Muy mala experiencia con este lugar por mi parte no lo recomiendo además que la persona q m dio la cita no supo explicarme bien q documentos llegar y ademas q cuando fui relativamente fui por gusto que deberían de mostrar los mensajes pero que muestren también la parte que yo envie 3 mensajes nunca los vio porque la cuenta que tienen en watsap para sacar la cita me bloqueo y no me dio jamás respuesta de nada yo si contaba con mi dinero solo que cuando saque la dichosa cita no me dijeron que para sacar la restringida era obligatorio hacer alcohol y droga por tanto solo fui con el dinero del teórico porque no explicaron nada NO PIERDAN EL TIEMPO EN ESTA ESCUELA NO TIENEN ETICA NI PROFESIONALIDAD

Amazing driving school! The process was seamless with just 2 lessons and the driving exam. During my lessons Alejandro was very patient and knowledgeable, Enrique during my driving exam was professional with great feedback, and the young woman at the front desk was kind and efficient. I hope this message help other parents that are looking for a safe experience. My Daugther had Katherine as instructor from Best Driving School and she exceded all my expectations. Very nice person, professional and great instructor. They have a fair price and the best cars around to drive. They have videos from her teaching others and this helps a lot when making a decision on who you want to trust your kid with. En Pons Driving School tuve una experiencia muy especial desde mi primera clase de manejo con un instructor maravilloso que tiene muchísima paciencia gracias a eso con apenas unas clases estuve listo para realizar la prueba práctica de manejo en la cual no tuve problemas para superarla sin ningún problema. I came in on Monday the twenty fourth of this month and at first i had my doubts before coming, but when i came in it was hands down the best experience at a service place I've had. The assistants were so friendly and welcoming and helped me with everything. And the test is very easy for anyone nervous about it. I 100% recommend this place. Its a little pricey but its all worth it vs going through your regular Dmv:)💚

Ahora leyendo las reseñas he podido comprobar que no soy la primera a la que mienten y le pasa esto, hice el examen teórico en la escuela y lo pasé, después, cuando fui al FLHSMV me dijeron que tenía que volver a repetirlo, y por supuesto después de un mes ya no recordaba muchas respuestas y la información que te dan en la escuela no es muy completa y el examen que te hacen en la escuela difiere bastante del otro, eso sí, ellos lo primero que te dicen una vez terminado y pagado TODO, QUE A VECES PASA QUE ELIGEN A ALGUIEN PARA REPETIRLO, ES MENTIRA, (luego te añaden un, no solo te lo digo para que luego no te cabrees si te pasa) porque ellos saben que cuando vas allí lo tienes que repetir, eso sí, ellos se lavan las manos diciendo esto y luego tú te llevas la sorpresa, ES UNA VERGÜENZA TOTAL, no hagáis con ellos examen, FIN no solo yo, si no que si lees las reseñas comprobarás que hay más gente con este caso y habrás perdido 200 dólares nada menos.

This place is a scam! The teacher for the written exam is very rude and aggressive towards students. During the exam he was breathing down my neck doubting me and didn’t let me concentrate. I over heard him being rude to another student basically calling them dumb because they needed help logging into the test. I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your time and money.
I highly recommend coming here! I took my driving exam without an appointment and was out within an hour. I do advise to make an appointment to secure your spot. Staff is very kind and provide exceptional service. Julia was my examiner and she was absolutely wonderful! She makes you feel comfortable and reassuring when doing your exam. Don't hesitate to come here!
I made the appointment for driver test the day before with them , and when I shows up they said that they don’t have access to the system because the government for 3 weeks .. instead to send me a notification , they just waste my time and my money (uber ) .. so unprofessional , I don’t recommend that company

