He really went above and beyond to make sure she understood not just how to pass the test, but how to be a safe and confident driver for life. We highly recommend Nevada Drive Academy! Jeff was incredibly helpful and tailored his teaching style to accommodate our needs, especially considering that English is my wife's second language. She was quite anxious about the exam, but thanks to Jeff’s patient and effective instruction, she passed her driving test on her first attempt.
We have now used Jeff with two of our children. Both not only passed their driving test with great scores but both are excellent drivers. Jeff could easily just teach them exactly what they need to know to pass the driving test but he really is vested in them becoming safe drivers once they hit the road with their license. We would definitely recommend Jeff and are very happy with the results.

George is a great and friendly instructor. Before we started to drive on the road, George spent about 30 minutes to explain important things to be aware of while driving. This showed me how professional he is. I practiced driving with him about 5 times, and I finally got my drivers license:) I highly recommend George if you are looking for a driving instructor!
George is an amazing and professional character. Last week, I successfully passed my road test to obtain my driver's license. I highly recommend SafeRide Driving Academy as the one and only alternative you have been waiting for to improve your driving skills. George is the best among the rest. He is humble, respectful, calm and doesn't yell when you make a mistake. He empowers you with confidence to do better rather than criticize you. If you're a beginner, a new driver or somebody who wants to hone their driving skills, look in the direction of SafeRide Driving Academy. You will never regret it cuz the experience is worth it. I'm an example. I speak from experience as someone who obtain a driver's license through George as my tutor. He is excellent and very experienced in the diving industry.
George was an amazing driving instructor. I didn’t have that much behind the wheel experience, and George did an amazing job explaining the ways of the road. I had a few lessons with him, and he saw that I was nervous the first couple but he talked to me to calm me down and gave me helpful tips on how to do certain things correctly. I highly recommend him for learning behind the wheel. He is determined to have you pass your test, and be safe on the road.
George taught me how to drive with patience. He had this sketches on the road and explained everything we might face on the road. He taught the road rules very well. He have a calm voice and will not make you nervous driving. I got 98/100. He always says it's easy and gave advises in a calm way.

Thierry was great, very thorough, went over with him what we needed and causes of her failing tests previously. In car instructor was frank, another teacher at the school. Took her on local routes first day to determine skill level, then test run around area Henderson DMV would be testing. Passed! All in all well worth the money! Thanks guys!

I had my first driving class today with instructor Ming and the experience was disappointing. As a beginner, I went there to learn—not to disobey or ignore the instructor. However, he told me right away that he had the right to cancel the class if I didn’t obey him, which felt more like a threat than guidance. His tone was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe instructors should be patient and respectful, especially with new learners. I hope the school takes this seriously and ensures a better environment for students.

Mr Monty was a great teacher! He explained things in a way that made sense and wasn’t just textbook learning. We did a lot of visuals and discussions which I think really helped. Overall a great and helpful teacher.
Great learning experience. Monte is an instructor who makes sure you understand the practical side of the rules which makes it more engaging and easier to digest and apply. He's feedback on the way you drive and what you need to look for are "spot on" as we say. The other nice thing we did is a simulation of the driving test by going to the actual location of the DMV school and went through all the check lists that you will be going through at the day of your exam. This by it self will boost your confidence and get you set up for the day of the driving test. I would recommend this experience for everyone as it will not only make you pass the exam, but also teaches you how to drive safely on the roads
Fantastic Driving Instructor! Monte is an amazing instructor at Ace Driving School! My husband and I were initially nervous about finding a trustworthy instructor for our 17-year-old daughter, but after meeting Monte, we knew she was in good hands. Took Monte’s drivers Ed course he was a great teacher making the class educational but still fun and interactive. I left everyday feeling more prepared and confident driving.
When I signed up for this class, I was expecting it to be extremely boring and unhelpful. But with Monte as my instructor, I learned so much useful information about life skills and solving problems that I had never been taught before. I am 1000% happy that I didn’t take drivers ed online because this class was engaging and fun and I learned a lot.

Highly recommend Northwest Driving School. I passed with a score of 95. Ms Margaret of Revere is such an amazing and patient instructor. She made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. Can't recommend her enough.

