I highly recommend this institute, especially if you feel nervous about driving. All the instructors (Antonio and Justin) are patient, and their techniques are very effective in developing safe drivers. I obtained my license in under two months with their help, and more importantly, I am now a much more confident driver. They were always very flexible with scheduling to accommodate my needs at the front desk as well. I also recommend having them as your sponsor for the license exam.

Smailen and Esmeralda have taught me so much on how to drive. At first I thought it would take me a long time to learn but they were able to help me focus and stay on top of it. They taught me strategies to use, the speed limit in certain areas, and made me get familiar with anything I haven't seen before. Without them, I wouldn't have the confidence in driving I have now. For anyone wondering, the instructor that gave me my classes absolutely the best gave driver classes I’ve ever received has other instructor but hands down to him. He has patience with anyone and if you struggle with something he always has a different way to approach your struggles just like he did with my parallel parking problem. And because of him I was able to pass my driver exam without having to do it again. I really appreciate it all the tips and tricks I learned from you.

I’m very disappointed with this school. They don’t allow any refund or rescheduling even in emergency situations — I caught a cold and reached out right away, but they still refused to accommodate or show understanding. The communication felt cold and unhelpful, and the instructor’s attitude was quite unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this school if you expect professionalism or basic flexibility when unexpected things happen.
This is the best school! People who work there are kind,helpful professionals. All the teachers are knowledgeable and patient. They are very attuned to student’s individual needs and determined to get you driving safely and confidently. Just passed my road test today after 3 class with Elias and Jose as the instructor. You guys are amazing. You give a clear and useful tips for passing the road test and most importantly, to be a good driver. Erica the front desk / administrator / manager also was very nice to me, even though we never met in person. They usually use a sedan and a very nice one. She answered every time I called. There was a little bit problem, but Erica and Jose fix it up immediately. Would totally recommend this driving school to anyone!

I had a great instructor, Ben was awesome! I requested he all the time and got him 90% of the time. Very calm, very informative made me feel very comfortable and there was no language barrier. And the price was affordable plus i passed the road test on the first try! I had one bad experience that I won’t forgot that’s why I gave it four stars but overall great school!

I went to this driving school is just waste of my time and my money when some of them are teaching you how to drive Some of them will be on their phone how can you be on your phone when you are teaching someone how to drive at the end of the I filled my road test without even knowing how to drive well at first, I thought it’s was me that I’was not getting it till I went to a different driving school oh my goodness, proper lesson proper trenching very patient not like Jorge’s some of them will be shouting at you as if they have been teaching you for free but they forgot that you have paid for it so they have to be patience with you and teach you well

I really enjoyed my time with Henry’s Auto School. The zoom classes were fun and I want to thank Katie for that. When my zoom classes were over I started to do my road lessons where I met the best driving instructor, Dan. He was a really funny guy and I don’t think I would have passed the test without him. He always taught me techniques, kept me on track with my hours and always told me ways on how I could improve. At first I thought the road lessons were going to be really awkward but Dan made sure that it wasn’t like that. He taught me how to be a good driver while also making it fun. I will never forget Dan. I also want to thank Maureen for communicating with me.
I had originally taken classes with another driving school and I honestly wish I started with this one! Since I had the basics down, I booked a road test through Henry’s and Maureen was so helpful- she even helped me solidify my foundation and really made me understand what I was meant to do. Best driving school in Massachusetts. Took 6 driving lessons and the road test today. They inform you of everything you need to know beforehand. The instructor always made sure to reinforce what we had been practicing on the latest lesson. Couldn't be happier with my results. 10000/10 would recommend.
Awesome driving school! I had virtually no experience behind the wheel, and am an older student, so I was very nervous about this whole experience. They (Adolino & Sean) were incredibly patient, kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable in no time at all. I purchased the 6 lessons package, and passed the exam a month later on the first try. Also, their prices are very fair for what you get. Highly Recommend!
Am I the Ahole? I purchase a driving lesson for my Son and his Aunt purchased another for Christmas for $45.00 each in 2019. My 21 year old didn't use them in 2019. Now they want to use the lessons but the school is charging an extra $20.00 for each. Am I the Ahole for wanting the school to abide by the original price? Many will say inflation, however, I believe they should abide by their original price. There's no wording in their contract about this issue.
**Best auto school in Boston!!** If you are a new driver, I HIGHLY recommend driving with ADP Auto School. I hadn’t drove a car since 2013 and really didn’t know what to expect when getting behind the wheel in so long. Both Adelino and Shawn were patient, and made me feel comfortable and confident while driving. They were excellent teachers, who taught me everything I needed to know to pass my road test. I had purchased 6 lessons including the road test and passed on my first try. They were always super nice, extremely professional and always encouraging. They also have the best prices compared to any other driving school in Boston which was just an added bonus.
I paid for one hour of driving practice and sponsorship from this driving school. The instructor was respectful and on time, which I appreciated. They wanted to help me and provided a working car to use for my road test. However, honestly the guidance during the practice session was not very helpful for me. I think the communication was difficult because of the poor English skills at the both side. In the end, I did not pass the road test, even though I have over 10 years of driving experience from my home country. But I would like to thank them for trying to assist me nevertheless.