It was truly the best experience that I ever had! I was very worried and tense about passing the written exam, however, they gave me the resources that I needed to study and pass. Staff at the north Miami location was very informative very detailed with the program in which I needed to register for. She explained everything and took her time despite the phones ringing she was very professional.Had me read and made sure I understood before me signing any documents.
It doesn't deserve a single star. I've been trying to reschedule an appointment for an exam for two months, and on the day of the appointment, I was mistakenly informed of the wrong time four hours before. A total disaster. And honestly, the secretary makes everything even more complicated: it's obvious she's not doing her job properly. A very bad experience. No se merece ni una estrella. Avoid this place if you need to complete dui school there are other programs that offer better assistance overall they’ll make you do a evaluation and then sessions that you have to pay every week until they decide it’s over be careful. Again, if you want to be a Traffic School, you should have intelligence to be understanding when you show up. If you have different receptionists with different answers, then you all do work totally wrong. I was told to show up at your unsofisicated Traffic School Class at 9:00 AM, while I just got off the phone with another unsofisicated worker saying: you have to show 15 minutes earlier to Class. We really have a communication problem. Living in a Third World Country can be somewhat problematic. This happens to be the second time this Metro Traffic School did this to me. Why is there no one at the Desk during these days? If you're open for class, you don't close the entire Office. Again What Country are you all from? In America, you have rules to live by. This is not the way to perform a Business! You're awful! You don't have any understanding of how to perform an Office!

Fue mi prima, quien le recomendé este lugar, para presentar el test computer y llego un inspector; donde esta señorita le grito a la misma por su trabajo. Ya Que le dieron fail a los exámenes. Debido a ello, esta mujer me dijo que regresara otro día a retirar mi pago de 100$. Regrese día después y esta mujer, me insulto por el cobro: que me iba entregar, y gritaba en el establecimiento, hasta me amenazo de sacar del lugar. Que poca ética y falta de respeto a los clientes. Esta persona tiene problemas de ira….
Llame para solicitar información. La señora no dejo de repetirme y gritar que era la dueña. Muy falta de respeto y no tiene la menor idea de cómo atender a un cliente. Aparte se refirió de manera extremadamente peyorativa hacia las personas en el espectro autista. Dijo "El examen practico del DMV es tan fácil que hasta un Autista lo pasa" Falta de respeto absoluta. Es evidente que esta persona es agresiva, se puede ver en las respuestas a los reviews anteriores. Ni porque me paguen visitaría a esta agencia.

Sergio and Jasiel are great road test instructors. They are patient and explain clearly how to properly maneuver a bus on the road. Alex is also patient and great at teaching parking and Cooper too. Michael is the best pre-trip inspection instructor. He explains each item on the checklist so that you understand what it is and what it does and organizes it in a manner that reduces the chances of forgetting something. Definitely the best place to get your endorsement. Also, if you’ve never been on a motorcycle, I’d recommend watching a quick YouTube video on how to shift gears on a motorcycle. Otherwise, even beginners can take this course and quickly get up to speed. They give you a helmet, but you will need to bring a long sleeve shirt long pants shoes that cover your ankles and glasses. They ask you to bring gloves as well, but they might potentially have some spare ones in case you forget yours. I highly recommend doing your endorsement here over any other place. These guys are very professional and The instructor road for 22 years for the Florida Highway Patrol.
I just finished the course I got to say it was a nice experience. Both instructors were awesome! And friendly. They were able to teach students that have never riden before and people with experience. They both are committed to getting you on the road by helping you with hands on skills and knowledge test. I highly recommend this place. They also provide you with water for those hot days.

I had a great experience at The CDL school! The instructors were amazing—everyone was friendly, respectful, and made you feel welcomed from day one. George stood out as extremely helpful and always prioritized safety. He was very detailed in his teaching and made sure every student fully understood the material. Darius was also a great instructor—cool, knowledgeable, and thorough when it came to the equipment and everything we needed to know to be successful. While I do wish the school offered job placement assistance after graduation, the training itself was top-notch. Thanks to what I learned there, I passed my test and landed a job—and I’m still doing great on the road because I stuck with everything they taught me. I recently moved to Miami from India. Kattya my driving instructor taught me car driving with a lot of patience. She has a great sense of humour and very good communication skills. I have a baby and she was very flexible with last min cancellations and adhoc driving sessions. She was thorough with feedback and filled with positivity. I used to look forward to my driving sessions with her. Thanks to Kattya, I now have confidence on my driving skills. Her brother Carlos made sure he gave me sessions to prep me for the computer based exam. All in all, a very good experience indeed.

