My name is Nick and I’ve done one class with Jack Stack driving and I absolutely disliked it. Even though it was my first time driving I immediately felt how unprofessional the service was. The instructor yelled at me countless times for making very minor mistakes, even slapping my hand. Driving with them made me feel uneasy and nervous because I felt as if I was going to be yelled at any given moment. Overall the driving experience was very disappointing because of the way the instructor reacted towards me. Beyond that they even tried scamming us charging us more money than was originally stated.
Both of my daughters had Diane as their instructor and absolutely LOVED her! We have had an awesome experience with Jack a Stack Driving School and highly recommend their services.
I knew that my daughter was in safe hands as she learned to drive, and she was indeed prepared for her behind-the-wheel test at DMV. Diane is patient, helpful, kind to both her teenage students and the parents. One of her statements to me during the process really resonated: "While your daughter may think we're teaching her how to pass the test, we are actually teaching her to be a safe driver - for the test and beyond. Jerry was great. My teen felt very comfortable and safe with him
Had a really great experience with the teacher. I found him to be a very kind and jovial man even for a 6am class which he kindly agreed to given my busy schedule that week. A very hard working person who picked me up at my front door and even dropped me off at work at 8am. Never tried to charge a higher price despite all my additional needs. I would totally recommend this school to everyone.
Christina cancelled on us twice with a 3 session course. She made my daughter extremely nervous. She will not return my call regarding the last session which I would just like a refund for as I will teach my daughter myself.

Jonathan strives for great customer service!
Very rude person talked to me over the phone I was just asking about how much per lesson and directions when he said I am very busy right now. Do you have a permit? When i said not yet he said get it then call
I had my first driving class with this Lady instructor Wendy. She was very rude, unprofessional( eating in the car while teaching me). She got easily irritated when I was asking her couple of questions regarding driving. Absolutely waste of time and money!
Due to a scheduling conflict, the communication between the assistant, customer, and driver was super unclear. Today, the test driver came to my home when I clearly told the assistant that I wanted to reschedule the lesson to Monday. The assistant is not very clear with the instructions and messed up the whole entire communication service between the driver instructor and student. For next time, before blaming the customer who called two days before to reschedule, maybe check in with your assistants. All the best~
