I’ll start off by saying that this is a great company and they aren’t just wanting your money they are great people that care. Luis has been very helpful from day one. I explained to him what my goals were and some concerns I had. He was very upfront and understanding and helped me with all my questions and explained to me the whole process of getting my CDL. I met the owner of American Truck Training and he is also a great guy and told me stories how he’s has done so much for the trucking community and is all about helping people achieve their goals in pursuing their career in the trucking industry. They also went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé out with the payment method. Just finished my first day at the school and everybody there is amazing and very helpful. I am so glad that I decided to go with American Truck Training. I highly encourage people that are wanting to get their CDL to take the time out and schedule you an appointment and go up there and talk with the team. They have so much more to offer you than just getting your CDL. Investing in yourself is the best investment and that’s what I’m doing. I plan on leaving another review once I have completed the course to let everybody know how the whole experience went.

I referred a friend to American Truck Training, and he came out with his CDL and a solid job lined up. He had a great experience and spoke highly of the instructors and staff. It’s clear the school is committed to student success. Based on his results, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ATT to anyone looking to get into trucking!

This school is a great atmosphere! Each of the trainers take pride in teaching safety, following life saving practices with situational awareness. My trainers and staff were professional, understanding and really cared about my personal journey. I highly recommend this company if you want to have a successful start to a new career. My daughter had an incredible experience here between her in class learning and her behind the wheel lessons. Her driving instructor was patient and friendly and she cannot say enough good things. Of special note is that my kiddo has autism and was connected with this school because of their experience working with kids who are not traditional driving students. Again, fantastic experience. Clear communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend.

I had a very positive experience at MTC Truck Driving School, where I earned my Class A CDL license. This program is truly a self-driven journey—what you put in is exactly what you’ll get out. The Director, Wayne, genuinely wants to see his students succeed and goes above and beyond to help them reach the finish line. On the yard, Gary and Leon show a lot of patience and are always willing to help, especially when they see you're putting in the effort yourself. My recommendation to anyone considering MTC: focus, trust your process, and stay the course. If you're committed, the support is there to help you succeed.

Everybody's pretty laid back and chill. Eric while hard at first is very knowledgeable and a great manual instructor. Also Eric is able to assist you out of stuff when you get stuck I know this from firsthand experience. Leon is very knowledgeable when it comes to pre tripping and any questions you may have regarding to parts of the truck. Wayne is a great instructor when it comes to classroom and he is very great at helping make it very plain to see on a whiteboard what you need to do in situations. Andrew while he may not have been there as long as others is also knowledgeable. All the guys will cut up and get around with you don't ever take anything personally they're there to do a job and to help you succeed. If you listen to these guys you'll definitely get your CDL-A with minimal issues. I'm going to be recommending this place to everyone that I ever hear is interested in learning to drive. I cannot thank them enough for helping me to come to a point where I can provide for my family in a way that makes sense to me. I struggled to find jobs that made me feel like I belong the moment I sat behind the wheel of the truck even before I got my commercial driver's license I knew this is where I needed to be these guys help to make that dream a reality.

I would highly recommend MTC to anyone interested in acquiring their CDL. As someone who came from a large city and had little driving experience, I was worried about my ability to drive a truck. However, all the instructors were very patient and helpful which made me more comfortable/confident behind the wheel. Leon and Gary helped me tremendously and I’m extremely grateful for the experience.

Wayne, the director, will set up your foundation and set you up the right way for all aspects. I had a great experience at MTC Trucking School! Wayne, the supervisor, was extremely helpful — he always made time for me to practice and made sure I retested as soon as possible. He’s a very experienced driver and knows how to simplify things when he teaches. Leon knows that pad better than anyone! He’s patient and really took the time to help me get it right. Drew, Leon, and Eric all worked hard to help me with my pre-trip inspection. Eric was my manual on-the-road instructor — I know I worked his last nerve a few times, but he was always patient, positive, and made sure I knew my way around a manual before I graduated. Highly recommend MTC Trucking School to anyone serious about getting their CDL!

I think I had one of the best instructors 160 Driving Academy has to offer! Russell is truly a great person and instructor. He is the reason I received my one and done today. He is very patient and answers all the questions you'll ever ask. His experiences is expressed well in his teaching. I'm very glad and thankful I was able to be taught by him. He had a lot of confidence in me when I didn't have it in myself.

thanks to 160 driving academy and all the people there I passed my test and got my class A on the first try! cody in the office is great and really supportive! my standard transmission driving instructor was Del and i couldn’t be happier with what he did for me! if you get the privilege of having him as an instructor your set up extremely well! steve the yard lead is amazing too, honestly everyone i had an interaction with from 160 was great! if i had to do the classes again i would 100% come back to 160. couldn’t have done it without them and if your looking to get your cdl please check this place out. also if you want to drive a standard ask cody if Del can be your instructor!!!! so happy to have had the opportunity to come and be a student here.