Great driving school, everyone who works there is super nice and encouraging. My driving instructor Kattya had the most patience with me being that I was new to Florida, she would explain to me a lot to ensure that I didn’t make the same mistakes, being that I’m a visual learner she always drew up when she explained so that I would have a visual idea of what she’s saying. I would highly recommend this school especially for starters, if you want people who will work with you and to carefully teach you this is the school you should go to.
I recently relocated from New York City to Miami and needed to obtain my Florida driver’s license to drive my children to school. Although I had obtained a driver’s license abroad over 20 years ago, I felt anxious about driving again—especially in Miami, where there’s heavy traffic and different rules! I filled out the online form, and within 30 minutes, Carlos called to walk me through the process of getting my learner’s permit. He explained everything clearly and helped me plan around my goal of getting licensed quickly. My instructor, Kattya, was exceptional—professional, punctual, patient, and highly skilled. Her calm and encouraging communication style helped me gain confidence quickly, particularly with what I consider "hairy" turns, highway merges, and parking techniques. She was also flexible and responsive when scheduling adjustments were needed. I initially enrolled in the 12-hour Intermediate II program and later added more sessions to gain more confidence in my skills. Thanks to Andina and Kattya, I passed my road test and now drive my kids around Miami every day!

Mindy and her sister lily are amazing and professional. As soon as you talk to them over the phone they are so polite and friendly. I highly recommended them. My 16 year took a lesson and they were really detailed and very patient, this made my son have more confidence and was able to take the driving test with no problem. Thank you guys, keep doing what you are doing. Love to see people enjoy their jobs.

Worst experience of my life When you’re providing a service especially one as important as a driving test the person in charge should be at the very least patient and respectful. That was absolutely not the case here. This driving school, and specifically the man who conducts the driving tests, was incredibly rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. His attitude turned what should’ve been a nerve wracking but exciting experience into something traumatic and discouraging. If you value being treated with basic respect and want a fair, supportive environment to take your driving test, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Thank you

I had a great experience here. My instructor was patient and understanding. He’s been teaching for over 50 years and has a great amount of experience. i always felt calm and safe during my lessons. I took the drivers test at the same place with Nieves. She made me feel at ease when taking the exam and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn how to drive, they truly want the best for their clients.

Pésima experiencia en esta escuela. Cuando hice mi examen teorico no pude concentrarme porque hacen demasiado ruido, y ademas, te tratan como cualquier cosa.
I came here for my son and my daughter and they were able to take there Computer exam and Drug and alcohol the same day. They were nice enough to make us an appointment with the DMV so we were in and out. Then I hired them to give classes and thanks to belkys and victor my two kids are great safe drivers. 👍🏼
Si pudiera dejar la estrella vacía definitivamente lo hiciera pague 150 dólares por un examen práctico en el cual vino una persona poco profesional,grosero y sin responsabilidad ninguna fue la peor porquería a la que fui, mientras hacía el examen sólo estuvieron en el teléfono y encima me reprobaron con base a mentiras no vallan a este lugar su personal no le interesan sus clientes

Falta de respeto y educación la dueña de este lugar, desde el principio que me senté en el carro con su maltrato. Hablando por el teléfono y mandando mensajes de texto mientras me hacía el examen. Le doy una estrella porque no me queda mas remedio: traten de hacer su examen con otras personas no con ella. Porque te tratará de hacer que pierdas la concentración y te culpará de fallos ilógicos cuando estás manejando. A mi me hizo hasta llorar y no perdí mi compostura porque sabía que eso era lo que quería pero si la puse en su lugar. Pase el examen ! Si no le gusta trabajar con el público que no lo haga.
