Max was great! First time driving ever and passed my drivers test within 2 weeks of obtaining my permit with flying colors. He also is super safe and ensures his students safety while on the road.

Got my license in the first attempt thanks to Max! He taught me how to navigate the different rules, be safe as a driver and made me practice my weak areas multiple times till I felt confident. I’m so grateful to Max!

I am very happy with the experience with Max. My son failed the driving test more than once and I thought that the examiners were not being fair because i felt that my son was a very good driver. After going to Max, we realized that he definitely was missing some required preparation. Max took lot of responsibility, was very engaged in the teaching and made sure that my son was adequately prepared and we are so happy that he passed the test. Max is a no-nonsense person. He will not be easy on you. But if you are really intent on learning driving well, and also pass the test, you can rely on him.

Luis is a great instructor and he’s fun and he helped me through these lessons and I was ready to get a refund when I got my first lesson with Otisha but I’m glad I didn’t give up. Luis is a 5 star in my book

After using another service for my older child, I decided we needed a different option for Driving Lessons. A friend recommended SafePass. Scheduling was easy, prompt and all lessons were scheduled at the beginning. Once completed, the certificate of completion was promptly delivered. My teen found that the lessons taught him things that we had not, and felt that they were valuable to him....Was a great experience and happy to have an alternative to our last Driver Lesson experience.

This is by far the best driving school in Michigan. A lot of driving schools just reiterate what you learn on paper, but here you'll learn actual driving skills. They also don't scam you, I asked about taking more lessons than I should initially, and they were honest about not needing more than I thought initially. He was correct, and I passed my exam with no effort.

You can ask for no better instructor than Andrew. I went in with very little confidence and experience, but with his lessons I grew as a driver so much faster than I thought I could. I highly recommend Andrew to a driver of any skill level, age, or background. Cox-Mckenzie can prepare you for any challenge the road may throw at you and Andrew is a fantastic instructor and a great guy. Thanks again!

Cox-McKenzie was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm very glad they did because I had a great experience! All of the instructors I had- Shonett Davis, Stephen Roberts, Scott Morton, and Andrew Cox- were fantastic teachers, with Andrew in particular going above and beyond to help me prepare for my road test. I was able to pass my road test with a little over 1 month of practice, and I have Cox-McKenzie to thank for it!

Mr. Cox taught me how to drive back in 2018. He was a fantastic instructor, who made the class engaging and was always ready to help anyone who needed it. I had a blast on drives with him; they are some of my fondest memories. I’ve recommended him to several friends over the years and all of them say the same thing. I’d suggest that everyone learns to drive from him.

At first, I was really nervous about the driving test, but my instructor Andrew helped me so much. He gave me practical tricks and life hacks, especially for backing up and parallel parking, which really helped during the test. Because I had those tricks, I wasn’t nervous at all. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and is just a really fun person to be around, which made the lessons enjoyable and easy to learn from. Highly recommend!

Very professional and great with my son and family. We were worked into the schedule with little notice, picked up and dropped off at home every session. My son was somewhat nervous, and Jason was so easy to learn from, his instruction was simple and worth every minute of the week we spent with him. Can't recommend him highly enough to anyone learning to drive.

Our kid bought driving lessons through them. They never called to book the times we have reached out multiple times with zero response. $350 wasted we have been trying to contact them for almost a year at this point and no one will call us back. Hard earned money gone. Do not use them! My review is NOT fake!! I have called and left many messages. Here is a photo of the order with the order number. The classes were never scheduled and anytime we call we get a voicemail and no return calls!

My instructor was Amanda, and she was awesome! Very kind, supportive and helpful. I took my road test the very next day after our last Driving session, and I passed, after going to the DMV to take my test 3 times prior October first of this year I finally passed! 419 Driver school is great! Highly recommend.

They say they work with adults but every time I call for lesson they say the are only helping children. Call back in a month or in the summer. When you call back it is the same story. Been going on for 2 years.