Big thanks to Andy for being such a wonderful instructor! Andy is calm, experienced, and intuitive! I was very nervous before my first lesson with him, but he taught me all things I needed to know to drive safe. During class, he kept one foot on the brake to get ready to respond for me when I was about to make mistakes. I had the worst driving experience with this school. The instructor, Alqi Gjoka, doesn't stick to the syllabus, and his overly complex teaching style makes learning unnecessarily difficult. While I do appreciate his skill set, he clearly struggles with effective teaching. His impatience, constant unnecessary yelling, and the way he makes you feel bad about every small mistake left me frustrated. It also felt like the school's goal was to keep you training indefinitely, just to keep taking your money. I highly recommend looking into other options for your driving lessons.

After having a bad experience with my old instructor I wanted to try a new school, and then I found Seldieu. I read all the good reviews about him and decide to try a class, that was the best decision I made. Today was my road test and I passed on my first attempt, after 13 classes with Seldieu (I had never driven a car before). Seldieu is a very friendly man, extremely patient and calm when he needs to call your attention. He's perfect if you need someone that will understand you insecurities while driving. This review is for my instructor Seldieu Etienne. I’m so happy that I reached out to this company to restart my driving lesson. I was discouraged with the classes I had taken before at a different school in Malden (JLW). There was just a lot of yelling and anxiety provoking behaviors from the instructor which made it impossible to learn. When I took one class with Seldieu, I knew that it looked very promising. He was calm and professional and gave me many tips that helped me drive better. He was clear with his instructions and made sure to focus on the things that I was struggling with which was turns and parking personally. Within few months of taking classes with him, I passed my road test and I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended instructor!

Oh I forget to say they will drive you to which ever location you take your road test that’s a big plus for me. Today 8/8/25 I pass my road test yay!! I had an amazing experience with this driving school I started my summer classes at Worcester tech and finished at CMSC West Boylston , my instructor was Scott . He was amazing I absolutely loved him , every lesson was a cake walk with him. He mad my experience so easy and exiting. Would definitely recommend.
Mike was a incredible instructor. I had very little experience when showing up. I was a complete newbie I had no idea on how to do even the most basic things. After the wonderful Ecourse and especially the two hands on five hour days my knowledge AND confidence have risen dramatically. ALL THE GEAR ALL THE TIME. You got this. If I could give zero stars, I would. Universe Driving School initially agreed to accommodate my driving lessons and confirmed that they would pick me up. On the day of the lesson, no one showed up. No call, no update, nothing. When I followed up, instead of honoring their commitment, they offered to reschedule my lessons only after the date of my actual road test—which completely defeats the purpose of having lessons in the first place. This is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of students’ time and preparation needs. If you are serious about passing your road test and want a school you can rely on, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I had a great experience with Chris as my driving instructor. I have suffered a lifelong fear of driving so was very nervous to do anything in the car when I started lessons. Although I'm a older driver I was very fearful. It took me many lessons and Chris was patient and calm the entire time no matter what happened. I did fail my first road test because I was so nervous I wasn't able to focus on my driving skills. I was successful my second test by practicing and with a lot of encouragement from Chris. Lesson scheduling was flexible, which was great because my work schedule was not always predictable. If you are looking for a great instructor and are nervous don't count yourself out. This was a great choice for lessons and I was able to schedule my road test as soon as I could with no issues.

