Peace😊😊😊 Man though I didn't get a 1in done this is far out one of the fastest learning experiences I have ever had and in the beginning I thought that it could not be done and 160 hours but they showed me that it could be done with the proper knowledge wisdom and understanding of how to do a pre-trip learning all the Maneuvers and downshifting upshifting on the road. I recommend this to all my Bros I'm really want to get some money and take care of a family this is the place to come to peace!
If your thinking about getting your CDL, this school is the place to be. They helped me through each step along the way and made a long process seem easier. Each instructor at the school impacted me with experience and teaching styles. I want to shout out to instructor Ed, who spent the most time with me. I appreciate the time and energy he put into my experience. Thank you 160!
I’m a recent graduate From 160 It was a great experience I Want to thank all the Staff in Medina not only did they take the time to show me what I needed to know, but they also made it fun for me to learn it as well. Doc is the best instructor To show someone the correct way to use a manual transmission not Plus, he got a good sense of humor, Mike is A great fit to show students how to Do the offset maneuver he also make it fun I still use The pizza burrito and taco method to this day😂😂😂 only ppl that have work with him will understand. All the instructors are great And they will teach you how to pass the test but to be honest it’s up to u to Embrace and apply the knowledge they give you. if u have a problem with anything talk to Erick and he will deal with it accordingly. I just want to say thank yall again and Erick you have a great team of instructors💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 #manual is the real way to drive a truck 😂 don’t be scared
160 driving academy was a really good school , they did everything they could to give me all the knowledge I needed on semi trucks , glad to say I passed on my first try , you just have to believe an really put the work in . Thanks 160 & John
My experience there was omg crazy. If it had not been for Miss Hattie and Jeff I would of failed!! Miss Hattie was one of the BEST instructor there!!! She came in every day and was helping her students through the whole process. She didn’t have a attitude either. Jeff and Miss Hattie they really do care about their students getting their CDL’s. This is the only reason why I’m giving this three stars. Miss Hattie and Jeff I just wanted to say I thank you from the bottom of my heart you two made my dream come true!!! May God continue to bless you all and you all’s family’s🔥💯🙌🏾🙏🏾

This school is very unorganized, they dont have enough staff ro whatever reason it is very difficult to schedule the driving lessons. If I could I would take my money back and look for a private person for the driving hours. You can schedule only on one day at one certain hour and the online page is horrible, if you can not do in that day, it gets delayed yet another week and so on for months and months.
Had three lessons with Mr. Joe Dixon and it was an absolute waste of time. Felt like I have not learned anything, and he wasn't very helpful. I would choose somewhere else
Worst experience I can imagine. Classroom instructor was erratic and only vaguely coherent. Older gentleman with a tendency to show the same video in multiple classes, suddenly bang on desks and shout as he rambled through odd monologues about the military while almost never touching on actual driving education . From the other reviews in the past year or two I’m actively worried this instructor is also doing behind the wheel and there’s no way I will subject my teen to that with him. Classroom had no (or minimal) AC in summer. Website information was consistently inaccurate about schedules and even the general process. Example 1 - website said one day at this location was class #1 which my teen needed, but it turned out to be class #6. Example #2 - enrollment email stated that after taking 2 of the 8 in person classes a driver could begin scheduling the 8 hours of behind the wheel, however on the phone we were told that couldn’t be done until all in person classroom time was complete. I cannot fathom how this was $500+
Absolutely terrible. Teacher is totally incompetent and has no idea what’s going on. Nobody there has any idea what the class is actually for or what it will actually do to help you. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.
In class instructions was a good experience for my son. In-car scheduling is extremely frustrating. This process should take 1-2 weeks, but this will probably take my son 1 month or more. The instructor did not show up for his first leasson and his 3rd lesson was cancelled. I would definitely avoid the frustration and unprofessionalism and pick another school.