This is the driving school to go to. They give you all the info & tools you need to have a driving career. The instructors are the best because it's not just a job to them, they care about their students. The in-class part where you learn everything you need to pass your written is a little dry & pretty boring but not really unexpected lol Thanks 160! Del, Steve, Mike, & George ❤️ I'll miss you guys but I'll swing by one day & buy everyone lunch!

If you’re looking for a CDL school to attend that is well worth the time and money 160 is the way to go. I had a superb instructor by the name of Del. He really engages you during all steps of the learning process. He’s an amazing teacher when it comes to pre trip inspection of your truck down to clutch control and shifting. I was a one and done with Del as my teacher and I highly suggest you attempt the same. Thanks guys!

If you want the proper instructions about getting your CDL 160 is the way to go. I didn't know anything about driving a truck, I didn't know the first thing about clutching or shifting gears but Dale made sure he got me right. Dale is the coach calipari of driving instructors so if you want to be a one and done go see Dale at 160 driving academy

Tiger Driving School is a great choice to get your new driver ready for the road, we had a great experience with all the staff members and the driving instructors did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable on the road and getting her ready to pass her test. i cannot say enough about the knowledge and professionalism this company has.

I haven’t even had my first driving lesson yet, and I’m already disappointed by the unprofessionalism I experienced on the phone. I spent $375 with Tiger Driving School, and when I called to clarify my booking, the woman was extremely rude, dismissive, and confused about my information. I felt rushed, disrespected, and unheard—especially after trying to calmly explain a clear miscommunication. I’ll be updating this review after my lesson, but so far the customer service has been unacceptable for the price I paid. I understand policies are policies, but compassion and professionalism matter. I called within hours of my first driving lesson to explain that my little brother had passed away unexpectedly less than 12 hours earlier. Rather than receiving empathy or understanding, I felt dismissed. I paid $375 for a service I never received and experienced insensitivity during one of the hardest moments of my life. I hope this business can grow in customer care and humanity moving forward.”

This place has been so helpful and friendly. Getting your license has dramatically changed in the last 20 years, so these wonderful employees were very patient with my son and I, particularly with an employee named Nicole. The testing driver, Josh, was very friendly as well. Two thumbs up!

Tiger Driving School Autofailed student for missing turn. Josh (tester) said this is not the first time someone failed for this, nor will be the last. But when giving proper reason he said driving straight is turn lane is agaist the law. So, he failed me. I confirmed from the Police Officer it's not against the law to drive in turn lane for missed turns if it is not more than 200 feet. I was not even close. Still I accepted the result as autofail for breaking lsw is completely valid. After returning to the center, I even scheduled my next test. While going back home, I showed my husband the turn where I missed. He said it's not against the law to miss a turn. So, we decided to go back and talk to Josh and simply asked to show us the law, which I broke what makes the decision autofailed. He called a big guy (who might be a bouncer) who does not even know what happened and a complete reactive and aggressive person and said to us he can't show us the law. All law are not written and immediately(within 1min of conversations) asked us to leave and not to come back to their office. The whole office joined him, abused us except Josh, and continued to yell 'leave, leave' . They called police officer as we were the threat where they are the one who ganged up becayse they were doing powerplay. Sorry, I never even saw this ganging up against customers, even in third-world countries. Even in third world countries, supervisor comes, sits down sits down and listen to both parties. They just dont start walking towards people to get them to walk in backward. Again, I confirmed from police officer that I did not break any law. To the big man and Tiger Driving School, let me tell you the beauty of the law that it's written and well written. if someone claims something unlawful without written evidence, that's called opinion. And opinion is the lowest form of knowledge. I am attaching the screenshot of their response where they gaslighted me, saying I was frustrated for my fail. No, I was not as i was under assumption i broke the law and accepted Josh's decision. You guys autofailed showing wrong reason that people can pay you again for test. Also, the whole office kept giving excuses after excuses without even knowing what happened. And you did not make multiple attempts to explain. You used aggression, force, and abuse and kept on shouting and kept on walking towards like a bunch of low IQ people. If it is black and white standard, then show me the proof. If you accept it's grey, I would have understood it's not written. Again, take the responsibility for lying in the comment that Police officer confirmed you guys failed me correctly. Because the attached screenshot does not say so. Neither the Police office said us so. Just because you have a school that does not mean you are autocratic. Justifying and self-protection is fine. But lying to someone's face without knowing the situation and without having self reflection of the behavior is very immature. When you get a chance try to recall the situation, you will laugh at yourself. By force and powerplay anyone can win. But that does not prove they are right.

