Delta Driving School has been great to our daughter and helped her through the process of learning how to drive well and safely with great care and professionalism. She got her license from the first try and we, as parents, were also reminded of what good driving means along the way :-). Sam is an amazing teacher! He and Mike are a wonderful team, and we look forward to having our youngest daughter take lessons with their driving school in the very near future. Mr. Mohamed was a great driving teacher. He was always patient and understanding, and he provided all of the information needed to pass the test. He explains everything clearly, and he will work with you if you struggle on a certain topic (parallel parking for me). Thanks to him, I was able to pass my road test and get over my fear of driving. I would definitely recommend 123 Driving School in the future!

I would just like to say , this was the best experience for me ! I came from another driving school which didn’t work out for me. I was a nervous wreck to try again and financially was not able to spend a ton of money for lessons. I came across 123 driving and not only were their prices great! The service and training I was received was beyond what I expected. I passed my test on the first try ! I completely recommend this school . They are accommodating and the instructors are amazing . Took my driving lessons with Daniel Peitler and had an amazing experience. He is a great, patient, and kind instructor who helped me prepare for my driving test with all the knowledge that he has. I can’t recommend this driving school enough, and if you can schedule him as an instructor please do! I am definitely recommending him and this school to everyone I know.
I had Dan for my lesson, he was absolutely amazing. My drive was critiqued in a way that kept me comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He told me about efficient parking methods in the most simple terms that helped me quickly understand and catch on to them. I came here feeling a little nervous about how it would be but it was so great!! Good time here today.
Good experience with Next Street, especially in Watertown! Dan P. and Criselda were especially helpful and supportive. The full course is pricey, thbut includes benefits through insurance discounts, and a smooth and comprehensive package.
I had my second lesson with Dan in Watertown and he was amazing. Dan is calm, funny and made the entire experience stress-free. He is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of driving from lane changing to parallel parking, and I learned a lot in just a two hour lesson. I am looking forward to lesson 3 and 4. If you are thinking about lessons at the next street, Dan is the one to do them with.
I had my last driving lesson with Dan and I had the best time. He made the lesson feel less stressful by cracking jokes and sharing stories. Overall, an amazing experience!

At first I thought I would never be confident on the road with the previous driving school I was at. I decided to transfer to Atlas Driving School and thats when everything changed. I was introduced to Mr. Khan, His son Zeeshan, his daughter Zara, Melissa, and Mr. B who works at the school in Wethersfield. Everyone are helpful but most importantly supportive and I was able to pass my test in shorter time than I expected. I would Highly recommend coming here if you wanna learn the road best way.
Atlas Driving School is hands down one of the best driving schools out there! I learned more in just two hours with them than I did in all the time I spent at the driving school I previously went to in Bloomfield. The difference was incredible. I signed up for the 2-hour behind-the-wheel lesson and also rented a car from this school. My driving instructor was very patient and taught me parallel parking and reverse parking very clearly. When I rented the car for the test, I didn’t have to prepare any paperwork, everything was ready when I arrived. I passed my driving test today, and I truly believe their support made a big difference. I highly recommend this school for anyone learning to drive

Thamanna, she’s the receptionist there, amazing! She will give you all details needed and be very helpful and encouraging. Kevin was great, he was my instructor for most of my lessons and made me feel comfortable. They also have a girl there on Saturdays, I’m sorry, I forgot her name but she was also great and comforting. Thanks to Chase 2 Driving School I was able to obtain my drivers license. Thanks to them I faced one of my fears and finally gained the courage and confidence to drive. They have a great team there and they will teach you everything you need to know to obtain your license. I highly recommend them.

