Mr. Hebert is a good driving teacher. I was scared to drive at first and barely drove before my lessons. Then when I had my lessons I felt safe and like I wasn't going to crash. He was very straight forward and told me what I needed to work on and what would help me pass the driving test. I am happy I got him as my instructor.
Mr. Hebert is an excellent teacher. He is patient and doesn’t make me feel bad when I make mistakes. He boosts my confidence and I completely agree with what he told me that driving is a learning process. Highly recommended! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Mr. Hebert was an amazing instructor. He is very nice and pushes you to practice without seeming harsh whatsoever. He wants to see his students succeed just as much as they want to succeed. He built my confidence very well, and he has a really good vibe all around. I am 23 and have always been frightened by driving. The amount of goals I achieved in only 8 hours were incredible. I was able to go on the highway for the first time, all the way into Ortega across the buckman bridge! I learned more about three points turns, quick stops, and feeling in control of the wheel. He makes things very easy to understand, especially for someone like me who has ADHD, Autism, and anxiety. I feel much calmer behind the wheel and I am able to focus much better, and I feel ready to take my road test! Thank you so much! I highly highly recommend him to everyone!
Mr. Hebert was an excellent instructor. He always was patient and would always explain things so that it was easy for me to understand. He was a big help with me and getting me confident and comfortable on the road.
Mr. Hebert was very nice. He never made me feel as if I was doing bad or anything like that. He was patient, accommodating, and I really like the way he taught. 10/10!

I had a great experience here with Kevin as my instructor. Took the 3-day course included with the test and Kevin made it a walk in the park for me. I also had the pleasure of meeting two other instructors that gave me the impression that if you come to this school willing to follow instructions and learn you cannot fail.
This company is literally coercing kids to leave them five stars reviews. My little brother was just there and they asked him for review. He wanted to give them 3 1/2 stars because they kept rescheduling the appointment. A lady there proceeded to take his phone from his hand to make sure that he put five stars which is very unprofessional to take someone else's property.
Simply put, this place is a well oiled machine. They are friendly, welcoming, and have some great instructors. Julio was professional, friendly, and understanding. My wife is from india and she was limited due to her language barrier, but Julio was understanding and patient with her. She felt confident enough after her first class to start going out more. I will surely recommend this place to others in my community and to my co-workers. My wife repeatedly said “Julio is a great teacher!” They were kind enough to allow me to acompany my wife on her entire course. I was able to see exactly how Julio taught my wife the skills she needed to get her license. Just to clarify, this place is 5/5 in my book and Julio is 100% on point!!!
Recently signed up and I have to say, what excellent costumer service! Yolainys Zamora is such a nice lady who helped my aunt and I, she answered any questions we had in such a professional, yet friendly manner and you should definitely check this driving school out! 😸
Yanny was a great instructor, he was able to ease my anxiety about driving and I learned a lot. I would recommend his classes. Edit 8/15/2020 : There has been some issues with covid so they’re very busy and had my classes pushed back, it’s not their fault but it’s something to keep in mind if you consider signing up at the moment. I was assigned to drive with Rob on my last days, he also did an excellent job and even checked back on me to ask if I passed the test which I have so that was nice of them.

Instructor Virgil he’s great he’s kind understanding and he also is consistent with teaching. He taught me with over the road driving and also came back at a certain time at the end of the day to let us do maneuvers as well. He also made sure that you got the concept of everything that he was teaching you over the road he pushed me comprehend And to know why it was important to learn What He was teaching with all that he taught me and that was over the road and maneuvers. He took his time out for students as well Setting us up to show that we have the ability to go over the road without questioning ourselves what’s right or wrong and all that you have done for me I took it all in and I passed my state exam Wednesday even though I was nervous and you told me I got this, and I appreciate all the uplift, the respect the eagerness that you seen that I had and still made sure that I comprehend and got the concept of everything you taught me and it’s well appreciated and continue doing the consistent teaching that you’re doing. Mr. Virgil you’re the greatest With the help from you, you push me through All One and Done I’m now a Class A CDL Holder/Driver Thank you, Mr. Virgil you’re the greatest🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 instructor Mr. Troy is an amazing caring instructor , when I first got to him he was teaching me how to do everything once he did he had let me do maneuvers on my own to make sure I comprehend what he was teaching me and made sure I had the concept of how I had to maneuver the truck and trailer the right way he left us to go to another school, but came back because he was knowing that we needed him back to keep pushing us and he’s very consistent with his teaching. He’s not just gonna give you a pass. He’s going to make you earn the pass,and he’s not gonna stop until you get it. My name is Russell i just graduated from roadmasters couple days ago . I want to give a shout out to a couple instructors at this school . First one going to be troy he was direct to the point and made sure u got the steps down helped turn my fear into confidence by pushing me . My guy virgil is very good at showing you what you need to do .And he played a major part he helped me on the road getting comfortable driving . My guy RJ is also a good instructor he gave me advice that really helped me the 2nd time i took my exam on manuevers .Mrs Tracy helped majorly in PTI she showed us everything we needed know . Also cant leave out thomas we will miss him too he helped us understand the log books . Joel is a good instructor he also helped out on manuevers gave some advice on details . This school has the instructors that actually care bout you learning what you need to know ima forever going to be class 38 we represented 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Road masters it a great school for CDL A license yeah the school got one week behind but what makes up from that is the instructors that are here teaching at the Jacksonville campus Mr instructor Troy he’s great instructor for encouragement and keep going . Mr RJ he lets you take your time on pad training he lets you figure out what you did wrong then tell you what you need to do to fix it. Tracy on PTI training very very sweet lady she helps you and lets you take your time . Thomas funny and helpful instructor. Mr Virgel, He is a very humble , and honest person. He taught me a lesson. One day I didn’t have my logs up to date and he said sorry you can’t drive today . I wasn’t mad at him I was mad at myself cause I wasn’t prepared like I’m supposed to be for this training. Mr virgel hes very thorough and easy directions and teaching that is handed out for the students to succeed in this career industry. Mr virgel I’ll always have high respect towards him as an instructor and a person very humble gentleman. Mr David and Mr Joel great and funny instructors but when it comes to the training they will be great to help and guide. This school is great take your time don’t let other classmates have a negative attitude towards you point of view of this school. You are here to succeed in this industry and instructors are there to help and guide listen to them. God bless them all . 🙏🙏

