Just finishing my course and CDL training through Agape and it was the best experience ever. Roderick was an excellent instructor and I just want to say thank you for the experience. I highly recommend Agape CDL Training!!! Super excited for my future.
I want to thank Rodrick for my experience with the CDL driver training, I would highly recommend Agape to anyone looking to get CDL or just upgrade to A class as I did . They are very patient, polite, courageous and respectful, You will get the tools you need to pass , thanks again.
I not only got my cdls here (April 2023), but I recently took the dispatcher course and I must say it was amazing! Jannette was very knowledgeable, patient and informative! She made sure I understood the information, showed me examples and walked me step by step! I highly recommend Agape if your looking to get your dispatching started. The course was only a week and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! Look no further Agape is definitely your first choice and the best choice!
Very great school with wonderful instructors. My experience at Agapè was everything I looked forward to it being. Lots of hands on training from day 1 to test day. I highly recommend considering Agapè as a candidate to anyone.
It is a very great CDL school. All staff are very patient and friendly. And they teach you everything you need in detail. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get their CDL license. Thank you Agape. God bless.

I enjoyed the time I was enrolled there. Zee is a great instructor just wish she didn’t move on to other and better things. The other instructors gave you there time and experience and it helped me a lot.
This has to be the BEST CDL school around! I loved all of the instructors! They really work with you to make sure you’re prepared! To Crystal, you are a beast with teaching Pre -Trip!!! Zee, you are the Queen of the road! You taught me so much! Congratulations on your promotion! 🙌🏾 Doug, anytime I ever have trouble from now on with backing I’m sure you face will appear in my thoughts! 😂🤣 Thank you for putting up with me out in that hot sun while I made the same repeated mistakes over and over and you never lost your smile! My experience with this company as a first timer was definitely a 10/10 , after not being able to book an appointment online I reached out to the company and got a response less than 10 minutes later. The customer service is top tier. My driving instructor Mr.McNeil made my experience the best , he’s extremely calm and patient while coaching when needed, I would definitely recommend this company to any first time drivers.
good driving school, the driver Matt Johnson was fantastic, helped with my anxiety and explained things rather well.
I recommend choosing literally any driving school besides this one. After confirming an appointment, they don't show up because their instructor says it's too far, but they also don't communicate that at all so we were left waiting and had to call them ourselves several times because it went to their full voicemail inbox. After finally getting through, their director Juwan Smith took absolutely no accountability for the lack of communication and did nothing to make it right besides reschedule. He was rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. He also made a point of saying that he doesn't think their cancelation is a valid reason for me to get my money back, and that their policy allows them to do this. Beware that if they cancel on you, they will unprofessionally force you to reschedule and do nothing that any reputable company would to take responsibility. There are way more legitimate driving schools to go to besides this one! Also, check out the other 1 star reviews, this isn't the first time they canceled and fight to give the money back.
Matt was awesome!! He was really helpful and we had a smooth sailing first lesson!
My son took driving classes with Ms Reece. She taught him how to drive and how to be confident behind the wheel of the car. He now critique my driving!!! Thank you so much for your patience and teaching skills. Reece is a really nice lady. I would recommend All in 1 to anyone who wants to learn how to drive. I really appreciated that they pick you up from your home and return you back to your home. She also took him to take his driving test. I have already recommended them to a friend for her grand daughter.

I have a good job already and was looking for somewhere that wouldn’t inadvertently force my resignation to train during work hours, as well as being in budget. After a few calls to various big name facilities that were preparing to raise their prices in the new year and were often some distance away from the city, I eventually found KLA and spoke w/ the owner, Kevin; he had plenty of training experience and was willing to work around my schedule to accommodate night classes. The hours were shorter, but I spent much more time behind the wheel than most folks at an academy as Kevin only handles a small but steady stream of trainees. Professionally speaking, he is very knowledgeable, well-connected and patient w/ the learning process. KLA has a large, fenced yard and is conveniently located downtown, just blocks west of I-65. After obtaining my CDL(A), a coworker liked the sound of my experience so much that he is signing-up as well and another is trying for his permit alone before doing likewise, although that service is offered also. No real complaints, we worked through everything in the end and Kevin has been a valuable resource to continue following-up w/ after the fact.
I had a great experience with this academy. I walked in knowing how to move a hostler (smaller 18 wheeler) but they took the time and patience to ensure that I knew how to move the bigger truck. They helped with any questions I had about obtaining my license and submitting my MEC. I would highly recommend 160 to anyone wanting to get their license. To any future students all I have to say is: listen to what they are telling you to do. They want you to pass. Thank you.
It's ridiculous that this school will not publish their price on their website or anywhere else. EVERY phone number goes to the national call center and you can't get a price without making an appointment for an in-person meeting. I'm NOT taking time off from work just to find out HOW MUCH SOMETHING COSTS. Almost every other school for CDLs posts their price, not this one. Mark them off your list!
I have a friend who was very dedicated but had some unforeseen situations come up, and they were unwilling to communicate properly and work through the issues. They were very unprofessional about how they handled the situation! They did not treat everyone in the program with the same respect and showed favoritism toward the white men in the program. There were several instances that made it clear they were harsher in the black people in the program. Overall they were rude, unprofessional and demonstrated prejudice!
If you are looking to get your Commercial Driver’s License, I recommend 160 Driving Academy. My recommendation is solely because of my instructor on the yard, Mr. Isaiah. I got my license because of the instructor, not the school. Let me be clear. Mr. Isaiah is a man of faith, and he is determined to complete the task at hand and get you your license. He pays great attention to detail and he works with you individually. We overcame obstacles like limited reps and limited trucks. I'm not sure if I would have given it such a high rating had it not been for him. Other students have voiced the same to me about him. I also want to thank Mrs. Diane. I didn't work with her as much, but when I did, she was exceptional. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars, because of the instructor.

8. Scissum Driving Academy
6408 Eric St NW, 35810 Huntsville (Alabama)

He's very good at what he does. You just have to listen to him. He was very helpful and keep up the good work!
He was very patient and calm, this was a great experience. He makes you drive everywhere, which is great for learners. He also makes you drive the Huntsville driving course, which was very helpful. I recommend him highly.
Mr. Scissum was able to teach my step-daughter basic driving skills and helped her gain the confidence to continue driving even though this skill is particularly challenging for her. He was clear in his instructions, could identify individual issues and offered correction in a friendly, genuine manner. He was able to make special accommodations, without our asking, in order for her to be more at ease - he was able to assess this within the first hour. Mr. Scissum is obviously a skilled instructor, a genuine individual, and knows what he's doing on the road. His cars are up to date, well marked, and equipped for safety. Much better than what I learned on in school!
Good experience , taught me tips and simpler techniques than drivers Ed at my school.