Google Maps allow only one review, so I’m using another account to share this. I did the 8-hour Safe Driving Class and a 2-hour lesson before my road test at the Hamden DMV. 'Mr. Kevin' was such a great instructor—super kind, explained everything clearly, and even showed me some nice scenic spots while we practiced. I’ve been driving more 15 years, but he helped me finally understand the small but important differences in U.S. traffic rules. 'Jose' took me to the DMV, reviewed the key points on the way, and made sure everything went smoothly. He was so friendly and professional. I later found out he also works as a private Uber driver—honestly, I would gladly use his Uber anytime! For anyone trying to get a Connecticut license, especially as a foreigner, Chase 2 Driving School is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Bob Zaums was a fantastic and fun driving instructor. Our whole class learned so much from him. I believe we will all be so much safer drivers now that we have learned lots of tips and tricks from him and I'll miss him dearly.
Opal is awesome she makes you never want to miss a class she’s so funny and finds away to tie it all into lessons. She is someone that will make you comfortable about driving and determine what you need to master before you get on.
Opal is the best driving instructor you can ever have. She keeps the class alive and makes everything super entertaining. I love her and she’s made all these sessions worth it.
Had a wonderful experience with the next street! I took the 8hr class for the requirement with them. I learned so much! Definitely a great place to start learning. I then scheduled a 1hr driving session with Opal Lamb. She was amazing. I was nervous, and she completely calmed me down. I was really happy with the experience. I will also never forget to look out for Angie's Babies!
My class calls is small and we call each other Opals Lambs lol. Opal is a great instructor and always taught us new tips, tricks, and facts in class. My lessons with her out on the road taught me so much and made me a better driver. She always made sure to make us laugh and I highly recommend her!!!

I had the best driving school experience possible at Epic Driving School! Coming in as a new student, I had a lot of anxiety about driving. Epic made it so I felt safe with them. Their online classes and flexibility made my driving school experience fully tailored to me! I have to say that two Epic staff members went above and beyond for me in my driving school experience. Thiago, who helps run the West Hartford office at the front desk, made the whole process of signing up and scheduling classes easy. My daughter just had her first road lesson with Ari Yiannoulis. He was amazing. Explained every detail to us. He was professional & friendly. My daughter felt at ease and safe going out on the road with him. This is my second child going through this process and this was by far the best experience. Thank you Ari.
1 star. I am so appalled at how my daughter’s test went. She failed simply because she wasn’t told where the brake of the car was. She knew she what to do, as well as every part of the car. She has not driven in A Next Street car since August and has been practicing in mine. The brake was at her foot, which she didn’t know about. The instructor was unnecessarily rude about it, telling her to figure it out. She even pointed out what the issue was, that the car had “brake” in red and knew she had to release it, yet he couldn’t spare 5 seconds telling her where it was. He let her panic and look around the car before failing her. Only then did he tell her where the brake was. $150 dollars down the drain just because he couldn’t be bothered telling her where the brake was. He even had the gall to say “I guess nervousness kicked in today” as if she didn’t know what she was doing. I know she would have the passed the test if this didn’t happen, as she’s been preparing and driving for months now with great skill. He’s completely shattered her confidence and made her feel stupid. I am so utterly disappointed and disgusted with this location.

I had such a positive experience with C&T Driving School. I was a very nervous driver when I began taking lessons with them, but thanks to Taina my instructor, I came out the other end passing my road test, and now a much more confident driver compared to before. Matt is the BEST teacher, He tought us everything we needed to know while still making sure we had fun with the material we were learning! I had him for one of my drives and made sure that i understood everything crystal clear! Everyone that has him in classes have fun!! he made my experience very fun!
The Wolcott Next Street driving instructors are very nice people. They are patient with their students and really good at helping. My favourite instructor is Bethany.
The Wolcott Classroom has taught me ALL I know about driving. Matt Dalvano was a great instructor and I would highly reccommed learning to drive through the Next Street. I have had a great experience as well as a fun time in the classroom.
Drivers Ed was dun especially with my teacher Karen. She always had funny stories to tell us on the topics we were learning. My class was great overrall also. Everyone always participated and was pleasent.

Great program for preparting new drivers! All online classes were flexible and informative. Anytime I called in to ask questions, all of the customer service people were patient and answered my questions thoroughly. Sarah gave my daughter her final driving lesson before her road test at The Next Street. She was super positive and very helpful. Al Cirigliano was there on the day of the test and helped with the final preparations that she needed to pass her road test. I highly recommend The Next Street.