I can confidently say that the Tiger Driving School is outstanding! From the moment we set up the initial test to the exceptional driving instructor, Josh, and his wife, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. They made my son's driving lesson enjoyable and ensured I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. Learning to drive is a significant milestone, and they truly made it memorable. If you have a young driver, I highly recommend Tiger Driving School!

Avoid long lines at the DMV and visit Greater Tulsa Driving School. The instructor is nice and competent. There are no tricks involved, and the instructor is fair.

I highly recommend going here for your driving test. Another place in town ripped my son off by making him pay twice to test and wouldn’t even let him finish the complete test. That company’s instructor made my son so nervous but he said that this instructor was so calm and nice. I really appreciate his demeanor and professionalism! Perfect place to take your drivers test!!!

Went for a defensive driving class. Was not disappointed. Even though nobody wants to be wasting part of their weekend doing a driving class, Danny made sure to keep everyone in our exceptionally large class engaged. He very obviously cared about teaching this class and good driving as a whole. He had a nice sense of humor and understood his audience. Highly recommend GTDS for anyone.

Truly a wonderful experience as someone who was treated poorly for being a nervous driver this place was excellent. I cant thank Charlie and the other young instructor enough. The young guy i cant remember his name but he literally can teach you how to parallel park in less than 5 minutes . Skip the headache of Oklahoma Driving School and head on over to this place the prices and professionalism are awesome.

I do not suggest anyone use this school. My daughter was diagnosed with a concussion and her doctor said she was not allowed to drive. I understand the policy states that there is a $90 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before a lesson, but we had no way of anticipating that she was going to get a concussion. They said they had to charge me the $90 fee if they couldn't fill the spot. They were even okay with my daughter showing up and driving with the concussion which would put my daughter, the instructor and other drivers on the road at risk. However, when my friend's daughter's instructor did not show up for the lesson they scheduled with the school it was perfectly okay.

I passed my test today! A Huge part of that was due to Mr. William Robinson. I was super nervous today, I almost changed my mind about going. I went in, met Mr Robinson, he immediately made me feel at ease & calm. He knew all of the right things to say I was able to take my test & pass on that first try! Thank you Mr. Robinson 🙂

I had a great experience with Oklahoma Driving School. I took my test through them and they were kind enough to answer a bunch of questions by phone. Booking the test was simple and then the day of the test was smooth and easy. Highly recommend them.

This is a great option for people to improve driving skills and pass written test, driving test and even defensive driving courses. Nash was amazing, very patient, courteous, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond at his job, this is our first time here but we will gladly recommend this school to damily and friends for driving certs related stuff. I came back and this time my examiner was Bill R. I have to say, I was amazed by his teaching techniques, he focuses on how will this best practice benefit the student and does not have to deal with persuading people after you hear the reasoning and explanation you realize how much better it is and will end up doing it. I could see how experienced he is on what he was doing. He made spending my money with you worthed I would not go anywhere else.

Very quick and easy for the application submission, my driver was amazing talking to me calm and giving directions that wasn’t overwhelming or making me nervous . I passed that same day .

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! The customer service is off the charts. Our Instructor Jason really breaks down the learning material so it’s easy to understand and retain the information!! They also have adult classes for anyone needing to learn to drive behind the wheel. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know!

My 15 year old daughter just finished her 10 hour classroom course and six hours of driving - Green Light was incredible the entire time. From making the appointments and other arrangements, to the classroom (informative, engaging, and funny) to the driving (patient, patient, patient). All elements and aspects beat my expectations. If your teen needs driving lessons, come here. The classroom teacher was informative, with just enough humor to keep the students paying attention. My daughter learned a lot, and taught me things I didn't know or had forgotten. She never felt bored, and really enjoyed the experience. Pizza for lunch is just a nice add-on. Jason, the driving coach, was super-patient, picking up Anna from our home, and coaching her through the ins and outs of driving - far more than she'll need for the driving test. The entire team was informative, hard-working, respectful, and pro-Anna. And given that COVID is still an issue, I was impressed with their protocols, esp during the driving, when Jason wiped the contacts part of the car and wore a mask. Most students weren't masked, but they were fairly distanced. Anna wore a mask, and felt supported in this. Bottom line: I'm very happy we went with Green Light. They are hard-working and I wish them every success.