This place is great and hospitable. I had a very great experience with Alaen. Please request him as your driving instructor. I went from being very uncomfortable behind the wheel to driving with ease. He easily fixes any mistakes or misconceptions you have about driving. He also makes you feel very comfortable; a great guy! This place works with your schedule and doesn't waste time. Please choose them, you are one call away from learning how to drive properly!

I am a lot more comfortable with my driving after first coast driving school. The instructor is very clear and informant, I would highly recommend.
Robert was a great instructor and I was able to learn a lot from him. He was very kind patient and most importantly made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.

Awesome place! Mark is awesome! He made it comfortable for my son on his driving test.
I had a great experience. I suggest having Mark as your instructor because he communicates well and is very nice.
My son was not able to get an appointment throught the DMV on the day he had off, but was able to get right in through the All Florida Road Testing. They we're quick to process everything and get him going on his test. They have been awesome. 🙂

Felix was so calming & helpful for us and went above and beyond to help our daughter get her license! He was very communicative, on time, and made the whole process so easy! Highly recommend!

I completed the course, but I don’t believe they reported my certificate to the DMV, which also costs an additional fee. This isn’t worth it. Check your DMV; most have an upload option where you can submit the PDF certificate yourself. I was also unknowingly enrolled in a subscription. I was charged for April, May, June, and July (all within 2025), even though I only took the course in April. I assumed the follow-up emails were just confirming completion. Turns out they quietly enrolled me in a recurring plan without clearly mentioning a subscription in their Terms of Service. It’s frustrating that this is allowed to happen; its theft. The checkout process is incredibly misleading. At one point it offers a $9.95 fee, which I accepted. Toward the end, they present it like a limited-time offer while throwing in more marketing questions. Then they change the pricing setup and push a $49 charge like it's the only option, along with more hidden fees. If you try to back out, they suddenly say they'll honor the $9.95. The whole thing is designed to trick you into paying more. It’s a shady process start to finish and clearly a shady practice. Should you go this route out of desperation, take your time during their marketing questions, and when you do sign up with them, immediately cancel your subscription after you log into your account.
Pretty much a hustle/Scam! They collect the 9.95 LOCK YOU.IN and then tell you there is an automatic $29.99 state fee. If you actually want LPTS to send it to the state there is another $20 fee, if you want a copy of the certificate emailed to you bc LPTS cannot update the Clerk of courts themselves, thats ANOTHER $29.99! THIS COMPANY IS DECEPTIVE AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE OUTRIGHT!
This a scam do not use under any circumstances. They charge 5 dollars then keep adding fees and even fail your test at the end and try to charge you to retake
This company is such a scam! They advertise $5.95 but then tack on at minimum another $36 fee. Then if you want the certificate emailed that’s another $40. I elected for the free mailing option. and didn’t receive it in the mail and had to call and get it emailed over. Do not use this company. There are many other better ones for much cheaper with quicker results.
Horrible so Horrible!!! Will make you pay to get a copy of ur course that you jusy paid for to take then you only miss 5 questions and then each time they charge you another 30 dollars per test to retake will nickel and dime you for literally everything so sad that a company will advertise such false advertising it will end up costing you an easy 100 or more depending crazy that they make you pay for a copy not even a copy but pay for an email to be sent for 50 dollars crazy!!!!! Sad to do this to ur customers