Simply excellent. I needed to learn how to drive, and I chose A+ based on the professionalism I saw online and a recommendation from a coworker, and I don't regret it one bit. I got the 10 lesson package and the road test package for a total of 12 lessons, but I'm not sure I would have needed them all to pass the exam, they taught me very well. I just took them all to be overly sure I'd pass. Maria, Juan, and both Diegos were all very helpful, very good teachers, especially for a nervous first-time driver like me. They taught well, they ran the 8-hour course, they set up the DMV appointment and did all the paperwork, and I passed my test (using their car) on the first try. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to learn how to drive.

I had an hour's experience driving and I purchased the course + 4 lessons bundle. I had the best driving instructor ever: David Yachtis!! I had heard how amazing he was so I intentionally scheduled my first lesson with him, knowing that I could have different instructors for each lesson, and it was the best decision I made. David is a phenomenal teacher and wonderful person, with almost 20 years of experience as a driving instructor - and it shows. He knows practically every side road, parking lot, and speed limit in Hamden, calling out the speed limit before I even see the sign. Your instructor matters: when I had tried driving before, I was so shaky and jittery that I could barely make a lap around my neighborhood before feeling sick. I went from being inexperienced and petrified of even turning the wheel to driving comfortably on the road *and feeling safe* by the end of my first lesson with him. David is so encouraging and honest, and I always felt secure when driving, knowing that he had the second brake, could adjust my wheel, and knew exactly when he had to step in vs. giving me verbal instructions to correct my driving. I completed all my lessons with him and I have to say: in David we trust. He is booked out really quickly, but I would urge anyone to learn with him if possible. Genuinely. He is a gem, and he is the reason I am writing this review because I could not have had a better experience learning to drive. Thank you David!!

Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas a EZ Stop lo haría, No Regales tu dinero…. 1- Fase de Permiso de Aprendizaje en Danbury, CT Reuní mis documentos hice mi carpeta ellos revisaron mis bills le pregunte varias veces si la fecha valida en los bills era la Primera o la ultima lo cual me respondieron que la fecha valida era la primera cuando fui a rendir mi examen desde Stamford, CT hacia Danbury, CT en el DMV me dijieron que mis bills no eran validos por la fecha yo cubrí todos esos gastos y perdi un dia de trabajo y dinero gracias a ellos, no recibi ni una disculpa de parte de ellos…… 2- Fase de Examen Practico en Hamden, CT Mi examen era 10:45 am la escuela un día antes me llamo que este en la escuela a las 8:30 am lo cual la persona quien me llevaría salió llegando a las 9:15 am el sr quien me llevo debió a ver llenado mi hoja de examen en la oficina y asegurarse que yo tenia toda mi documentación, por el atraso que llego no lleno nada y en el camino se daño el auto se activo un sensor por falta de mantenimiento a los coches (me imagino) el sensor se encendía y se apagaba….. en el paquete que ellos ofrecen, ofrecen enseñarte la ruta lo cual no lo hicieron, por el atraso me presente 10 minutos mas tarde a una cita tan importante por esta situación, el sr quien me llevo queria que yo llenara la hoja de mi examen lo cual le respondí que era trabajo de el porque eso se va incluido en el paquete que se paga y de paso la lleno mal, pensé que la escuela y yo íbamos a llegar a un arreglo porque la culpa era de ellos al 100% pero para sorpresa la única respuesta de ellos era que tenia que pagar por su servicio completo cuando recibí un servicio a medias.
Gracias EzStop, por toda su ayuda, hicieron que el proceso de sacar mi licencia fuera más fácil y rápido! A veces perdemos más dinero intentándolo por nuestra propia cuenta, que contratando a un profesional! Súper recomendados 🙏