Took my road test 11/1/2024. I was a little apprehensive going in to taking the road test. I went through this driving school because of all of the positive reviews. I went out practicing twice before my test, the had a review right before I took my test. I felt I was thoroughly prepared and I passed my road test. Parallel parking was made incredibly I would definitely recommend pa one way driving school to anybody that needs or wants to practice before taking the road test.

I had amazing flexibility with my classes and every single drive was smooth and easy! The classes were great and the service was so relieving and helpful the way they worked around my schedule. Absolutely amazing!

My daughter had a great experience with Overbeke. They were great at making sure her in-cars fit well with her schedule and in a time frame that it was completed before her birthday. They were very professional and responsive and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good driving school.

this was most definitely the worst experience with a business i’ve ever had. The owner(s) are extremely rude, and it had taken me a year to get my license. Firstly, before i even started driving school, the owner would never reply to any text messages or calls that was sent to him and would usually take many days to respond. Aside from that, once i had completed my driving school i had taken the written test. I was told results would be sent to my email by 7pm that same night, and when it was past 7, i had texted the owner regarding my test results, they asked for my name and had never responded to me after i provided my information. I had ended up reviving my results off my mom’s phone around 4 days later after we had both sent multiple texts. Extremely unprofessional. After i had completed my written test in june, the earliest they could get me for behind the wheel was mid September. The only positive thing i have to say about this driving school was my driving instructor. I was told after i finished behind the wheel it would take a week for my driving certification to come in. Throughout the week, my mom har sent multiple texts to the owner asking questions about when it would get forwarded to her, where she should look and what email we want it sent to. My certificate had not been forwarded to me till the 26th which i had completed my final behind the wheel on September 19th. The owner had ignored every text we sent asking questions and had told us the certificate was sent to my mothers email on the 22nd which was never sent. This driving school is not recommend. They’re extremely unprofessional and rude.

The people who were doing the drivers license testing were extremely professional and polite. They made my son feel comfortable behind the wheel! Highly recommend! We had been to other testing centers and the staff were not welcoming or friendly to deal with.

Give negative points if possible. I had booked an appointment for 10:30 and got there by 10 and checked in. System was very unorganized although some employees were nice some weren’t. Anyway had to wait til 11:40 to take my exam and everything I did was right but the tester said you didn’t come full stop at stop sign, automatic fail. Bro I stopped for at least 2 seconds because that’s how I been practicing. Do not waste your time and money and go somewhere else for testing.

The instructor, Xin Xin, was great! She had a lot of helpful tips to improve my driving and I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. ☺️

three lessons, and i got my license in less than two weeks! my instructor was very helpful & patient even though it was my first time driving. i didn't have a car but the school has rental services for my test too. 5/5!

Waste of money each lesson was $300 and I barely was taught anything and you still have to pay $300+ for them to take you to do the drivers test even if you did lessons

The driving school provided a car to use at the DMV, and transportation to and from the DMV, at an affordable rate, and they were able to accommodate my last-minute schedule. 10/10 experience overall, highly recommend!!

I’m 31 with very minimal driving experience.. My daughter's confidence has grown after spending 8 hours with Ben. He immediately identified and corrected some inconsistencies with her driving style and redirected her with positivity and a different approach to handling difficult situations such as merging in traffic and sudden road construction. Hey I just had my first driving lesson with Express Driving School, which is my second lesson ever. I felt absolutely blessed to drive with them. The instructor, Joe was patient, very safe and informative. I felt heard and validated, and actually enjoyed the lesson as I began to learn more and get good verbal and non-verbal feedback that told me weather I was on the right track or not. He also gave me something’s to work on so that I could pass my exam coming up. I felt good vibes all around that said this driving school wants to teach and not just make a quick buck, I highly recommend this school to all new drivers. Thanks !!…. A couple weeks later I now have my drivers license, I took the test this morning and passed!!! I’m so greatful for Express Driving School. The instructors Jay and Joe are awesome. They are both patient but steady in their methods, have a good outlook on life and are focused. This reassured me that I was in good hands and was another thing that prompted me to keep going. Looking back I’m remembering my first driving lesson with Joe, I remember how he helped me face a fear I had about driving in my lane, I was driving closer to the side walk because I didn’t want to get too close to the incoming cars lol so thanks again Joe, he helped me crush that fear, slowly but surely… I once again recommend Express Driving School for all new drivers or maybe even experienced drivers that may want to sharpen their skills a bit.

