel, I saw no difference between driving and walking.

I liked Heidi and the class very much. With current circumstances, I had to do this class via zoom. However, I feel like each class I learned a lot and at a quick pace. The environment even over a zoom call was very friendly and chill. I completed this class within a months time yet it felt so short. Having a short number of people in the class made it easy for us to get along and communicate. Overall, I am thankful to have completed drivers ed thoroughly and quickly , even during such a difficult time as now.
This school is great 10/10 would recommend it. They are so patient and understanding, they are doing great with the Covid precautions. The learning process is great as well my instructor gave us examples and personal experiences which made it more interesting, more easier to understand what we were learning.

My instructor was Elizabeth Hoelstra. She is an amazing instructor! From the very first lesson, Lisa helped me feel calm and comfortable behind the wheel. Although I already had my driver's license, it had been several years since I last drove, so I was quite anxious getting back into it. But Lisa's support made all the difference. I began my lessons on November 2nd, and after six sessions and lots of practice on my own, I took the in-car driving test on November 26th—and I passed! Everything about my experience of attending 160 driving Academy at the Springfield IL location to obtain my CDL was above expectations! Enrolling was a breeze with the help from Janie in the office. Not only is she very sweet and attentive but she also goes above and beyond to help every student pursue their career! I cant count how many times she answered my calls to help me out when I had a question even if she was off work on the weekend or a holiday... As far as the instructors go Joe and Dwayne are awesome! I have witnessed both of them go out of their way to help students by coming in on off days coming in early or answering calls off the clock. They help in any way possible to make sure you get the education you need. If your not feeling so confident they will make you feel comfortable and remind you that you can and will get what you came for! Let me tell you this now, Alpha is one of the top best schools to go to get your CDL license. They have a lot of benefits and the staff is there to push you harder in order for you to feel ready for the big day. I live east of O’Hare and have 3 CDL schools around me but nothing beats Alpha. Their pricing is amazing and they care about you. I had problems with other schools with them not taking care of me and or not being flexible with my schedule. I would enthusiastically recommended this place for anyone, especially an adult, who wants an efficient, timely, and affordable way to get your license through a driving school. I did the 8 hr adult beginner package and the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful with everything. It was so easy to book and pay online, and she handles everything with the lessons and booking a road appointment at the DMV. My instructor (instructor #2), Ben was very tough! But tough in a good way cause he really pushes you to become better and he expects excellence from you. The lessons are super affordable as well and the fact that for the last lesson, they make you do a practice test that mirrors the exact road test was extremely helpful cause I knew exactly what to do on the road test. Overall, a great place for anyone to get their license!!

Getting my license as a beginner, never drove before. At this school, I got to learn how to drive and drive safely. I was so nervous at the beginning and become more and more confident thanks to Michael, my instructor. Michael, is very goal-oriented and he teaches skills and knowledge. He is strict during driving lessons but very nice and funny to make me feel more comfortable in driving. Michael is very supportive and thoughtful. He has massive experiences and knows what is required for driving and prepares me for the test. The school organizes one instructor for the whole journey so that the instructor can follow up quickly with the progress and provide useful lessons. Michelle is very proactive and helpful with scheduling. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent driver instructors! Really care about the students, very happy with these guys. Also my daughter just completed Top Driver 3 years after my son specificity with Bill McFarlane who is an excellent instructor!! He really cares and goes over with the parents after every driving lesson on how the students did. Teaches to parallel park too! Great guy, request Bill!
Top driver is an amazing driving school. Mr.Parker is the best though. He helped me when I needed to get all my drives done in a timely manner, he taught me in a way that made me feel comfortable driving and never nervous. He is an amazing instructor. He made it so easy for me to become a better driver.
In class lessons were thorough! Drives in the car were overall decent. Instructors were personable and helpful most of the time!
Today I just finished my last drive with Mr. Parker, and let me say he was an amazing driving instructor. He helped me when I needed to get my lessons done and has an amazing instructing style that made me not anxious behind the wheel. He is most certainly the best driving instructor you could have for the Joliet Top Driver.
I was a student for Mr. Parker I did my 2nd all the way through my last drive with him. He made me feel cool calm and collective as I was driving if I messed up we wouldn’t freak out and I would learn from the things that he said I could do to fix things. He was very nice all the drives and overall just a great instructor.