Pedro is an amazing instructor. He’s taught each of my 4 siblings how to drive. He’s extremely patient and always gives good advice. I highly recommend him. He’s bilingual as well. So for those Spanish speakers, he’s wonderful! The receptionist is amazing too. I called so many times with questions and she was happy to help. He went with me to take my license test and reassured me through it all. During the drug and alcohol class he did a perfect job. He made the excruciating long 8 hour class go by quick. He made the class interactive and even made some jokes along the way. He genuinely understands people so well. I honestly think he’s a great instructor. Yes, he does have a heavy accent. But he’s very patient so if you have questions ask away and he’ll happily help👍
If you want to understand do NOT go to this school!! $100 down the drain!! The receptionist was wonderful, helpful, and sweet but the contrary can be said about the instructor, Pedro. He has an EXTREMELY heavy accent making the class VERY hard to understand and comprehend along with being very fast paced. He cut off my mom while she tried to explain that she was turning off her phone after an alarm went off, he very assertively told her that “If you need to use your phone you can use it outside.” Underhanded “jokes,” talking and rushing during tests, distractions galore, the whole works. The papers were all Google translated from Spanish to English which meant the wording was completely off and simply incorrect. Only picked up about 35% of the lesson due to how hard it was to understand him and what he was talking about. Not worth 8 hours of my Saturday.
The profesor that does not know how to speak English is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went with my daughter to take her 8 hours and I was on the phone looking for some paperwork I had to give to the front desk and he scream and yell at me in front if the whole class when I was not even there taking the class. I had to leave the room and he spent the complete class making fun of me in front of my daughter that felt bullied. If you want to understand your 8 hours make sure not to go to this driving school! You wont understand a word he says and on top of that he talks to adults like if they were kids and Honestly I am too old to take this from another adult in front of more than 25 people! He needs to learn how to be more professional in every way, shape and form! His name is Pedro Melgar.

High Ridge Driving school is awesome! They (Alex/Jonathan) are very patient, professional and guided/instructed my son exactly to where he needed to be to get his drivers license.
It helped me learn very well and I got my license in a timely manner. Would come again.
Took the 8 hour safety driving course and the instructors were great people. Bruce was funny and was able to make the classes fly by. I recommend the zoom classes as they were great and easy.
If you are thinking twice about this driving school, I say sign up! It was the best decision I made. The school made my experience so easy, from booking of lessons to the road test. Everyone from front desk to management were kind and want the best for their students. The best part was that DMV comes to the school! Shoutout to William who was extremely patient with me with every lesson. He even worked with my busy schedule to be available for my lessons. THANK YOU William and the whole driving school team.
Great overall experience. We ran into a few issues that were promptly resolved. The support of our new driver was appreciated. All three of my drivers went through High Ridge - would recommend.

I had a great experience attending this driving school. It’s very affordable and very informative when it comes to knowledge that you will need to know as a future driver. I learned so much from attending the class and the driving sessions on the road. I would definitely recommend The Next Street to others.
Solid driving school. I took the two week accelerated course, and although a bit grueling, I genuinely enjoyed Donavan teaching. Driving can be a boring topic to just talk about, but Donavan gets everyone involved and makes it enjoyable. I had Al for my physical driving lessons, and couldn't have been more comfortable. He's a nice guy, gets you to learn the techniques without difficulty, and really gets you ready for your test. My one complaint would have to be the videos we were made to watch. They are painfully outdated, made in the 80s or 90s. If this gets fixed, easily a 5/5 driving school.
Al is a great teacher happy to go into class every time I go in. Every class I Learn something new and is a very nice man. Definitely recommend, makes you adapt to the rules of driving very smoothly. Big AL

I did the 8 hour safe driving class and it was really good and informative the only problem with the classes was that I didn’t get an email what time the classes were. One way 11-3pm and the other one was 9-1pm. I did not receive an email what time It started nor the location until a few days AFTER the second class. For starters I went to my first class and I thought it was the 9am and it was the 11am. I went all the way over there for nothing. Other than that it was very good class.

