I feel this was the best choice as an older learning driver(23). I had Brenda for all my driving courses &’ she made it comfortable and a smooth transition. She made it so I did not need to be nervous to drive. Great environment &’ Mr. Freeze is great &’ can keep the class fun while making sure you learn what you need.
At Best price the instructors are the best part of this school. Location is on the older part of Menaul, but the instructors are the best. My son has been driving for a year and still talks about little things and tips that instructors gave him at Best Price. This is a school that really teaches kids how to drive during their drive times!
Excellent service, friendly, got us in and out.. I didnt know they offered so many mvd services. Highly recommend!!
Honestly I had so much fun in Mr freez class. He is the best

Not impressed. Getting drivetime with instructors is few and far between it can take months for something to even become available. I don't feel like they are truly trying to prepare the children to become good drivers they just want to get them through the class and push them out the door. Too many students not enough instructors. I'm very frustrated.
THE best driving school! They are extremely patient and helpful. My favorite is Sherry, absolute kind human with so much patience. I would recommend this school to all you guys out there who need to learn how to drive.
Excellent! My son felt comfortable with the instructors and learned as much as he could. Thank goodness for driving lessons, took some pressure and stress off of me as a parent trying to teach your kid how to drive (yikes!). Everyone took the care required to ensure safety and followed COVID protocols.
Wow how times have changed!! zooming with a funny instructor. I usually hate a meet and greet, but Chris made it fun. The class was interesting, and even at my age I learnt new stuff. If only we could do traffic school more often, I would take my punishment with a smile, and pick this place every time:)
Called to get information not on website. Owner tells me they are "the best". Okay, if you think so... Nothing on website states days or hours for scheduling the "one on one" driving times. Said it's "cost prohibitive" to discuss on the phone when the students gets the information in the class. I want to know details of what I'm paying for before I pay for it. Simple to me, difficult for him. He also enjoyed talking over me on the phone. Not cool.

Awesome experience. Convenient/no appointment for a road- test. Staff was friendly and professional. Competitive prices. Thank you!
I just went to the worst experience ever in my life. I never thought this can happen to me. I've seen this happen on TV on YouTube on Facebook. But I never thought that would happen to me. That experience was so embarrassing over a parking lot. Some lady demanding for me to move a parking lot. That doesn't have any signs saying that is private or Reserve after I went down and I talk to the owner and he Treat me even worst God would do judgment No one shouldn't be treated like that especially a public business...
They do good with their services but the staff are rude! And their parking situation is ridiculous and horrible.
They deactivated my account for "canceling" a drive time. I didn't cancel anything yet. Then I called and they said I did a no call no show. Well I called and I told them that I actually can't go in that day and the guy spoke over me, wouldnt let me talk he just kept saying "good bye, bye. Okay. Bye. Goodbye." Over me, and I was unable to ask about activating my account again, and honestly I really don't want to go back. Id rather get my licence through the MVD test or whatever. And No one apologized for that behavior. But the class and teacher was a great experience.
La escuela es muy buena pero hay un señor alto muy muy grosero, no debería estar ahí. Te da las voz de mando en mal forma y casi encima del semáforo para personas que manejan por primera vez. The School is nice, the owner and most people there but a tall guy who is very rude. He gives you command at the last minute and rude rude. He should not be there.

She was super nice and helped me so much!!!! I was really nervous but I passed!!!! I recommend this place to anyone!!
one of the driving expecters doesnt even teach you to drive he just sits there and expects you to drive and gets extremely mad and is impatient and the other expecter is really nice and patient
They have bad customer service.... I made an appointment and when I showed up there was a notice on the door that they did not have service, until the next day. but it's annoying that someone shows up and they don't notify you. and I didn't go to work because of the appointment. I had. That's why I don't recommend that place.
Good experience. Melissa is a great driving instructor. As a reminder, don't forget a quick glance when changing lanes!
Las chicas muy amables.

Do not waste your money here. I read the reviews and still went because they promised to work with our schedule my son in sports. Took our money and never answered phones again. One time I got through in the year we went there the owner yelled at me. When I took my son next day he treated my son bad. We had to walk away, my son never got his license. They are so difficult to work with. The women there are not allowed to do anything, answer phones or questions they send you to the owner and he is Very Rude!
Alfred is a very unprofessional and rude. If you ask any questions at all he takes it as a personal attack on his intelligence. He yells and attacks teen age girls just for asking to get their certificate which was rightfully earned. Wasted money with no refunds. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!
I highly recommend old-school of driving for your kids. All three of my kids went there and had no issues. They were great. They even help with paperwork and licensing now can’t beat that they’ve always been kind and professional and my kids enjoying going there never had any complaints on being harassed for anything so I highly recommend them to everyone.
This place horrible! Do not send your kid here! the instructor Alfredo is the most rudest person on this planet I can’t believe he has been in business this long with an attitude so awful. He doesn’t even stay in classes and when he is in there, all he does is yell and speak to the children in aggressive tone. He does not offer Restroom facilities to children! He makes them take their break outside in the freezing weather and has them watching videos in a confined 12 x 10 room. Nobody should have to or want to learn in an atmosphere like that. When I addressed my issues with Alfredo he only shot them down with rude accusations towards my daughter which led to him only contradicting himself. He says he records all classes which he refuses to show me he says we are now kicked out of his class due to my daughter not following his rules. Do not give these people your money do not put your Child through this misery. Learning to drive should be fun experience exciting experience. Which old school driving cannot offer! West side location 4101 coors blvd they are scammers take your money and treat you however they want.

