I took 4 lessons with Coco and her special training methods made me very confident in myself since lesson 1. She knows exactly what you're thinking when you make certain mistakes and correct you before your test. Not to mention her services are reasonably priced for the quality that she offers. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get their license.
I found Coco by searching on Google. She speaks both fluent Mandarin& English. She is a very warm-hearted person. She gives clear guidance and instructions. I was very nervous on my first driving here. She was always very patient with all the mistakes I made while driving. I’m glad I chose her to guide me through the whole process. Coco is a coach with a high emotional intelligence. She customized a teaching plan for my specific issues. She has excellent communication skills, explains details clearly. Without her dedicated guidance, I might not have passed the test.

I booked a one-hour driving session with Coco, and it was so great. Within that one hour, she told me all the important rules and points, even very detailed ones, and they made me be prepared for the actual test. When I did the actual test, I was aware of whatever was happening to me because I had already practiced them in the training session that I had with Coco. I strongly suggest to book time with her for your driving test. She was so great and respectful.

Just got my DL! Albert is a fantastic driving instructor! He is patient, kind, and always puts his students at ease. I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Albert. Albert did an excellent job of teaching concepts, allowing me to drive with an awareness that made difficult city driving much easier. He was always calm and patient, despite the difficulties I had when I began learning to drive. I passed my drivers test first try, and credit that 100% to Albert, who knew exactly which routes to take me on and what to practice in order for me to pass. Working with Albert was a pleasure, and I would recommend his driving school to anyone hoping to drive!

Albert is an amazing instructor! He is very patient and knows how to help you improve quickly. I became a much more confident driver after my lessons with Albert. He explained the rules of the road thoroughly and helped me practice my weaknesses until I was comfortable in many different driving situations.
Albert was the best driving instructor I could have wished for! I had absolutely no driving experience and was very anxious about driving, but I was able to pass the SF DMV test after 5 lessons with him. (and I'm really not a fast learner when it comes to driving haha) During every lesson, he was very kind and I never felt judged after making mistakes or asking questions. He does a really great job at putting you at ease, and he never pushes you to do anything you're uncomfortable with - but he still made sure that I made some progress and learned new skills every lesson. TLDR he is overall just a great guy and I would highly recommend him :) He was very direct and alert about any mistakes I made, which helped me learn faster. He's not just focused on making you pass the test, but becoming a good driver overall. He also knows the area around the SF DMV very well and we practiced around the tricky intersections so that I was prepared. He was also very generous with his time - lessons are 2 hours, and almost always he was 10 minutes early and ended the lesson 10 minutes late. I never felt rushed and I appreciated that! His prices are very competitive and he never tries to push extra lessons on you (in fact I asked to have some extra lessons to get more comfortable with freeway driving haha) Thanks Albert!

Jeddy is my hero. You won't find a better driving instructor in the Bay Area. This guy took me from barely knowing how to drive to feeling confident during my exam in just three 2-hour lessons. He knows the ins and outs of all the local DMV courses, has great tips for parallel parking and navigating the city streets, and is really just an all-around great person who you'll look forward to spending more time with. Couldn't get a higher recommendation. Treat him right and give him a hefty tip - he deserves it.
Loved my sessions with Jeddy. He's a super nice guy, easy going, and he makes the learning fun. I had about 3-hours on the road with him over two sessions, at the end of the second session, I took and passed my test. I had driven in the UK for 20+ years beforehand in case you're suddenly thinking "that's not possible". I spent several weeks doing my research for the right instructor and I am glad I did, I highly recommend this service and Jeddy to all of you reading this. Cool things he does: Picked me up and dropped me off in different locations (at my request) He did not have the last or next learner in the car, just me and Jeddy the whole time. He tells you the next turn to take away ahead of time and repeats it right after, which is great if you're concentrating a lot.