Had to get a license after moving to West Hartford in 2013.. So I asked around and Intl Driving School was recommended to me by a friend. Took a few lessons from them and managed to get my license! Bernie knows the area well and will highlight the tricky areas to you (Wethersfield DMV isn't an easy place) to take a driving test.. and the agents in DMV does not make your life any easier. Highly recommended if you are a first time driver or just want to know how the driving test goes.
Bernie is an amazing instructor. I have passed my test today and am very confident in driving now. His regular feedbacks on mistakes made me perfect. I have taken two classes from differnt school and didnt learn how to drive properly. I am so thankful to Bernie for teaching me everything. The way he gives feedback with patience is amazing. You come to a right school. I’m international student. I came US to study by myself and don’t have any relatives in here. It’s too suck when you don’t have a car in US. It look likes that you don’t have feet. With me, car is totally new because in my country, we not usually use car. However, I can’t believe that after some driving lessons, I can pass the road test and get a driver’s license. The instructor is a great teacher. She is really nice and patient. I’m so nervous at the first time but I did more calm down because of her’s way. Moreover, she did teach you not only to get driver’s license but also to drive or change lane safely in highway that is not in the road test but it’s useful because once day you will need to drive in highway more than local that is with speed limit is 55km/h. It’s too fast for me who is a new driver. Thank you so much!!!!!
C&T driving school was great. My instructor was amazing, patient, friendly and super helpful. They were very accommodating and work with you in case some things may come up. I was super nervous and have really bad anxiety sometimes but my instructor helped me feel super comfortable and taught me everything I may or may not have needed but still good to have. I would never recommend anyone here. My teen sign up for the 8hr course. I knew from the beginning the man that answered the phone was very hostile and rushing. I felt degraded because I was asking him so many questions. We were exicted because she just received her permit. He was very short. On the morning of the video course the instructor was worst! He was very impatient and demanding. The cherry on top was when he was verifying if everyone’s parent spoke English and one family did not, the teen did but I guess mom did not and he let out a line of comments inappropriate. I told my daughter to leave immediately we are not paying for that kind of service. No way not my hard earned dollars. We signed up for A-1 in Startford and what a difference service makes. My daughter feels so comfortable, confident and heard in this course. The parent course was a great atmosphere of questioning and learning. I’m not writing this review to persuade anyone but if your gut feels off go with it! A-1 even has an option for Spanish speaking only. That doesn’t apply to us as we don’t speak Spanish but it’s a good resource to have 👏🏽

Attended the driver 8 hour adult training class. Fantastic instructor - Dan Hebert. Very engaging, interesting and informative. They played instructional videos to teach various concepts of driving which was a great help.

Avoid these guys. Communicating with the owner, his wife, or instructors are very difficult. Scheduling classes are also difficult they only have a few classes per week. You will be left without your money and no certificate.
This is hands down the best place to learn how to drive. Mike the owner has been doing this a very long time and has advanced driving techniques and knowledge. His staff members are just as knowledgeable and professional. Kirk is awesome and pleasant to drive with. He provides a very relaxed environment. If you are looking for a driving school for your kid(s) this is it. The area of the school provides students with a wide variety of driving conditions to prepare them for driving anywhere. You will not regret attending this school!!

I had a pleasant experience with Phil's Professional Driving School. I took a mandatory 8-hour course (Casey), 6 hours of behind-the-wheel lessons (Casey), and booked a car for the DMV test. Casey did his best to make the mandatory course useful and shared various tips and tricks during the course. I also enjoyed driving with him around the DMV and New Haven. There were no issues during the road test, which I passed on the first try.
I can agree with others in saying that this driving school is not at all a good option for new drivers. This school will not properly prep you to pass your exam. The instructor I drove with made random and offensive comments throughout the entire lesson. He also vapes excessively. He does not value time management. He stops frequently for bathroom, smoke, and gas station breaks. Taking time away from a paid lesson. Not to mention the unprofessional comments and rudeness he displays.He even admitted himself that he goes overboard. Even Casey the owner is quite stoic in person. I urge you NOT to attend this school if you want to succeed and become a confident driver.
Casey is awesome. I took the 8 hour required class with him and he was great. Super engaging and energetic at 8:30 in the morning! definitely recommend Casey!!!!
Great school I had Gary and Casey as my driving instructors. They were great, just great. They worked with me until I was a safe driver by reminding me the rules of the road, drive in areas that I was incormfortable, and practice important driving techniques. I took my test and pass on the first try. The inspector said i was a very safe driver. I will recommend anyone to come to this school to learn how to drive.