Northwest Driving School is a great place to learn. The environment was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Our instructor, Frank J. Fopiano, did a great job and took his time during the two-day class. He even bought us sandwiches and Domino's and told us to enjoy as much as we wanted. Today I didn't have money on my card, and he offered to pay for me, which was so kind. No teacher or instructor has ever done that for me before. I would recommend
This driving school was amazing! I signed up for behind-the-wheel lessons with Val (Valeria Romano) and she was super sweet, conversational, and helpful! Driving with her was great! Plus, the two-day instruction was really easy and smooth! My instructor Mr. Fopiano was really knowledgeable about driving, the road, DMV regulations, and the things that new, teenage drivers are usually unaware of. The campus was nice and lunch was provided for us students both days. This driving school was amazing and I cannot recommend it more!
This driving school seems almost flawless. I've had around 5 lessons with various instructors including Frankie, Roy, Debra, and Pedro. Every time, I have learned something new about driving or just small details I needed to know to pass the license test. The classroom kept me engaged and I received a high grade on the final exam which included almost everything there is to know about driving. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone who is trying to get their license or just wants to learn how to drive the correct way. Amazing school!

Just finished my driving course with Ms. Lily Fernandez and I really recommend her. Ms. Lily can read my mind and will answer all the questions in my head when we are driving! I am a very tense, anxious and nervous driver but Ms. Lily was very patient with me and would always boost my confidence in driving. She would correct me nicely when needed and is a very relaxed instructor. I learned a lot from her as there is no unnecessary stress you will feel when you are with her. She's a natural teacher and I am glad that I chose her.

Was having trouble with my driving skills and decided I needed a lesson. Gerald Dompier (Jerry) showed up and helped me with everything and gave thorough instructions and advice. He was also a blast just to talk to and made sure he made the most out of the 2 hour lesson. Passed my driving test a week after our lesson. Would recommend to anyone struggling or nervous about driving. 10/10. Thank you Jerry!

I had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Stephani Loffredo, and I was truly impressed by her teaching style and professionalism. From the very first lesson, she made me feel safe, supported, and at ease behind the wheel. What truly sets Stephani apart from other instructors I’ve had in the past is her emotional intelligence. She remains calm and composed, even in challenging situations, and knows exactly how to guide students without adding pressure or stress—unlike the experience many of us have when learning from a well-meaning but untrained family member. After completing my initial lesson package, I even booked an extra session with her just to get in some additional practice—she’s that great to learn with. While I know that everyone responds differently to teaching styles, I highly recommend Stephani if, like me, you value learning in a supportive, kind, and highly competent environment.

I had Leon last year and he helped me so much learning to drive, he taught me so much and was very patient with me. I finally passed my drivers test last year. I'm Sad i couldn't get tell him i passed because i couldn't get him for my 2nd drive test but i would 100% recommend choosing him for lessons :)
Communication is great and I know my daughter enjoyed the course and she did very well. It’s an excellent course for teens learning how to drive!
This place was really professional and helped me pass my driving test. Leon showed up to my house 3 minutes before our start time, made sure to get to know why I was taking a lesson, and made sure I knew all the rules of the road. He helped me perfect my skills and gave me some tips for how to pass. Because of this I passed with nearly a perfect score. Definitely a nice experience and I would recommend to anyone nervous about their test.
My daughter loved and learned a lot. Certificate came quickly too and our daughter passed her drivers test first try with an 89%.

I contacted Nevada Driving Schools to ask if I could schedule multiple driving sessions before scheduling a DMV test. I was told instead to schedule a DMV test in advance, and after jerking me around for two months refusing to give me a straight answer to my follow-ups (if any answers at all), they finally agreed to give me ONE driving session right before my scheduled DMV test. Then after the driving session, the driver refused the car for the DMV test and said I should have scheduled multiple driving sessions (AKA: the very thing I wanted to do in the first place and they said no for two months). I am fully confident that this was a deliberate ploy to try to squeeze me for more money than I would have otherwise have to spend, given that I have tried everything short of a note signed in blood tied to a rock flying through their window to tell them I am NOT giving them any more of my time or money and yet they continue to hound me. Do not give these worthless stool-bags your money.