Jason was great, my son said he was a great teacher and was calm and informative. The recommendations and communication from them was super helpful, with tips and instructions about the permit process at the Department of Public Safety. We have recommended all of our friends with similar aged kids to use them.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences here, especially with the driving lessons — the instructors were helpful and professional. However, I’ve had serious concerns regarding the driving test portion, specifically with one examiner who I had both times I tested. The first time I took the test, I was nervous but ready. Unfortunately, the examiner didn’t give clear directions on where to turn. Instead, he suddenly grabbed the steering wheel and turned it himself without warning, which startled me and caused me to accidentally press the gas. It really shook my confidence and made me feel unsafe. The second time, I came back more prepared and made sure to ask for clear instructions. Things started off well, but again, he grabbed the wheel — this time because I didn’t change lanes fast enough for him. I was being cautious, checking my blind spot and watching traffic to make a safe move, but before I could finish, he grabbed the wheel and pressed the gas himself. That made me feel like I wasn’t being given a fair chance to demonstrate my driving safely and on my own. When I tried to share my concerns, I was told, “That’s what they’re supposed to do in dangerous situations.” But both times, I felt like the instructor’s actions created more danger and anxiety, not less. I don’t feel comfortable returning for another test with that examiner. The instructors who give the lessons are great, but unfortunately, my experience with this particular test examiner was so negative that I won’t be coming back.

My kiddo came here for a driving lesson after taking 2 road tests at an other driving school in Tulsa. After his 2 horrible experiences elsewhere he lost confidence in driving and really didn’t want to drive anymore. Chris provided a 2 hour lesson and my son’s confidence returned. Chris was awesome! Chris also rode with him on the pretest and he was patient and provided great advice. Mr. Mitchell was the tester and my son made a 99% on his road test! I couldn’t ask for better instructors. My son had a great experience and I recommend going here first before trying anywhere else. Wonderful place!!

Both my sons and my brother have attended this school. They are professional and courteous and extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable and make sure your kids know what their doing when their driving. None of my family members said anything wrong about the mandatory behind the wheel driving hours. They will work with you on everything. Oh forgot to mention they have very reasonable prices

My son took this class. Did the class and driving about six month apart. Marvin don't explain everything that you need to do. My son did the driving class with coach Jones and run coach Jones personal errands from going to lumber 2. Selling cars and taking him to settle insurance claims. Sit at 7/11 for 30 minutes r so.

Thomas driving school was very helpful in getting me my drivers license! They are very patient and they really aim to make sure you know the rules of the road and that you feel comfortable enough to drive. I thank them so much for the experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who is hesitant on taking the test!

Marvin & Etta have been the most kind people, they take their time to help you learn how to drive, and they don’t care too much about the money!! Very affordable!!

The driving instructors were top notch! Passed both written and skills test easily thanks to their great skills.

I went there and spent 350. They would go way to fast for people and get aggravated when someone asked what the man said. They where rude and I was 18 so they told me drive time was not needed. So I tested and got my license. The whole point of going to that school was to get a lower insurance payment. Then after it was all said and done the school tells me I can't get the paper saying I went there because of no drive time. So I paid 350 for crapppppppppp. Go to Browns, Freeman's is a joke

All my kids went through this driving school and it was great experience! My last kiddo is going here tomorrow and looking forward to another great experience!

My daughter came to Brown's Driving School for driving instruction, and passed. She got her license first try, and my car battery died in the parking lot, and they kindly gave me a jump. I recommend them for your teen driver starting out.

We had a great experience at Browns’s. Everyone was professional and my daughter really enjoyed her drives. Mike Savage was who she drove with most, and he was an excellent instructor, and also made the drives fun! Highly recommend!

Shout out to SAVAGE! Everyone at Brown's that we encountered over the course of putting 2 kids (in 2 years) through driving school has been amazing. Savage was by far my kids favorite instructor, and mine. After each drive Savage would always give me a report of how well they did and what they needed help on, plus letting me know how we could help them at home. My daughter was such a tense beginner, but he helped build her confidence and today she passed first try! Savage, I'm so thankful that we picked Brown's and that you were there to help! If you are reading this looking for a driving school to enroll your child in, I would HIGHLY recommend Brown's Driving School!

My son had a great experience with Brown’s! The teachers are very patient and thorough with what they teach. Savage did one of my son’s practice drives and my son’s test prep and he passed on his first try.

My son attended the drivers Ed class and has also has done driving with Paul. Paul has been super helpful with all questions regarding classes and on how to obtain the drivers permit. When Paul took my son driving he did a great job teaching my son how to drive. Paul also made my son feel very relaxed and they had great conversations. I would highly recommend Ingram driving school!