I took a few lessons with them. And I promise they are truly Amazing. I had David as my instructor, but I've also had Ed and I believe William (sorry if I'm wrong) but they are all great. They make you feel relaxed they talk you through everything and they. With all that said I took my test today and I passed. I highly recommend them They are really worth every penny, I also used them as my sponsor and Joe took me out before the test and I also feel like that was a big help. They were super helpful throughout the road test process, and helped me pass. William was an excellent and patient instructor. He truly gave me the confidence to be calm and relaxed for my test. The big plus is that they provide you with pick-up and drop-off at your home, saving a lot of travel time and money. They are very friendly, responsive and keep you informed about everything. I’ve never driven a car prior to taking lessons with JLW, but after taking lessons with Kevin, I was able to pass the road test today! Learning to drive is not easy and the instructors can be tough to make sure you are a competent and safe driver on the road test. I’m thankful that I came across JLW to teach me. I just passed my drivers exam! So happy, it has been long overdue. I only took about 4-5 classes that were 45 min long (for $32) with Jennifer. She was able to help me with the skill of parallel parking which was something I was struggling with. If you are looking for a one time pass I was lucky enough to come across this driving school. They communicate with you very quickly through text which I find very helpful rather than phone calls. And like I said before, 45 min lessons for $32 - is a steal deal for me. Great! Had a great learning experience at this driving school. Jonathan is a very patient instructor, he helped me and my aunt pass the road test by giving few tips that were never told by any other driving schools. Also, they have better (almost the lowest) price for the classes as compared to the other driving schools in the area. They are very proactive with scheduling classes and road test. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Kaz, they are amazing!
Instructor Kevin taught me so much in only 2 classes. He was very knowledgeable and easy-going. I had experience with another school beforehand, but I learned a lot more with JLW. I took my exam on a weekend for $150 and passed. Very great, definitely worth the time and effort.

I started at the next street driving school in September this year in the full driving school package. I’ve gained more knowledge, how to’s and confidence learning and practicing driving than I would have had I not enrolled or just did driving lessons without the classroom portion. The instructors are very knowledgeable and kind, very patient and make you feel calm and safe on the road and makes the classroom enjoyable, even humorous at times to lighten up the more serious conversations after a period of time. I love that I get to choose my pace and what I’d like to work on more or less and they help you learn what your strengths are and what you need to work on. The instructors don’t make you feel bad or a failure when you make a mistake but they kindly correct you and remind you how to do things the right way and what happens on test day if you do it incorrectly. They use your mistakes to guide you the right way so you get better at it. Overall I really enjoy attending this driving school and will recommend 100% and one day bring my kids here to learn also. Plus they are flexible with any schedule and payment plans/options.

North Quincy Auto Academy is a really great driving school. As an adult driver, I had never driven before and was worried I would not pick up on driving quickly; however, that was not the case at all. I had G-Joseph and after a few lessons I was driving well and felt confident in my driving skills. G-Joseph is very kind and knowledgeable with a calm demeanor which makes him a great driving instructor. His tips and overall teaching style helped me pass my road test on the first try! The driving instructor (Ed) of Mystic Driving School is excellent. Ed is very attentative, clear, and supportive, which made every lesson I took with him super effective and helpful. Today I passed my road test on my first attempt, and I have to give props to Ed for making the whole process very easy and straightforward. He made it clear what to expect on the road test, and made sure that I was fully prepared for it.
Thanks to Ed I am now a licensed driver. When I started with him I had only been around a steering wheel approximately three times. Ed is an amazing instructor, who takes care while teaching you to drive. He was very patient and encouraging with me and that gave me confidence while driving. I would recommend Mystic Driving School in a heartbeat as I had a great experience and I am very happy with the end results.
After numerous attempts with other driving schools, Mystic Driving School was the only one I felt comfortable learning to drive with. I took 10 driving lessons with Lucien and was able to successfully pass my MA driving test at RMV Watertown on the first try!! They are very reasonably priced compared to other schools in the area. Lucien is a patient instructor and was quite flexible in scheduling lessons, ensured I got enough practice with special focus on the mistakes I made at stop signs and turns, as a driver who is new to driving on the "other" side of the road. I recently completed 5 driving lessons with this company and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The lessons felt overly basic and repetitive, lacking crucial information. I failed my driving test because of the gaps in their instruction. At the RMV, I was asked about hand signals—a topic that was never covered in my lessons. I expected them to prepare me for all aspects of the test, which is why I paid for their services. Their failure to do so directly contributed to my test result, and I found the experience extremely frustrating. Will never suggest to anyone.