Paul was an excellent, patient , honest and very detailed instructor. I had a two hour lesson with him the day before my test. He had me drive to the DMV, showed me how to check in, and showed me where to park before and after the lesson. He then had me practice around the neighborhood where the test would be held. He basically did a mock test for me. On the day of my exam, I just followed his instructions and I passed my test!! The reviews made me to register with this school and trust me, they are real and true reviews. Paul and NorCal are excellent!!

I did the online traffic school and it was straight forward. There was a technical issue with my certificate and the woman on the phone went out of her way to help me which I appreciate immensely. I definitely recommend this school!

Norcal Driving school allowed me to overcome my fear of driving. Instructor Paul was very helpful and patient. i’ve got my driver license and i would’ve not been able to do so without this amazing driving school. Thank you so much!

I had neal for my instructor and he is terrific. Told me everything I need to know about the driving test and where I need to pay attention. And I have much more confidence for the road test now. Definitely recommend to have Neal teaching you. 5 star coach!

This helped me pass the driver’s test just now after I failed the first time (on parallel parking). Worked with Nick and didn’t do the full 5/6 lessons, because I had some driving practice already and really just needed to work on parallel parking. That said, he does a great job of drilling the basics and making sure that you build good habits while driving.

I took my driver exam with The PA Driving school. My Instructor was DAVE! Dave was awesome. He was very patient and helped with both driving and curving my anxiety. I didn’t focus on how many lessons I just took lessons until I was comfortable enough to take my test. I like the fact that the school schedules everything for you with the exam. MAKE SURE TO BOOK YOUR LESSONS WITH DAVE! He definitely deserves a raise..!! THANK YOU TO PA DRIVING SCHOOL I GOT MY LICENSE 12/29..

My driving instructor Nick was fantastic! He was very patient and taught the foundations very well right from the start. He teaches a simple system for parallel parking that makes it super easy. Nick is an amazing teacher! I just passed my test today and wouldn't have been able to without Nick's help. He turned a very scared and nervous mature, first time learner into a confident and safe driver. I never thought I'd be able to parallel park but Nick's technique is so easy! I highly recommend Pennsylvania Driving School and think it's the best option in the city. Definitely worth every penny!

Bick's was a great experience start to finish. We liked that they still offer in person classes since many have gone to the online option. We had an easy time scheduling our son's in car drive time perfectly in between a family vacation and his drivers test. We plan to continue to use Bick's for our other kids as they come of age.

They were wonderful to work with and my daughter had a great learning experience with all the drivers she was with. There was a scheduling issue due to an injured instructor but they worked with our schedule to still get her driving time completed prior to her scheduled driving test. Highly recommend!

Bick's East was very easy to work with. Randy was prompt when returning messages and we had an easy time setting up in-car lessons for our daughter. She said her instructor was very nice and helped calm her nerves. We would recommend Bick's East!

The classes are really fun, the teacher I had (Adam) made the classes really fun with Kahoot's and stuff along those lines. My in-car teacher was nice as well, he let me figure out what i was doing on my own and gave advice when I asked or when something was going to go wrong.

We had a wonderful experience with Lacey at the driving academy teaching our daughter! She always gave feedback after every session and our daughter felt safe and comfortable with her!

More than just a regular driving school that teaches you the basics. I would never have thought to teach my daughter some of the things that they covered. My daughter had both Travis & Glen. Glen did test prep with her on the same route she actually took her test. He was there to cheer her on test day. She got 100% on her test and I am comfortable knowing she is well prepared to be out on the road. Thank you both Glen & Travis!