What a mess, never have I met anyone so mean. The owners will suck every bit of money they can from you, and wont even pay for your road test. He will talk almost nothing about driving, and more so on personal stories about his deployment, his high-school track career, and his brothers and sisters. Which idk how that relates to driving. The owner must be very insecure because he will constantly insult people, be very rude on the phone, and told us in-class how he would beat up any of our dads. He also almost fist fought a student because the kid said something, and he had to be calmed down by his wife. They are also very bad about responding and it will take 15 voicemails, 80 texts, and then maybe they will respond to you. They are also very bad about scheduling drive times and it takes multiple months to get them done. Just to give you an idea of how crazy these people are, I'm writing this under an alternate account so they don't leak unwanted information or do something to me. Do not go to this driving school, do not give these insecure, rude people your money, because you will just end up 500 dollars down and very disappointed.
This place is awesome, all my kids went here. They are graduated now and all drive excellent. God bless you and your instructors. Peace!
This company is fraud. Don't trust the owner Lisa, she promises big and will not give time or classes to your kids to drive e.g. my daughter has done only 2 classes in last 3 months that too in night. I contacted them repeatedly to schedule drive times & they would text back saying they would call to reschedule at a certain time though no one ever did. Don't believe them as they flip and speak lie. I opened the chargeback.
This company is now teaching my 3rd driver. My oldest went here and is an amazing aware driver. She appreciated the interactions with the instructors and received quality and meaningful feedback from them. My second took Driver’s Ed in school-the instructors did not demonstrate real knowledge of the road and my second struggles to drive well. My third-has thus far been given supreme instruction in driver’s education-if he fails it is not on the shoulders of these instructors; he has been given sufficient opportunities to get the instruction down! Additionally, they are helpful and have totally worked with our schedule since we are from out of town. I am totally impressed with this cohort of educators-they take their job seriously and the no nonsense approach to driving is a breath of fresh air! They have kept us informed via email-if we have any concerns-though busy-they take that minute to make sure these are alleviated. I cannot say enough about how amazing this school is-if you can bring your children here they will ensure our children are well-equipped to take on any challenge related to training them to be safe in a situation that may otherwise harm them or others indefinitely! I will certainly be visiting them with my 4th! Love this place!!!
I just called this facility to ask questions about how to get a driving test result since my daughter went here for driving hours and I was just told that they want to go one on one with me and got real aggressive me. This is real unprofessional and unethical! Do not bring your kids here. This is not the kind of people you want to work with. This is horrible and they want lawsuits to take place!

The owner, David, was beyond disrespectful and makes very rude remarks towards student drivers. His remarks appear to be sexist in nature and does not encourage young drivers to get ahead. Instead, he humiliates them by directly telling them, "bad driver" and, "no wonder you can't drive". I would advise anyone to avoid this place. More than likely, they are going to comment under my review as false, but it is difficult to neglect the reality when majority of the reviews align with what I am stating. I hope MVD does not continue to support them or someone else changes management because all I got after a phone call, was a person laughing on the other end.
worst school ever the teacher here can't even remember what he is talking about he is always asking his students what was I talking about? When he gets off topic. Then he got mad at a student because one student kept on answering all of the questions being that no one else wanted to answer a question. I mean come on man getting mad at someone for answering questions REALLY?
Sent my son through this class. VERY disappointed with scheduling times and class instructors. Were not helpful from Dave McGinnes down to the pwrson answering the phone. Iwner is flat out rude and obnoxious. Have 2 more kids who will NOT be going through this non customer based oriented organization.
Owner was just rude . Still got my license but barely. Makes very uncomfortable. Wouldn't suggest for new timers. I like his son Ryan though he's a great teacher!
I have purchased driver's education, with driving hours and road testing from McGinnis School of Driving two times. The first time was for my 18 y.o. nephew, who moved in with us at the beginning of the COVID lockdowns. More recently, for my 15 y.o. daughter. Both were positive experiences overall. My nephew ended up completing the classroom portion and lacked the motivation to schedule the in-person driving lessons to obtain his license. This was not the fault of the school. Rather, it was the lack of motivation and initiative on his part to obtain a license. I don't fault the school for that. He still doesn't have a license (his choice) and relocated to a major metro area where public transit is readily available, which is probably in the best interest of public safety (LOL). My daughter, Savannah, had a wonderful experience. She liked the real life stories that were shared in class and learned a great deal. Although it was sometimes difficult to find available appointments for driving instruction that didn't conflict with her school and work schedules, she had a very positive experience. The instruction was great and very constructive. She wasn't offended by anything that was said by the instructors but she was appalled by some of the disrespectful behaviors exhibited by some of her classmates at times (Ex. talking on cellphone during class after being told devices should be turned off, being rude/disrespectful to the instructors, etc.). I might be viewed as a little old-fashioned in this sense but I was glad that the school took a no-nonsense approach to dealing with this sort of discourteous behavior. Parents send their kids to driving school to learn and to become responsible, safe drivers. It is a privilege to be afforded the opportunity to attend and they should appreciate that and take it seriously. It is the responsibility of the instructors to be sure that the students have met the minimum competency requirements to obtain licensure. Just because you pay for a class doesn't mean you automatically "pass" if you don't/won't/can't meet the standards. Personally, I appreciated the fact that my child wasn't just "passed" because we paid for it without the assurance that she was truly safe to operate a vehicle. I value her life and the lives of other too much to want her "passed" through Driver's Ed without having actual competency demonstrated. I feel confident that she is safe to drive, thanks to the instruction she received at McGinnis. While I do wish that there were more driving hours available for scheduling on weekends (the only negative thing I have to say), I am mostly grateful for individuals with the patience to teach these novice drivers. God knows that my nerves couldn't handle it and I was happy to pay a reasonable price to have the pros provide that! I am very satisfied with the instruction provided and plan to send my youngest daughter when she is old enough to start driving