This place is awesome! The bookings are smooth and easy. Every instructor I met is patient and extremely professional and nice. I have almost zero experience on driving before, and after some lessons here, I passed on my first try! I am recommending this place to all my friends!
I didn’t know where to go to find a driving school and sort of took a chance on American Driving Institute because it was close to where I lived. I’m very happy I did! I did the road test package (I think it was 7 lessons and the day-of prep and accompaniment) ans passed on the first try. My instructor was Greg and he was really great. He taught me to be a safe and careful driver. I took 2 more lessons with Greg on the highway and that helped me a lot! I told him that he’s changing lives!

I called to get quote to get road lessons, they said that they don't pick up in Somerville its advertised they do, but that they will have their manager contact me. Its been a week and they never contacted me when i called they say that no manager has been the office to help and that they'll leave another note for the manager. the man on the phone was rude and I get i'm clearly frustrated with their lack of customer service and communication. i understand that due to the pandemic they are busy but that doesn't mean that you don't get back in contact with a potential customers. and even if you don't pick up in the area you could be more accomodating with people if someone is willing to be picked up in the area you do servic how is that a problem. i suggest that the owner train their staff better.

My experience with Friendship Auto School was fantastic! I've taken classes elsewhere in Boston, and this is far and away the best experience I've had. Paul is an excellent teacher-- patient, calm, encouraging, and takes the time to explain things clearly to make sure you're safe on the road (and understand what's expected on the test). He was always on time and communicative about scheduling, and helped me get a road test within a week of calling him. I passed on my first try.
Friendship Auto school has great instructors. Dominique is the best!!! He’s very patient and gives the most important tips to new drivers. You have to listen and take your driving seriously. After a few lessons and passing my exam on the first try, I recommend friendship driving school to everyone.
Paul was an amazing teacher!! I passed the driving test on the first attempt after about 7 lessons. Each time Paul showed up at my place promptly, and offered the most comprehensive guidance. Throughout my interaction with Paul, there was never once that Paul gets annoyed by my novice skills. He was always patient and offers good humor along the great advises. Definitely would recommend anyone interested in becoming a driver in Boston.
Paul is great! He helped me refresh my skills before the test. During the lesson we practiced maneuvers for the exam. All the communication was clear and easy. Highly recommended!
I heard about friendship auto from a colleague who had a great experience in the past, and i'm happy i did too! My instructor was Paul, and he had the knowledge and experience to help prepare me for my successful road test. I did the two lesson and road test package, and that was enough to see me through. I took about 15 lessons and had my road test with Best Driving School. Previously I didn't know how to drive at all and I passed my road test at the first time. Most of the instructors are kind and patient. Just don't be nervous. Whatever they say, you are just a beginner and needed to learn. They can definitely show you the tips for passing the road test and the cautions while driving. If you have never driven before, this might be a choice for you.
Not at all good. Not friendly not a good place to learn. Not a great management, management is not polite but still better than the instructors, they are the worst. I wouldn't recommend it at all. If you are looking for just sponsorship you better consider something else, instructors here only try to fail you in your first attempt and then make you take their lessons again and pay them again. Not polite very rude. He deliberately chose not to teach everything before sponsoring so that I'll take a complete session with them and pay them more. He did not even provide me the complete instructions of how and what all maneuvers will be asked during the test, I could see this was a very deliberate attempt just to earn more money from innocent customers. Saketh they got the greatest used to is also not so great
The best driving school was a nice and quick learning experience for me I am glad to say I started it off knowing nothing about driving until I reached the best driving school and became a new man. Definitely recommend coming here.

Richway’s is a really good driving school. I highly recommend choosing Frank as your driving instructor for your lessons before you take your road test. Frank is the most genuine, and helpful person to go on the road with! The other instructors are helpful as well, but I will definitely say that Frank was the most helpful and encouraging to me personally.
Richways is the best driving school ever. All the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable . They are super skilled and gave you all the tips you need to pass your road test and also to be a safe driver. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you want to pass your at the first try. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! I called Richways Auto School yesterday to schedule a road test for my brother for 10 AM today, and I made it very clear we needed a car with an Intoxalock device. The woman who answered the phone assured me they had it. I even paid extra for a class with an instructor. Today, my brother did the test and PASSED—only to have it CANCELLED because the car didn't have the Intoxalock! The instructor? He had no idea about any of this. Zero communication between staff. When I called back, the same woman just casually said we’d get a refund. No apology. No responsibility. Nothing. This place is completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Richways wasted our time, money, and effort.
Worst driving school I've been to, I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. They constantly reschedule driving lessons and road tests and they make you pay $150 for the road test when the fee should be $35 plus the $85 fee for the license vs the normal $50. Instructors and examiners are very rude and they barely give you an opportunity to successfully pass your road test.They constantly scam people and I would give this 0 stars but there's no option for that.