Dropped my son off there last week and didn’t know what to expect. The instructor kept the class engaged especially my son which is hard to do !! Would highly recommend for teenagers!!

I had a very positive experience at this driving school. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I always recommend this school without hesitation.
In the beginning I was very stressed and scared about driving but decided it was time for me to get my license. My sister went to Santos and recommended it to me. I took 13 hours of lessons at Santos with no practice at home and I was able to pass my driver's test. With the help and support from Yajaira I was able to conquer this big fear of mine and pass the test.
The Staff is Amazing. Yahaira is always efficient and very helpful. Bruno is one of top Driver Instructor. He is so patient and very knowledgeable. The whole staff is awesome and knowledgeable!!! Thank you ,Santos Driving School!!!

I would personally would AVOID this company if you were thinking about taking the 8 Hour Safe Driving Course. Gregor Burrus did not sign the class tracker of mine or give me a yellow slip. When calling and coming in person he acted like he couldn’t be bothered and even said that he could see that I was there due to the specific papers you’d only have if you were in the class but, he couldn’t authorize it because by law I would need the yellow slip from him but, he never gave me one. I took the class back in 2021 on Zoom and $99 dollars down the drain. I also feel if I were a teacher or instructor I would at least show some compassion or at the time call, email, or get in contact some sort of way to ensure my students got all their credentials to guarantee they would be able to take the road test. As my responsibility as a teacher and or instructor. When I went in today Gregor Burrus told me about the yellow paper and told the girl to show me a copy of what the yellow slip. Then he left/drove off and never checked to see if I had it or not or show any concern.

Please be aware of this school their scam artist they take your money and want more more money from you always switching your dates or canceling your driving lessons after you pay after you finish the class they don't put in your paperwork saying you can pleaded everything for DMV so that you can get a license please be aware they're waste your time and your money
I use this company through Veyo for medical transportation. They are by far The best service I've ever had the pleasure of using. The cars are always spotless, the drivers prompt, and the texts you get saying they are on the way or have arrived is the most convenient, efficient, and just plain brilliant system I've seen. This way you don't have to wait in the cold. Every driver I've had has not only been just polite, but personable and a joy to converse with. Or, if you prefer to read they just listen to the radio. My favorites are Kenneth and Greg Jr but everyone is great. They're safe drivers but not slowpokes. They don't have me gripping The armrests like some of the cabs I've been in. Hands down the best service. They are also caring, kind people. I don't wAnt anyone to get in trouble so I won't say a name, but on one of my trips recently I was telling my mother how the office won't let me come back for the pre surgical testing I need, or at all, unless I made a $5 payment toward a bill my insurance hasn't paid yet. I'm disabled But not yet collecting disability, nor do I get SNAP or cash assistance. I literally had 38 cents and the woman called me a liar and said I must have money for food and clothing etc. I explained I'm living with my mother and were both surviving on her disability which barely covers the rent and leaves us with very little for the month. I told her I don't eat for days until it's a necessity at which point I have to dig through people's trash to find recyclable items just to eat. I was extremely embarrassed and she made me feel like trash myself and still refused to allow me to return go the care unless I brought a certain dollar amount toward payment. So I left the office in tears, feeling like a lower form of life and not knowing what I was going to do to get the care I need. I told my mother all of this on the ride home. When we got out of the cab I told the driver thank you and to have a nice safe day and went to my door. Before I could enter they honked so I went back thinking I must have left something. They rolled down the window and held a hand out with the exact amount the office insisted I pay in order to come back. I tried not to take it, I told them it wasn't necessary, it's my problem I will figure it out but they insisted. Recognizing the kind heart of this person and realizing they wouldn't take no for an answer I took it because as they said "Everyone just needs a little help sometimes". I will make sure the money gets back to them as soon as the next disability cycle hits, because they work hard for their money. But I wanted people to hear this story to know that the people who work for this company care. They wanted to make sure I got the medical care I needed and now thanks to them I can. They are a great company with excellent drivers who really care about the people they are driving. Request them before anyone else. They are the kind of company that deserves your business.
