The owner is a scam artist! The driving instructors that my son was able to work with were GREAT! The owner is very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. My son finished his 3 lessons that we PAID for, and it was agreed that if he is ready, he would take the exam. The owner was the only one available it seems to take him out and complete the driving test; he began asking over 10 times if he was sure he wanted to do the exam. He looked out the window and began to give excuses as to there being traffic and that an exam that would take 15 mins would end up taking much more time out of his day. He finally had no choice but to give him the exam. He had him switch cars about 4 times because it seems the cars were not working properly. As soon as my son was pulling out of the building, he failed him and had him come back in. He did not allow for him to complete the exam so that we may properly access and prepare to re-take the exam in the future. He said he would have to re-take the exam and that it would cost an additional $80. I called to explain to him today that if we reschedule and he does well on the part where he failed (after doing 3 lessons with his driving school) then he may fail him for something else because he did not execute a full driving test to be sure that there were no further issues. Overall, I feel the owner not wanting to give him the test at 3:30 on a Friday was the reason that he failed him; considering that he coincidentally failed him in leaving the lot and had him turn right back in. If that wasn't the case, then he would have allowed him to do the full exam to see if there was anything else that he needed to go over. This just speaks numbers on the passing rate of his driving school because my son received 3 driving lessons from this same school. His 3rd one being just before the test where the instructor gave him 3 mock runs of the test and she sent me a text message confirming that he was definitely ready to take the test. I also let the owner know that my son is not fluent in Spanish and he continued to speak to him in Spanish during the test. When I brought this up to the owner he replied, well he is Hispanic so maybe he should. There is no sharing your concerns with this establishment everything will be the customer's fault; he is not wrong. Even when he failed to enter in our appointment that he scheduled us for. When we showed up, he asked multiple times if we are sure that he told us about that date for a driving lesson because he had my son down to take the exam. I said no we paid for 3 lessons; not two, why would I lose a lesson? There are much better driving schools around to settle for an establishment that works in poor faith and that the owner has no respect for their customers.

If you need to learn driving from scratch, or just practice your skills, this is a very, very good school. I’m from Cuba, and I didn’t have the privilege of having parents or friends with cars there to teach me. Being in Miami, I took my time to ask friends, search, and reading reviews trying to find the very best driving school. Infinitely more than a driving license, I was looking for safe and good skills! Good driving has so much potential for good, but driving without proper training has sooo much potential for afflictions of all sorts to so many. My relatives and friends here have been willing. But they don’t have the time; or it’s risky; the insurance; and one thing is being a skillful driver, and a very different one is knowing how to train someone else well. This is why I’m so glad that I found Continental Driving School. It's one of the best investments I have made: - They are friendly and informative - They offer the introductory course - They offer the knowledge course too - You can take the exam with them officially - Upon passing the knowledge test, they help you finding the right DMV to get your learner’s license that very week. - THEIR CARS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN EXTRA BRAKE PEDAL FOR THE INSTRUCTOR (this is a nice feature, it gave me a lot of necessary confidence at the beginning). - They offer a flexible variety of driving practice packages (I took the longest, which is the recommended one for new drivers: 10 hours, that is 2 hours during 5 days, flexible schedule). - YOU CAN TAKE THE DRIVING EXAM WITH THEM, IN THEIR CARS! (which is what I did!) - And! They help you again finding availability in the right DMV for your permanent license. After the introductory courses, on day one!!… day one!!… I could drive safely and confident enough in main avenues in Miami Gardens. Today (May 16, 2025), just ONE WEEK after that, I could drive smoothly and comfortably enough in the Palmetto express way and through Hialeah. And right after my last hour of practice today, I took my driving exam and passed it 3 hours ago! I love how they take you to a safe area first. They teach you all the controls, and they take you from cero to moving the car. And they are really good at diagnosing you. If they see it’s going well, they take you from there to another area with a little more traffic, until you find yourself driving through Miami like the most normal thing in the world. I would like to thank Jonathan for his informative help, and to every Instructor, but specially to Instructor Shethy. She is an EXPERT in such training, not only does she have a thorough knowledge, but also an experience accompanied with a graceful and sympathetic character, cold blood, and a full mastery of the place. Continental Driving School was a very, very good instrument in making me (from scratch) a safe driver in this present world. PS: I took the pics attached the other day when practicing parking.

just passed my exam and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Brenda Genesis! I did the practice run beforehand (the $159 one) and it was absolutely worth it. The whole staff was so amazing and welcoming that I instantly felt comfortable. My instructor, Raul, was incredible—he explained everything so clearly, made me feel calm and confident, and even gave me some helpful pointers at the end. The route was great, the instructions were super clear, and I truly felt set up for success. Because of them, I passed my test! 🙌 Everyone at this establishment is truly 10/10. Highly recommend!
DO NOT COME HERE! I paid the fee and when I went to the DMV they did not have the report. They responded with well it happens. They receptionist stopped answering the my calls. I had to call from another number. The manager said sorry it is what it is and said make another appointment in a few days. Do you know how hard it is to make an appt!! Horrible service. Stay away