I finished my driving lesson with Dimitry and I have to say I’m disappointed with how it went. I found his teaching style unhelpful, harsh, and unprofessional. I showed up right at 11am and saw he was smoking right at the beginning of our session. During the drive, he made me feel uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel like he genuinely wanted to be present to help me become a better driver. He was often checking his phone. After the drive, I didn’t receive any feedback on my driving or what I should improve on, I was just dropped off and that’s it. It didn’t feel like I genuinely learned something. This was my first time with this driving school, I paid for a lesson to refresh my driving skills and to also compare them with another driving school I’ve been going to in the past month. So, all in all, I’m not pleased with the session and I’ll be going back to the other driving school I was attending where they genuinely care about their students’ progress because this was just not it at all.
I strongly recommend Brookline Driving School to anyone learning to drive in the Boston area. The instructors are knowledgeable, and share many practical tips that really help build confidence behind the wheel. I had lessons with several instructors and especially want to highlight Viktor, Marquerite, and Mark for their patience and guidance. They made the learning experience smooth and fun. Scheduling the test through the driving school is also very straight forward and easy. If you are confused, I suggest just go for it.

DON'T RECOMMEND. AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL! I bought the 10 hour lesson package here. For starters, every session was with a different instructor who had entirely different and conflicting styles of teaching. So if you are a beginner, you are set up for nothing but confusion when you learn here. And then more than half of the instructors were extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Instead of focusing on improving your technique, they think they have a right to yell or say demeaning things just because you paid to learn from them. I was verbally abused by a couple of instructors. Particularly, one person started banging on the dashboard when I parallel parked in a method distinct from what he thought was correct. Entire experience was chaotic, and I'd be home after every session in tears and lost as I already paid money for all the sessions and couldn't drop out of this school. And some of the cars also reaked of cigarette smell which was unbearable. My overall experience here was terrible, and truly enough, I also failed my driving test because when it came down to parallel parking, I could think of 4 different ways different instructors mentioned and got confused. Please save your money, sanity, and dignity and go to a different school.
Had a good experience with BDS. Most of the instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. Some are a little loud and don’t teach you as much as others, so your mileage may vary. Just come into lessons with thick skin and by the time you get to the (very easy) road test you will pass Would recommend. Shoutout Ervin, Ilya, Brian, Jose, and Marquerite

Bad experience on ALL aspects: unprofessional scheduling experience (cash/zelle only, rude staff and doesn't answer emails); driving instructor doesn't cover all that's tested on exam. I should have listened to the reviews before coming here, I know people who have failed 3+ times with this school - they have extremely low pass rates as they don't schedule your exam at a proper RMV and instead schedules with one of their "designated" RMV examiners, who is very difficult and makes up absurd reasons to fail you. The school's sponsor also does not support you during your exam as they are friends with the examiner.
The car they gave to me had a steering wheel super hard to manipulate, they arrived late and not 20 minutes as we had agreed. I practiced with this car but the professor told me that in the driving test I will getting a new model car, same but new however I used the same. If it is supposed to be a driving school why they use those cars with hard steering, I would not recommend them and would give them a bad rating. Terrible service!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pass rates for this school is very low, I think only 2 people out of 10 in my batch passed that day. There are key elements of the exam that were not taught in my lessons, resulting in the examiner questioning that I had 0 road experience going to the exam. Oh and, the sponsor they give you to do the road test talks repeatedly to the examiner during your test, and if you did minor mistake, they will also yell at you, resulting in your fail. Very unprofessional throughout - it's shocking they are still in business. Don't waste your money here.
I can't speak for everyone, but I had a great experience. From when I first emailed them to when I passed my road test, the process was seamless. Just listen to what they tell you, don't be difficult, and you'll be alright. Everyone was polite and punctual. The examiner, while firm, was also polite and helpful with feedback. COVID precautions were also upheld. I highly recommend this place. 👌
I booked multiple driving lessons to hone my driving skills (after not driving for years) At first, I was a bit frustrated with a delay in lessons, BUT! the lesson with Wolin was great! He knew exactly what I need to learn more. After one lesson, I decided to book additional lessons. Highly recommend if you'd like to re-learn how to drive :)