Thanks to Nevada Driving School, this school's service is amazing. I would highly recommend this driving school because of the way they handle behind-the-wheel classes. When I went to the school I had no experience at all, I never drove a minute. After the third lesson I was driving home. She explains everything how to do, what to do, and when to do it. My biggest fear was parallel parking after the second try I was perfect. I went to DMV and passed for the first time. I’m so thankful for her. She is the best.
I am immediately writing this review after finishing my driving lessons because an immediate review is what Nevada Driving Schools deserves for such extraordinary service in every department: -I attended the two-day safety class for the 15/6 package. Our teacher, Ellie, was great. She answered every question, explained everything and never judged us if we did not know something or our questions were obvious. There were plenty of breaks to stretch our legs so the eight hour classes did not drag and there were loads of material to learn and keep you educated and also entertained. After these classes, I went to take my permit and passed it on my first try. -Afterward, I had driving lessons with Marco. If you attend this school, I highly recommend going with Marco. I had him for my twelve hours of driving lessons and he was amazing. He was so genuine in his attitude and meticulous with his teaching. If I did something wrong, he didn't get mad or frustrated; he would just explain it again and again until I got it right. When I started driving, his encouraging comments made me relax and for a person with anxiety, that is a huge thing. -Finally, their service. For this I recommend contacting them through email rather than phone as when I had questions, they were better answered on there and faster. But, whenever I had an issue my email was answered within a few hours. Like, in this case, I wanted to request six hours more of driving lessons and emailed them. Ellie, who answered my email, signed me up through there so I didn't have to do it by phone or the website. That's what I called excellent customer service. So in closing: GO TO THIS SCHOOL. If you know anyone who requires driving lessons or you would like driving lessons yourself: GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I didn't know a thing about driving or cars but after going here, I feel like an expert. I would suggest purchasing the 15/6 package which is the two-day classroom lesson and six hours of driving lessons if you want the entire experience. I passed my permit first time after the classroom lessons and after my twelve hours of driving lessons with Marco, I'm positive I'll pass my DMV driving test first go. I took the drivers Ed class to get my permit I was so scared and nervous of driving I never thought I would b able to drive and after taking these classes with Ellie I honestly couldn't thank her enough. these classes are so great & VERY helpful, I learned so much. I finally got my permit. if it wasn't for these classes I wouldn't have gotten it. & then following I also took behind the wheel classes with her and she couldn't be more nice and helpful I'm so glad she helped me so much thru all of this. best driving school in Nevada forsure :) I highly recommend!!!

I have not written any reviews, but NV Drivers Ed deserves one. The free online 30 Hour Driver's Ed on their website was very helpful. Kay - easy to talk to and accommodating/flexible with setting up my appointments. Brian - very professional and calm. Also very accommodating with my never ending (and sometimes repeating) questions. Highly knowledgeable with driving techniques, safety and traffic rules. Provides encouraging feedback and room for improvement. Tanya - only had a day of driving with Tanya. She is chill yet straight forward with the feedback. Super cool and equally knowledgeable. Overall, the experience was very positive. It elevated my confidence with driving. Their encouragement certainly did help me. I highly recommend NV Drivers ED to anyone who wants to learn how to drive.
NV Drivers Ed was a great company to work with in preparing my daughter for her drivers test. She was at first nervous about driving with someone she didn’t know but Tanya made her immediately feel comfortable and gave her the confidence to drive on the freeway. She was super patient and ensured my daughter was well prepared. They went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute lesson so my daughter could have one last lesson before her test. Kay is super sweet and great to work with, she patiently answered all my questions and showed genuine concern. I would highly recommend NV Drivers Ed to anyone who’s in need of driving lessons, my daughter had nothing but praises for Tanya and was truly thankful for all of her patience and kindness.
As someone who has tried different driving schools in Nevada, I can truthfully say Brian is the best instructor that I’ve had. He is very patient and accommodating. He has plenty of experience and is great for nervous/new drivers. I wish I had taken all my lessons with him from the start. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone looking to get quality lessons.
Best in town. Trained all 3 of my kids to drive defensively. Sent him two other friends’ kids as well and nothing but great feedback, Plus the owner is the 2nd coolest person in his household.
Tanya at NV Driver's Ed gets at least 12 stars. Unfortunately google reviews caps it at 5. She's the best driving instructor I've ever had, and I've had 3 different ones. You won't regret it with Nevada Driver's Ed!

The team at 160 driving school is awesome! Stacey made all the paperwork sign up easy and smooth. Damon and Pete are stellar instructors, cool dudes and have a very helpful and patient demeanor. They really set me up for success. Thanks guys.
This school is fraudulent and a waste of money. They promise training in 4 weeks. Once you pass the point of forfeiting the chance of a full refund, they suddenly realize they are overbooked and they scale yard time to once a week. It will take MONTHS, not weeks, to finish. The phone numbers for all their locations are routed to the same useless call center. If you can even reach someone there they will refuse to provide the contact info for regional and corporate offices. They refuse to fulfill their end of the contract and then refuse to refund your money if you withdraw. They advertise the 40 hr Theory training is free with enrollment but they charge you for it and then refuse to provide transcripts. If you are even considering giving them your money, read the Reddit reviews and BBB complaints. They are not even BBB accredited and the complaints filed are ignored. The yard, if you can even get time there, is just an accident waiting to happen. Understaffed and unqualified instructors.
Great school, Ray Damon and Vince take the time to teach you everything you need to know in order to pass. Hands down great instructors. If you don't pass, you probably don't belong on the road
My experience at the 160 Driving Academy has been really extravagant with one of the most patient, knowledged teachers and students. Best experience I’ve ever had that will never be forgotten. They will do whatever they can to not let you or your goals down. Shoutout to Pete, Damon, and Stacy for your excellency! I am thankful and appreciated! I just graduated and passed my DMV test and got a job!! I got something from each instructor. It was all inclusive. I had so much fun learning and connecting with the instructors and otter students. There were some hiccups as with anything. But I would recommend 160 Driving Academy for sure. I meant to add 5 stars. Stupid thumbs!