Took one on one with Paul and one other. They were both very professional yet easy going and fun to drive with. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I would very much recommend their school!!

My son completed his driving class here. Daves driving school was very welcoming when we first arrived! They were very patient and kind to my son who was a first time driver. Two of my boys have gone through drivers training here. The classes are done at the local high school. The instructors are very good and invested in making sure they put excellent drivers on the road that have been well educated.

I got my liscense here and it was smoothly done.

Dave's is the best. They really care about each and every student. I have brought 9 of my children here for lessons. They loved it. I only have 4 left to go.

My test prep instructor Earl was very rude and at times got impatient and unprofessional. If you had a question he would respond in a way that would feel like he was belittling you. He also said that "one of the students were intellectually challenged" which in return made me uncomfortable..waste of 600 dollars and beware they will talk about you to other students.

Fantastic course - great staff and coaching. Would highly recommend for those looking to get their motorcycle license.

Just finished my 2 day corse with Rocky and Bullwinkle came in really nervous but these two guys are great instructors now i am more confident in everyday riding

Scott and Chris are the saving grace’s of this school! Corporate better take care of them because without them the school wouldn’t get 5 stars from me. Scott takes the time to break down things and correct you when you are wrong and isn’t scared to tell you when you are wrong and will break things down to show you the correct way. He genuinely cares for his students! When I got there Scott was gone for a few days and trucks were broke. When he got back he made a great effort to get trucks in the shop as quickly as possible so they could get on the road. Scott I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you put in to all your students!

I decided to do a change in my life and enter in an industry that I wasn’t too familiar with and I decided to go with 160 driving academy to teach me and get my CDL. All of their processes and procedures were fantastic and the instructors did a phenomenal job teaching me everything and everyone in my group! The sales manager, Chris was super helpful with everything and got me in as soon as he possibly could and anytime I needed him for something, he was super fast with responding to me. My main instructor was Ron and he did a great job pushing me and I learned how to drive a manual tractor in almost record timing! Scott and Mike were fantastic as well and efficient on teaching everybody and did a great job explaining all the pre trips and the parking maneuvers and Mike was a super positive character. I would rate this place 10 out of 5 if I could and if you’re looking for a place to learn about driving and pass the test at the DMV, I would highly recommended this driving academy! Thank you guys!

160 tulsa was great. Chris was very good and helpful in getting the info I needed to make knowledgeable decisions, to get started, and throughout. Lillibeth was a gem, always available and helpful. The trainers in the yard were top teir, (Scott, Casey, Tony, Abbey) they gave me all the tools I needed for one and done! Thank you all.

Before u start classes make sure to stay working at your job they say it will only take a month but it took me a month and a quarter, the guy in the office also had no idea what he was talking about so that made it harder because communication also wasn't the best. Once I got through the classes I had to wait an additional two weeks before I could go to the yard, once I got into the yard everything started going well but I needed to get a job, plus a couple guys that graduated a week after I started were in the same boat as me where they had to quit there jobs because of the class hours and were having problems paying bills because school took a while, the yard was a good experience though

Definitely would recommend for others. The school is built and designed for the student to pass first try. The student has to be applied and strict on him or herself. I had a good time met good people and the instructors are different in their own ways and were all helpful. Thank you 160.

This company discriminates against handicap kids! I enrolled my daughter and when I informed the owner David that she would be bringing her hand controls he stated he refused to allow her to use them and said she would have to go somewhere else!

I can't believe I'm even giving a star for a school like this. Completely outdated videos, two hour classes that consist of only videos and the instructor is not to be seen. The instructor, David, was rude, insensitive and completely mocked my driving though I havhave mentioned that I have never driven a single vehicle before. He had teased me and mocked me in front of other students who were learning to drive as well. I may not have driven exactly as he would've wanted me to because of never driving a car before and unfortunately I did not have anyone to practice with after class or anything does not give him right to talk about one's ability without knowing my reasons. Also, his instructions and directions were absolutely poor. Wouldn't recommend a place like this. I suggest you guys to learn elsewhere.

Man was yelling at me for being a slow at understanding how to actually drive and to be fair i haven’t driven prior so i had no clue he compared me to his other student like don’t do that to me. I jget it i’m behind. MOREOVER HE WAS YELLING AT ME CONSTANTLY. WHY ARE U YELLING. I was trying my best for a 16yr old and with going to my dad for lessons and more yelling it wasn’t gonna help me mentally. My anxiety was through the roof. The experience could have been better.

This class was super helpful, the class is engaging and super easy to understand. The instructor is very friendly and tries to make you comfortable. Definitely worth the money