Akif and Humaira were both very patient instructors and taught me how to drive well and be safe for the road! Passed the road test!
Akif did a great job teaching my daughter how to drive and helping her get her license. He was flexible with her schedule and available when we had questions. I highly recommend Asia Driving School!
My driving teacher was Lizzette and was a phenomenal teacher. Lizzette helped me become a more confident driver and was very patient with me. When I first started driving with her I was unsure about my left turns, but Lizzette made them cleaner. I would highly recommend her as your driving instructor because she is very nice and always on time to get you. Lizzette is a wonderful person who helped me become a stronger, more independent driver.
I honestly didn’t enjoy my experience at all. I don’t think anything was properly explained and when I asked for clarification, I didn’t really receive the clarity I needed. I feel like telling someone to do something and not explaining the why, defeats the entire purpose. Kept answering phone calls which I felt the phone should’ve been answered and tended to after my appointment. I asked him to show me how to park and he didn’t properly show nor explain it to me. Overall, I don’t really feel confident that I learned much in my 2 hour course.
I took driving lessons with Lizzette, and she was incredibly patient, providing clear and detailed instructions. After just 8 hours of lessons, I passed my test on the first attempt! I used to feel anxious and fearful behind the wheel, but after taking lessons with Lizzette, I now feel confident and know exactly what to do. I highly recommend Lizzette and Asia Driving School.

This class is great. Glad that the teachers are so easygoing and fun but they also make the class so educational. They're definitely the best for preparing me to drive.

The front desk staff was so friendly and professional, and Mario, our instructor, was truly outstanding. He was warm, knowledgeable, and kept the class engaged the entire time. Extremely helpful and patient. You can tell he really cares! I drove over an hour to take the Chicago chauffeur license class, and it was completely worth it. Highly recommend!

This is a great driving school! The instructors are super friendly and make getting your license a fun experience. I would highly recommend this driving school to everyone! What I liked the most was that the behind the wheel lessons were not just boring and plain, they were fun and you also learn many valuable life lessons. Remember you're not just going with any driving instructor, you're going with the BEST! I would highly recommend Carlos!
Based on what I'm seeing swerving back and forth on McCormick blvd at ~25mph with a teacher sitting passenger, I would definitely NOT recommend them!!!

My sister needed driving lessons. We were able to contact Amigo and get information from Victor. He was extremely helpful, a week later we booked classes and my sister will be taking her road test with the confidence that she will receive her license. She loved victor and his patience with her since it was her first time behind the wheel. I recommend this place.
I came into Amigo Driving School after failing the Driving test twice in Florida. My behind the wheel driving instructor was Kate. She is a patient and well informed driving instructor. I was able to pass the test after doing the intermediate adult package. She made sure that I was confident and we also had some fun conversations throughout the duration of my lessons. I highly recommend Amigo Driving School for any drivers beginner or intermediate. Victor was helpful over the phone, friendly and attentive. Thank you guys!
I'm an experienced driver and needed to issue the Illinois driver's license. With Amigo Driving School, I had all needed support to achive this goal. Miguel taught me everything a good driver needs to know and I felt very confident during the road test. Also, Miguel and Washington were very patient and respectful. Strongly recommend!
Absolutely wonderful! Passed the test on the first try after working with Jessie (Yessenia). She is an amazing instructor -- tough but fair, always supportive and encouraging. Driving lessons + life advise you need to hear (if you choose to share). The school is very good about working around your schedule and accommodating route preferences. I feel as though I am both a much cautious and confident driver now. Could not recommend strongly enough.
I recommend amigo driving school. The owner Yesenia was a great instructor when she gave me my classes. the receptionist was very professional she did an amazing job on letting me know what packaged they have and how everything work. You guys should go check them out.