Both of my children got their driving lessons through this company. Both their instructors helped boost their confidence and they both scored perfect on their drivers test! Beyond that, my son came across a reckless driver shortly after finishing the lessons and due to the defensive driving instruction, he was able to avoid a wreck. These lessons were worth every penny to me.

Our daughter had 3 lessons here before she took her driver's test. Jonesy, her teacher, was very thorough, gave her all sorts of scenarios and took her on the route of the area where she was taking her test. Claire got a 100% on her test today and I can't help but think he had something to do with it! Use this place before your child takes the driving test. You won't be disappointed!

They were amazing!! We used Brian for our daughter and he was great with her. He made her feel confident and comfortable and made us feel the same way! She passed her test with confidence and ease! I felt that Brian went above and beyond with talking to her about how to be aware of her surroundings when she is alone in the car, and what she could do to protect herself. We will definitely use them again with our other children!

Highly recommend Glenn at Mid America Academy of Driving. Both my children took lessons with him and were more than prepared for their road test. My daughter got a 97 on her test and my son 100! Well worth it, not only taught them driving "basics" but how to handle emergency situations and gave them the skills and confidence they need in order to be safe drivers.

My daughter had great experience with Top Notch Driving School. The instructors are knowledgeable and have long patience. Remi spent two days with Renee and she has only good words for her. She highly recommends Renee. She felt comfortable with her, very thorough, and clearly explains the rules and regulations to observe/follow in driving. She is calm and that made Remi comfortable and confident. Remi passed her driving test first try.

I was recommended to this Driving School program by my brother and let me tell you, this was a great experience and great way to add on to my driving skills. Eddy was an absolute great instructor, very respectful. You will not regret your decision coming to this program.

My instructor Ivan was great, explained everything I needed to know perfectly, was fun to talk to, and was just overall a great instructor.

I almost never write reviews for things, but in this case, I have to make an exception. My lesson was on Sunday afternoon with Jacob. Great dude and great teacher. We met at a cemetery that had plenty of space to operate, a good variation of hills and flat sections, not many people around, etc. -- exactly the right type of location to learn manual. Jacob was friendly and chill in general; definitely calm and patient when I made mistakes. However, because he was so clear in his explanations about how things worked, and so deliberate in his overall lesson plan, my mistakes were few and far between. By the end of the lesson, I was able to do pretty much everything -- including hill starts and downshifts -- while talking to him. At the beginning, I couldn't do those things even in perfect silence. Was I driving like an expert at that point? Definitely not. But with the foundation Jacob gave me, I felt confident enough to pull the trigger on my first manual car the very next day (Monday). It is now Wednesday, and I've driven the car over 180 miles. My skills have improved dramatically in that time, and best of all, the fear surrounding manual transmissions has disappeared. My only regret about the whole experience is that I didn't do it sooner!

I had a lesson with, John. His explanations and guidance had me operating a manual car within the time frame given. He was extremely nice and patient. The lesson was worth every penny.

Dan is incredibly patient and makes sure you’re completely comfortable before moving onto each step of the learning process. Everyone I dealt with was very communicative and helpful. I’d recommend this academy to anyone looking to learn.

This is a legit business. Everyone is professional and friendly from scheduling to Daniel the driving instructor. I'm a 40 year old woman. On two occasions I tried to learn how to drive a stick shift. I never got it. Daniel is the real deal. Hes extremely patient. He knows his stuff. You get a lot in the 3 hour session. I felt safe. I didn't get stuck on the hills or at a stop light. If you want to learn to drive a stick shift car, Daniel is the perfect instructor. I wish I took pics. My confidence is at a 4.8 out of 5 in being able to drive a stick solo.

John is FANTASTIC!!! I took two lessons with him, and the day after my second lesson, I was able to take my 1990 Miata on a 3 hour road trip. I could not recommend Stick Shift Driving Academy enough, and especially John!!
