I had a great experience with Silicon Valley Driving School! Anmol is a great instructor, his guidance, patience, and expertise helped me build confidence behind the wheel and ace my road test on the first try! I HIGHLY recommend Silicon Valley Driving School to all student drivers in the Bay Area!
Simple and fuss-free to set up lessons and appointments. Worked with Anmol for my 2 driving lesson and for the actual test drive. Very accommodating instructor, gave lots of tips in driving and for the behind-the-wheel test. Pleasant experience overall. Would recommend to families and friends!
Great experience working with Anmol who is professional, polite and helped my 16yr old with first time driving nerves. She has quickly picked up key skills and grown in confidence plus knowledge of road safety. Highly recommend Silicon Valley Driving School
I came across their website few months back looking for a driving school. SVDS was the 1 among a couple others who had a good price and good google reviews. My instructor was Anmol and after a good number of classes with him and then passing the test at 1 go prooved to be fruitful. The experience: Anmol is an amazing instructor , catering towards my strength and weakness, curbing my fear of moving cars(first timer jitters), understanding of roads and rules. He made it very easy to understand and his tips and tricks to learn the skills were amazing. The test practices were beyond helpful. He customised his service according to how I wanted to learn. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who wants to learn driving perfectly. PS They do pick up drop offs, easy to schedule classes and on the road learning from the very first lesson.
I had a great experience at Silicon Valley Driving school. My instructor, Anmol was patient, clear in his instructions, and encouraging. The lessons were well-structured and focused on both safety and skill.

Nawaz is an excellent & very calm instructor . His repetitive practice helps one to overcome errors, without ever feeling embarrassed. His guidance helped me to ace the DMV behind the wheel driving test at first try with only two minor errors . He strives to make you a confident , good & safe driver . Thank you Mr Nawaz !!
Great lessons — not just focused on driving test prep, but also on overall driving readiness. Nawaz was calm, clear, and very informative.
Very happy to be passing the behind-the-wheel test first trial after five classes with Mr. Nawaz. I only did one minor mistake, and the examiner highly complimented my driving skills. Mr. Nawaz is very good at building solid driver habits. He is calm, friendly, and detailed oriented.

I had really a great experience with Vitty driving school and my instructor Anmol. It was hard looking for a driving school but i’m super glad i chose this one. Being a teen, i was really nervous but with Anmol, I immediately felt comfortable and he addressed all my mistakes and questions, making me feel more confident. I passed on my first try on the driver test and i couldn’t have done it without Anmol and this driving school, super thankful and I highly recommend.
Driving coach is a logic, smart and open-minded. He quickly identified the areas I needed to improve and adjusted his teaching plan accordingly. After just one driving session, he felt that I didn’t need another. After one session of his coaching, my driving improved significantly. Highly recommend!!
Great lessons, patient instructor. Has safe car with dual pedals and has all safety features. Passed the driving test on the first try, they prepare you well. 💯
I highly recommend Vitty Driving School to any new driver. I took my sessions with Anmol who made my learning journey both enjoyable and successful. His unwavering patience was a constant source of support, especially considering my initial fear of driving as a beginner. His optimistic approach created a comfortable environment that allowed me to build confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to his guidance, I not only overcame my apprehensions but also passed my driving behind-the-wheel test the first time itself. I wholeheartedly recommend Anmol to anyone seeking a patient and encouraging driving instructor.
Amazing experience! I started with zero driving experience, and after just 4 lessons, I passed my test and got my driver’s license. My instructor was professional, patient, and never yelled, even when I made mistakes. He explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident behind the wheel. Highly recommend this school to any beginner!

My husband and I had our driving tests recently and 1 hour driving session with Mr. Javed helped in clearing the tests successfully. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what the dmv examiner is looking for. Highly recommend.
He is an amazing instructor who helped me overcome my driving anxiety. Despite my short timeline to get my drivers listens he prioritized my time and got me into the dmv despite the busy summer months. Thank you high class driving instructor!
Great sessions! I took only three classes and passed my license test. The instructor was excellent—clear, patient, and effective. Highly recommend!

My trainer Michael was really helpful. His tips really helped me in passing my exam. I would surely recommend this driving school. Thanks for your support!
Great experience! Martin was my test instructor. Passed my test on First attempt. He covered everything important for the test. Improved my fundamentals of driving. Really great experience! Thanks
I had an out-of-state driving license (6 years with a lot of driving in US) but I lost and had to re-take the driving test. George is an excellent teacher (and teacher means more than a driving instructor) and I can say that he manages to add wisdom to my way of approaching driving. I could see he was involved to the last minute in making sure I pass (actually I did in San Jose). A huge plus: had no problem with getting the hours when I needed them (a few for me just to get familiar with the testing area) and to have the car for testing. As serious as George is while teaching I could glimpse that is a funny person though. I did get a few good laughs. So, George thank you for the experience, I enjoyed it, and thanks for the lessons. I'd recommend you to anybody who wants an honest and useful assessment of their driving skills and to anybody who wants to learn driving. Sorin.
I had a great instructor named Michael who just took 2 classes and I got my DMV license. Highly recommended driving school. Please ask for Michael for driving lessons
George was my instructor! Such a patient teacher. Went over absolutely everything in detail. Got my DL on the first try without many errors. Thanks, George!