I would highly recommend Confident Driving School to anyone in the SF area looking for great and safe instructors to teach them how to drive. I have taken lessons with Jeddy from Confident Driving School as I wanted to brush up on my driving and parking skills (driving/parking in SF is very hectic! And I did not feel confident about either when I started the lessons). Jeddy is a very helpful instructor. He assesses your current skill level as you drive, and then will provide feedback and tricks for different aspects of driving. He also asks if you want work on a particular skill, and the entire lesson can be structured around that. You will also feel very safe during the lessons if you're a completely new driver the vehicles used have brakes/accelerators on the passenger side. Because of Jeddy's patience and instruction, I can say that I am more confident driving and parking around the city than when I started.
Jeddy is the best! First of all, booking is so easy, he offers flexible hours and can even pick your child up before school for a lesson and drop them at school after, or pick them up from school and drop them at home after the lesson. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made my son feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. He is also very communicative with parents to give feedback on what to work on in between lessons. We also opted to book an additional lesson right before my son’s driving test which made my son feel very comfortable heading into the test. And Jeddy walked us into the DMV to guide us through what could be a stressful process. Highly recommend!

Gerald was so so helpful! I had never driven before and he teaches you all the essentials in a timely manner so you don’t feel overwhelmed. He appreciates how expensive driving lessons can be so had me on the road from day one- I passed in 3 lessons!
Gerald is the kind of instructor you would want to have! I have been driving for 30 years but overseas (where I am originally from) and I had to gain the confidence to drive here in the US which he helped me with. He also explained the regulations very well. He clearly answered all my questions during my 2-day lessons with him. I wouldn't have passed the behind the wheel driving test on my 1st attempt if not for him.

Gerald is a fantastic instructor. When I reached out to him, he provided honest and transparent options based on my international driving history. Gerald was also extremely patient, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the lesson and provided amazing tips to ensure that I understood the regulation (which is often the main reasons for failing the test). As a result, I successfully passed the drive test on the first attempt. Also given his experience we were able to efficiently get in and out of the DMV and return home within 1.5hrs of the scheduled time slot! Thank you so much, Gerald! 10/10 recommend his services!

Really great service, I had 8 lessons total and passed my test first time. My instructor was Javier, who was fantastic - he was super patient and calm, and gave really useful feedback that helped me stop making errors that I wasn't even noticing myself. The office was also great to work with, lessons happened on time and I had no issues scheduling my test with them. Really recommend Rivadavia - and especially Javier!
I took driving lessons from Javier. His driving lessons are structured, he provides very specific tips for good driving practices beneficial during the driving test and otherwise. I was able to pass my behind-the-wheel driving test this past Thursday after having several lessons with both Javier and Emilio. I practiced in Daly City and San Francisco with both instructors, and I felt ready to go when time came for the test. Emilio told me something important during one lesson: “don’t worry about passing the driving test, worry about learning to be a good driver”. Both instructors make sure to give the student plenty of advice and information in regards to driving on the road and for the test. The cars they use for the lessons are very new and have the latest technology. Emilio went with me on the day of the driving test and gave me one last lesson to make sure I was ready to go. I am pleased with my experience learning from this driving school.
Yancarlos is an AMAZING instructor. I had limiting experience behind the wheel and was terrified of driving. He was incredibly patient, even when I made the same mistakes over and over again. I took a total of 9 lessons and passed my behind the wheel test on my first try! I strongly recommend this school, especially Yancarlos to anyone who is nervous about driving. He won't let you crash into anything. We even did freeway driving and he taught me how to park properly.

I successfully passed the behind-the-wheel test at the SF DMV, and I owe a huge thanks to my instructor. Without his help, I wouldn't have been as confident or well-prepared for the actual test. I opted for the $200 behind-the-wheel package, which turned out to be a wise choice. On the appointed day, Omar arrived at my doorstep and immediately took me through a mockup test. Throughout the session, he continuously emphasized crucial points to keep in mind before facing the real test. Omar's guidance allowed me to grasp critical aspects of the test, like checking over my shoulder before changing lanes and executing safe intersection turns. I made sure to remember and implement everything he taught me. As a result, I managed to pass the actual test with only one minor mistake. I can confidently say that investing in this package was well worth the money, as it helped me succeed on my first attempt!