I did John's 10-hour driving lesson package, since I was a beginner. I passed the road test with confidence, but more importantly I feel prepared to drive safely and easily anywhere on the road. He teaches parallel parking super well, and is a rmv-certified examiner himself, so he knows just how to help. John also shares my love for doggies, so dog-spotting during lessons was enjoyable too :)
Horrible!!! Horrible!!!The office in Waltham is closing down, and we still have some lessons remaining. They missed many lessons when my daughter was scheduled, without any phone calls or message responses. It’s just been a horrible experience with this Boston driving school. We’ve already paid, but now we don’t know what to do about the remaining lessons. It's a nightmare dealing with them
Passed my road test today on second try. John is a very knowledgeable, kind and fun teacher. He has an excellent parallel parking technique that works on almost all tries. Lisa, the secretary, is very great and accommodating too. Due to their popularity as a school, it is quite hard to schedule lessons last minute so if you want to take a few lessons to prepare for your road test, schedule them early.
John is a great teacher. He owns the school, and I got lucky that he ended up teaching me that day as my instructor went on leave. He taught me to parallel park in 5 minutes. He was fun, encouraged me a lot and trained me precisely in areas that I was lacking while letting me know what I did well. At the end of the two hours, he said I don't need any more classes- which was refreshing, he didn't try to sell more classes to me.
Me and my mom have been going back and forth and with John. He continuously told us he was going to schedule with the RMV for the driving test and never did. We had the test pushed back over 3 times. He is very immature and unprofessional. He never confirmed any RMV dates with us and continued to tell us to wait. He had no problem telling my mom to find another driving school but couldn’t fulfill the services she had originally paid for. 1 out of 5 stars. Terrible experience! Never Again ! Update: I booked with another driving school and in doing so they informed me that the RMV had to bump my test again because the driving school never entered or approved my driving hours. I was with the school for 5+ months so I don’t understand why my hours were not already entered. My mother also paid for me to do more classes so I have exceeded the necessary 30 hour requirement with the school. Now John is not responding to any emails, calls or messages from my mother. This situation has affected me the most and I am absolutely disappointed with the unprofessional nature of this school and John as well. We didn’t ask for a refund but if I can’t get in contact with him that might be something I look into.

Hello Guys, I would highly recommend you Sim's driving school if you have immediate emergency for sponsorship. They are the best person to hire for quick response and right person. The guy there explains you very well whatever you need to know for road test besides your actual driving expertise which of course you will need for any road test anywhere in world. They have kind of old cars but it is positive for road test as their cars are set up according to the RMV vehicle requirements.. So it is good!!! All the Best to all!!!

The worst driving school , I have took my mom to that school because I had an experience with it before 10 years ago for me and my brother , so when I took my mom there the lady was so nice and she registered my mother in the package and we was so excited and I told them they must to come to our home apartment to took her and he trains her, so the day will be the next day the men told us he gonna come at 10 am and we waited for him that day so when he called he said I’m coming in the road we wait for him but he doesn’t, after that he called we didn’t understood him well because his accent was not clearly , so he said I’m out and we live in a building apartment we went outside but no body so I called him where are you he said I’m in the road outside I can’t come inside the building and he was rude and nervous to us so I went to him with my mom and told him you must to come to inside the building , so I told him How can I feel safe about my mother when one day she doesn't come and I'm at work and she's old and can't walk a long distance? He yelling at us , so I told him cancel all the package I can’t put my mom in like this school, really it’s bad experience and still till now he doesn’t refund my money and I called him many time doesn’t answer me or when he answered said yes I will refunded you but not .

They refuse to talk over the phone, try to push the whole 700 USD online course on you, and if you dont wanna take the online course, they ditch you!!! - I was only interested in the road classes since I was driving back in my country and I have done all the safety lessons. To all my questions, the answer was that I could find the answers on the website. Not true! In every section in their website, there is a "contact us" button, that directs you to an email. So rude, so unprofessional.
Decent place Ben and Scott are great guys, but they aren't very responsive.
Metro driving was a great experience. I worked with Scott, who was very open to working around my schedule. Their online courses helped me learn the rules of the road, and their in-car lessons help me learn how to apply them.