Is Rick James still around?
I went here way back in 2012 and have absolutely no regrets. Everyone there was really nice and went above and beyond. It seriously took me 3 or 4 times longer than it should have. I just wasn't getting it but they never gave up on me. Now, here I am, still doing it in 2022.
About to graduate from this school. It has been a great experience, i would recommend this school to everyone who wants to get a CDL.

Called the other day and the man who answered the phone was rude. I was calling to ask about the tuition. He very rudely said "I can take 50% down and the rest you have to pay and the end of the class". So how is it that you advertise that tuition is $4,500 but I have to pay 50% upfront. Which means that tuition is not $4,500. Other schools charge about have this, cover the whole thing and I don't have to pay it back UNTIL I get my CDL. Was this guy just having a bad day?
Great family and family owned. Patient, professional and great at what they do. I shopped around prior to deciding on this school and am so grateful this was the one I chose.

I want to share the experience I had yesterday with an instructor at this driving school, he is called Christopher, he is a man of about 40 years old. He shouted at me, he treated me badly, hedid not have patience, and he made me feel bad and made me cry. It is an animal. I don’t recommend take clases with him.
I purchased a lesson for a family member who needed to gain a little more confidence behind the wheel after some changes to her vision. The instructor was fabulous. She now feels so much more confident behind the wheel. We are all so grateful!
I tried out another driving school first, and it was a disaster: during my first lesson, the instructor told me about how he wanted to kill his ex-wife, but moreover, he demeaned me and made me know just how bad I was at driving. (Yea...duh....that's why I'm taking lessons....) Feeling somewhat discouraged, I called up All American Driving School and began taking lessons with Dianna, who was a GREAT instructor. She is super kind and encouraging, and after 27 years of not knowing how to drive, gave me the skills I need to pass my test. Thank you Dianna and All American Driving School. You deserve better Google reviews. I love you guys!

My instructor was Lorna. She was great and super patient to a beginner driver like me. Yesterday I passed my driving test at DMV with 93points out of 100! Thank you Lorna and Safeway driving!
I had to go back to driving school after more than 15 years of driving on the left side of the road. i was completely disoriented and nervous before the drive test. Safeway Driving school helped prepare for the drive test and calmed me down. I am grateful to my instructor Jamil Bey for his expert guidance. Having such a knowledgeable and calm instructor gave me the confidence i needed to pass the Driver Test. Highly recommend this driving school.
Kathy— the owner, doesnt show up till 11 for her 9am class. Your kids arent even getting ehat you pay for. Then she debates about why cops are justified killing people. She is SO RUDE. My daughter had a cough(wearing a mask, covid negative/flu negative, no fever) and suffers from seasonal allergies and asthma and its spring!!. Kathy sent her home, and in front of the class said she didnt know why a mother would send their kid to class coughing. She later denied that she forced my daughter to go home, but the entire class witnessed this. I believe she is a racist too. After forcing my daughter to leave, insulting us, and being rude, she wont refund us. I would look elsewhere. Your kids wont even learn. She just talks for 5 mins about cops killing people and leaves them in self study for an hour. Buyer beware!!
Absolutely horrible experience. I took classes last year, and the instructor was so aggressive and unprofessional that I had to walk out mid-lesson. The booking system is a mess, communication is poor, and the overall environment is hostile — not what a driving school should be. Never recommending this place to anyone.
Our child was scheduled for 20 hours behind the wheel training and then told after that a car was stolen and they had to cancel appointments for the day before her driver test. After speaking with my daughter I found out When she was actually driving the instructor was showing my daughter photos of tattoos on her phone that she wants and having her talk to the instructors friends on FaceTime. The instructor also has her stop for donuts and coffee and smoke breaks while on time I paid for. The owners wife also them drive to turn in time cards even though their was no one scheduled after my daughter. To top of off I asked for a refund of my 12 remaining hours $780.00 so I could hire another company and was told many excuses including that I wouldn’t find any other company that could get me in right away. As if that’s okay to delay a refund. The next day promised a refund by the owner her husband and now he’s had a procedure and won’t be in till next week. My daughter has almost completed all those hours now through a different company and I’m still waiting for my refund. Do not use them!! It makes sense why they don’t have a lot of instructors if they think putting student drivers at risk with cell phones is okay and if allowing them to run the clock for unauthorized breaks is okay too. Shame on them. I still haven’t got my refund and will be pursuing it.