Kahn is a great instructor, he is funny, calm and helpful. I would definitely recommend Anne's driving school, getting my license was an easy and fast process.
I learned so much, and had such a fun time! Kahn and his steps to parallel parking made it less stressful and easy to remember how to park perfectly every time. Really calm and funny environment, so happy I did behind the wheel through this program.
The moment I first spoke to Eugenia, I knew that I was going to have a positive experience with Ann driving school. I never met her in person but her voice on the phone was relaxed, professional and sexily authoritative. She set up Ricky to work with me to pass a senior driver road test with DMV and let me use their car for the actual road test. This young asian gentleman was the personification of calm and vigilant guidance. His sense of humor, attention to detail and encouragement helped me to relax under the pressure of the upcoming test which was conducted by a managing dmv officer. Thanks to his patient, confidence-building, preparation I passed with a "good job" remark from the officer on my Road test score sheet! I highly recommend Ann's driving school to anyone from 16 to 75! Well done Ricky and thanks again!
I had a great experience with the instructor Arturo Borges.I have been trying to learn to drive since 2018, and had not been able to control my fear, especially going on freeways. Arturo helped a lot, he was explaining everything, and giving tips on ho to drive in the city. After his classes I was finally able to pass an exam with minimum errors. And started driving since then. Thank you so much, Arturo!
I had excellent lessons with both Rita and Arturo! Rita is patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging, while Arturo is equally skilled and has a talent for using metaphors that build confidence and enhance the process of becoming a more proficient driver. Please do your research before going with Guerrero driving school. The person name Juan does not work out of the office on Mission Street. Juan is a rude person at times and tends to cancel, shows up hour early just call when he arrives, loves to talk about politics not needed when trying to learn. 6 months with Juan I could of bought a used car. Juan was rude towards the end and charged for 4 hours when it was only 2 hours of service I regret not doing research.
Had a great experience. Juan is a great teacher and knows what he’s doing, having many years of experience under his belt. He’s also very funny and will try to keep the conversation going if he sees you’re nervous. Finished my 6 hours feeling 10x more confident about my driving skills than when I first started.
Juan is a good teacher with a lot of experience, he not only taught me how to pass the test but learning how to drive safely. He will tell you what you do well and what to improve, he is talkative with good sense of humor. I strongly recommend!

juan was patient, funny, and a great instructor. He's very dedicated and will teach you everything you need to know to be a safe driver. I took about 16 hours in lessons, but everyone learns at their own pace and it's important to not just learn for the test because it will come to bite you at much higher costs if you don't learn to drive well. highly recommend!

Great! First time doing this and it couldn't be easier!
If there was an option of zero stars I would gladly take that for this review. I had Keith for an instructor for 3 lessons. All those times he was giving me attitude and he literally got mad when I stopped for pedestrian walking or other people walking. He did not teach me how to pull over or park properly and he didn’t explain how to do things properly. I felt like he was only there for the money nothing else. He was supposed to be teaching me the route of the dmv in Daly City, but he did not. And he wasn’t paying attention as a back up for a new learner on the road he was on his phone most of the time and I felt like was doing a hazard look since he was not paying to help a the driver. He made me feel unmotivated to get my license and I literally did not want him anymore. I wouldn’t recommend Keith.. he isn’t friendly and he doesn’t teach very well, I wouldn’t recommend.. I got a new instructor and my new instructor is so much better since he helps you right away and would teach you a lot of things within the 2hrs and he will not waste your time.. and he literally told me that everything I did was right and will correct your mistakes right away.
This is horrible experience when it comes to booking an appointment, they havent showed up. What a joke!! We scheduled our plan to be available on that day and they never got back to us for the booked appointment!! When I called them to check why they havent turned up, they said they will call me back and never called me. Not even a courtesy call.. Never ever trust these guys..
Keith is an excellent instructor. Very patient and polite..He made me feel confident and taught me some important driving techniques. His class was really helpful..I recommend him to other learners
This was my worse experience ever! I took 5 classes, and it was as bad as never. Let's start from their car-very dirty, so unpleasant to sit inside. Teachers just take your time of driving around the city, they are not professional at all, don't know ho to explain exactly. I even fail the test, I knew everything in general, but driving with teachers didn't help at all, they all the time on the phone, and you are alone at the road. I just waisted my money and time for these people. Also they come late. I'll never suggest this school to anyone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
