Mr. Hebert is a good driving teacher. I was scared to drive at first and barely drove before my lessons. Then when I had my lessons I felt safe and like I wasn't going to crash. He was very straight forward and told me what I needed to work on and what would help me pass the driving test. I am happy I got him as my instructor.
Mr Hebert helped me from almost no confidence in driving to feeling completely fine on the highway after just a week of practice. Great training, very understanding and patient teacher. I felt fully calm behind the wheel when he was helping.
Mr. Herbert was great as an instructor. He didn’t put any pressure on me at all, made me more comfortable and confident behind the wheel. And he helped me learn different skills in driving.
Mr. Hebert was an amazing instructor. He is very nice and pushes you to practice without seeming harsh whatsoever. He wants to see his students succeed just as much as they want to succeed. He built my confidence very well, and he has a really good vibe all around. I am 23 and have always been frightened by driving. The amount of goals I achieved in only 8 hours were incredible. I was able to go on the highway for the first time, all the way into Ortega across the buckman bridge! I learned more about three points turns, quick stops, and feeling in control of the wheel. He makes things very easy to understand, especially for someone like me who has ADHD, Autism, and anxiety. I feel much calmer behind the wheel and I am able to focus much better, and I feel ready to take my road test! Thank you so much! I highly highly recommend him to everyone!

Mr Herbert was an excellent driving instructor he was patient and courteous he was extremely well versed in driving rules and safety regulations I learned so much and I am much more competent on the road.
Each time I try to call someone that's related to this place, I'm met with attitude or disregard for my needs. I've been trying to get my license for months and have been calling this place but it seems like you're bothering them each time you try to call. I regret spending my money here, you'll have better luck somewhere else. If some of their workers there hate their job that much, please put in your two weeks because there's no way you can call and they already have that much attitude.

If you're thinking about joining Roadmaster to become a CDL Class A driver I say do it this school have some of the most awesome best passionate loving caring wonderful instructors Thomas (classroom) Tracy( PTI) Troy 🚚 Virgil 🚛 Dan 🚛R.J. 🚚(P.A.D) and Mike my Examiner they all are perfect for the job.
Mr. Troy “Big Dog” of teaching is very helpful, MR. VIRGIL is patient knowledgeable & helpful. Mr. RJ mane man teaching is very helpful like a mother****** wants you to succeed. Mr. Joel knowledgeable about everything. Ms. Tracey wants everyone to succeed for sure. If you want wisdom speak with Mr. Virgil, he’ll give you all the wisdom you need or want. You knowledge get with Mr. Troy he’s been there for 8 years straight trust he knows.
The best driving school, HANDS DOWN! The instructors, Joel, Troy, Virgil, RJ and Dave, are the best at what they do! They give you the knowledge and skills needed to succeed, be successful and confident in this industry. The manager Bryan is great as well! You can tell he really cares about the students! I will always recommend this program to others when asked! I have no regrets or complaints and would choose this program again any day! Thomas was great in the classroom and also Tracy on PTI was amazing!!
There is 2 instructors that I want to acknowledge and give a special thanks too. Thank you Tracy for everything and being super supportive and just a great person. You're such a bright light and very good at your job VERGIL, is the man!!! Thank you for going the extra mile for us students. Thank you for caring! I came to VERGIL for help when it didn't seem like I wasn't going to make it through program. VERGIL went out of his way to help me. But not just for me but for other students he helps who struggles. Truly a great instructor and because of him, I graduated from roadmasters. From the heart Thank you VERGIL.
This school was amazing. All the instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful. Virgil and Troy were my fears of having at first, but turned out to be the BEST!! They were very helpful about the techniques and criteria needed to get done! Dan, Dave, RJ, Joel and Tracey also were amazing and gave great advice! Can’t forget about Thomas as well as the classroom instructor I had, was well knowledgeable and definitely gave patience during class and help afterwards as well. Over all every one was great. Definitely glad I chose this Roadmaster location to start of my career in trucking. I would give ten stars if i could!! 😁

Robert was a great instructor and I was able to learn a lot from him. He was very kind patient and most importantly made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.
I highly recommend them, a big thanks to Daisy for helping my father and i out. Her customer service was AMAZING!!
Didn't communicate with us very well. Made a schedule without confirming with us. Put my daughter on a waiting list and didn't tell us. We had to call and find out.

I learned everything I needed to know to be able to pass without worrying. Doing this instead of the DMV was the best choice because they give you more help. I recommend First Coast Driving School to everyone who is learning how to drive in order to pass the test!

We had a great experience. Dr. Blu was great (again). It was so helpful that he picked my teenager up for her driving lessons. I have zero complaints and absolutely recommend! (previous 1 ⭐ review from 2020) There are many aspects that we did like about it; that they picked my child up at home for driving lessons and took him to multiple different areas to get experience driving. I understand that due to Covid they became busy, but it took at least 50 calls, emails, and messages in order to get my son scheduled for the driving test, simulator, and last lesson that we PREPAID for! When I brought this up the lady on the phone (Melody?) said, "Well we are the only ones in the state doing the test." When I stated that we had already paid, she said it's didn't matter. Customer service and communication isn't hard, but ignoring customers and blowing off their concerns is disrespectful and a great way to ensure that you don't get repeat customers.
Great experience! My driving instructor Sergio kept the environment very calming and gave clear instructions which helped a lot in the whole process today.

They say it's 5 dollars but it really comes out to like 100$. Every thing outside of the test cost extra money. Don't recommend
This traffic school advertises a course for $5, but that’s just a bait-and-switch. By the time I finished, it had cost me $80 — including a hidden $40 fee just to access my certificate. That fee wasn’t disclosed until after I completed the course, when it was too late to turn back. The site was also full of technical glitches. I had to repeat multiple long sections (including a 55-minute module) due to unexplained errors, turning what should have been a simple course into over 7 hours of frustration. To make it worse, they constantly try to upsell you on extras throughout the course — things like audiobook versions, study aids, or certificate handling — and when you decline, they just keep dropping the price, clearly showing they’re just trying to wring money out of you however they can. At the end, they even try to charge you to "submit" your certificate to the DMV, even though you’re the one who has to do that yourself. And after all that, they have the audacity to ask for a tip. This company is nothing but misleading advertising, a glitchy platform, and endless upsell pressure. Avoid it. You’ll end up spending way more time and money than they claim.
NEVER, EVER, UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!! HIDDEN FEES!! - After you sign up, they tack on fees for everything. One fee charges you 39$ to EMAIL you a copy of your certificate! I called for a refund before taking the training, the gentlemen told me 2-3 business days for refund. I completed the training, and the system automatically re-charged me for the same certificate delivery fee. I called them again - and after seeing the documentation of the refund request, and knowing full well what error in the system occurred - THEY REFUSED TO REFUND.
The course material was appropriate and accurate. However, the software used was glitchy; the narrative I paid for would not work on multiple lessons so I wasted $5. My biggest complaint is misleading advertising ('lowest price') and the large number of add-on costs ($40 to get results by email?). Free delivery by USPS but warns that the certificate may not arrive in time to file with your county clerk or the DMV--totally the fault of the USPS! My $5.95 advertised price ended up as almost $100.
If I could leave zero or negative star I would. This place is a scam. My son had to do traffic school for a ticket. When he finished he chose the $9.95 email certificate option. We were charged 3 times! He called the customer service number--you cannot speak to someone. He called the tech number- they hung up on him twice. He wrote 4 emails. No response. I called and emailed as well. We paid $30 for a $9.95 certificate! Do not use this traffic school- there are many other options so don't pick them!!