Even though I had gotten my drivers license 20+ years ago in New York City, I never ended up getting a car or driving there. So I was quite nervous about driving when I moved to the Bay Area and I put it off for a few years. I was turned on to Bay Area Driving Academy by a friend whose two kids had great experiences learning to drive with them. I took several refresher sessions with Carrie, Ryane and Leroy and I loved them all! They were all super relaxed and extremely helpful with feedback and were totally not worried about how anxious I was. We did some city and highway driving, then on our third session, Carrie had me driving through the mountains to Santa Cruz on the very curvy Route 17! That was quite the confidence booster! I really appreciated that they have the custom course that you can tailor to exactly the things you want to work on. I'd recommend these folks in a heartbeat!
My adult son just passed his driving road test yesterday. I've booked my son for 6 hours adult driving lessons with instructors Leroy and Forrest. In addition, my son took a 2 hour "Pre-Test Preparedness Course” with Instructor Forrest and she really boosted his confidence. The Bay Area Driving Academy's 5-CORE COMPETENCIES Assessment was really helpful for my son to know what he needs to work on his own time. Both instructors Leroy and Forrest were patient, friendly and knowledgeable about relaying safe driving and road tips to my son. I also want to give a shout out to Jenny at the office for being efficient on rescheduling us when things didn't work out as planned. I highly recommend learning with Bay Area Driving Academy.
Wow. Completely blown away with my experience and the lessons I received. I drove and was taught with/by Carrie, and other members of my family have been taught by them too. The lessons were fun every time. The first day Carrie took me up to the mountains, and had me driving on big streets. It may seem daunting, but Carrie picks up well on the ability of the driver. The lessons following were just as fantastic. A huge part of what makes this company awesome is that they have genuine care for the people they are teaching. Carrie has worked with drivers of many different skill levels. If someone is uncomfortable or scared with the idea of driving Carrie would definitely help. I could have taken my driving test after the required number of lessons, but I had an extra to help and I think it genuinely did. Surprised to see some of the other reviews having trouble with communication. Carrie would text me before lessons, telling me they are coming, and I could also take the initiative to text them and ask if they were on their way, which I would receive a fast response to. Another cool part of this company is the lesson summary, that gets emailed after every lesson. It tells you how you performed on the lesson, and recommendations and comments on what to practice and improve Overall an extremely positive experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn to drive or review their driving skills. Shoutout Carrie!
I would highly recommend this school. I took a couple of lessons before my behind-the-wheel test there. Instructor Teresa helped me a lot to improve my driving style and cope with the test anxiety. I followed her advice and passed the exam. The school itself offers a great service: you can book lessons online, there is a big variety of pricing options, and you can also pay either before or after the lesson. Also, the school would always remind you in advance about your upcoming lesson.
Thank you to Carrie at Bay Area Driving Academy for teaching my oldest son to drive. He just passed his driver's test!! As a parent, I appreciated the email feedback with the information on what he is doing well and what he needs to work on. Carrie was a calm and straightforward instructor. I will definitely use this driving school for my other two boys.

Both Mahasti and Max did a very good job with instructing me how to properly drive. I took the test multiple times before and failed but when i signed up for their driving classes, Finally I got my license, I am very well pleased with how professional they are and how they accomodated my request on such notice. Keep up the good work Jumpstart Driving school! I definitely recommend this company.
My son immediately shared that Max was very patient, helpful and sincere. Since he knows what is expected on the DMV test, Max made sure to cover the details of the test during my son's first driving lesson. Further, Max was punctual. He even went out of his way to reschedule an earlier date for our convenience! Moreover, he was completely thorough in ensuring the safety of my son. I could tell right away that he had taken the recommendations from the Center for Disease to heart. Not only was my son's temperature taken before the lesson, but Max took his own temperature as well. Afterward, Max covered the seat with plastic and thoroughly sprayed the inside of the car. Thank You Max for the extra peace of mind and for sparing us stress. God bless you!
I took 5 sessions and a test day assist course with Max and passed driving test the first time as a new driver. I initially only booked one class with jumpstart because they have the earliest available slot on a working day morning, but Max's patience and his knowledgable presence convinced me to book much more. Specifically, he knows the in and out of driving test and would constantly give you pointers on things to look out. His attention to detail and his personality quickly calmed my nerve as a first time driver and I gained a lot of confidence in driving as a result. He also made sure to provide feedback at the end of each class to make sure I understand my progress and area of improvements. I would also echo others' comment on how he emphasize on good driving habit and would even mention how to make decisions base on observations of driver behind. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend him to any new drivers.
I had to re-take my driving test after moving here and despite having driven before, I lacked confidence on the road. I called Max about a week before my test and he tried his best to accommodate me into his schedule. I was able to take one full lesson and a pre-dmv test lesson with him, which were both great and helped me to pass! Max is an encouraging teacher and boosted my confidence immensely. Thanks Max! Highly recommend him as an instructor.
Max's teaching method is very effective. I got useful and specific feedback in all the classes that helped improve my driving ability and build confidence. He provides clear information on all the aspects evaluated in the driving test so you can practice with confidence and be ready. Due to high demand, it was hard for me to find open slots for driving lessons in general. But Max coordinated with me and ensured that I have timely practice sessions till I take the test. My test was early in the morning, so Max mentioned about potential sun rays blocking my view and suggested I take sunglasses along. Without his attention to detail and careful advice, I would have been caught off guard. Thanks Max for helping me learn driving and get the license! Really appreciate it.

I am extremely impressed! We used their service for the online driver's prep to take the written test and also for a behind-the-wheel lesson. They helped us get the certificate we needed with short notice. The driving lesson gave our daughter much more confident. We got detailed feedback on how to help her and even some videos for tips. We are very happy we used this school!