I have been taking lessons with Julio and I could not be happier. I had a lot on anxiety and nervousness before my first lesson and about 30 minutes in I began to relax. Julio is very patient instructor and he explains the needed skills clearly and thoroughly. Schedule your lessons with Chicago Driving School you will not be disappointed. They provided excellent training. Listen and do what the instructors tell you to do and you will pass. They were extremely flexible and able to work around my work schedule. All of the instructors were highly skilled, proficient and very approachable. One on one time was made available as needed. The student to instructor ratio is good. They maintain an excellent training facility and insure working vehicles are always available. The pre-trip is taught in a way that is structured making excellent results easily achievable. Going to advantage driver training was a good experience everyone was patient and knowledgeable at getting me through the steps to start my new career path.
Cdl School is over crowded and a wreck with organization , they feed you so much bull crap about how you can get in and out within 3 to 4 weeks , The place was overcrowded there they have 4 operational trucks , 1 truck for pretrip and around 60 to 70 students, I went there for 2 months every day trying to get drive time and learn how to drive a manual vehicle. The mentality there is first come first serve The instructors are rude a Have 0 patience with student who have never touched a manual vehicle Waste of time and money , I recommend finding a different school
This school is great! Do not believe bad reviews of lazy students! Not only did they teach me a lot and give me plenty of one on one instruction! They also worked with me through some very serious family issues. Could not be happier! Great place to get a CDL as long as your paicent. The teachers there are Exelent the curriculum is good. They will get you through to get a licence. As for the ower Jeff he is rude toward students and instructors all he cares about is money it seems like. When I was done with the testing I filled out the school review which was good things except for the over population problem I encountered and he confronted me about the comment. A day or two later I went to claim a copy of my medical form and when I showed up I didn't pick up on it right away but he made a comment about how he was so busy and kept pushing the issue of the comment I put on that sheet I held my tongue took my sheet and left another rude experience.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst customer service experience in my life. For context, I only wanted to do Behind the Wheel since that is the only portion I needed (I completed the Classroom portion beforehand at my high school). I paid $500, was there for about 4-5 days, everyday I was asking the supervisor how I can only do the Behind the Wheel portion and not the Classroom one. They kept stalling me the entire time, only telling me that they needed to ask the Oswego location manager. How does the Oswego location manager have anything to do with this? Then, on the last day I was there, they told me to just contact customer service. Couldn't they have just told me that the first day I was there? Yes of course, but they needed to stall me for more days so they wouldn't have to refund. After I called customer service, they said they wouldn't refund at all. I didn't even learn anything new in those 4-5 days, it was all common sense (ex: don't drink and drive). They scammed me of $500 and refused to refund. Also, the overall class is terrible, the supervisor just sits there most of the class period and they play outdated videos from like 2008 for 2/3 of the time. Also the room is extremely freezing cold, it's so cramped to the point nobody has personal space, and the bathroom is dirty. It's overpriced, staff are lazy or rude or will stall you, customer service is horrible, and the actual education is not worth the money. Additionally, when I emailed customer service about only doing Behind the Wheel, they asked me to show proof that I passed the Classroom portion at school. I gave them proof, I showed them multiple screenshots of my grade to show I passed. Then they asked for proof of the final grade passing, I sent a screenshot of that too. They didn't believe me, saying it is not "valid proof" (literal screenshots from StudentVUE...) and made me email my teacher to get a teacher's note stating I passed. Then I had to go back and forth emailing my teacher to get the note and etc. Also throughout this entire endeavor they were being rude and I did not feel welcome at all. Honestly just go to any other location or company like Excel Driving School or the Naperville location for Top Driver because this one is terrible.
Thank you for the weekend class offerings, especially for a student athlete! Can't say enough great things about the instruction, assistance from teachers & feedback after driving lessons!

My driving instructor was very patient, funny, and intelligent about all the rules of the road.
When I came to Illinois, I took driving lessons with ASIA . But the man named AKIF was very rude to me. Don’t yell at your students because it’s unprofessional and upsets the student. A person you don’t even know.
Teacher was extremely nice. Doesn’t make you nervous. Teaches you everything you need to know. Got my license the next day!
