My wife had private lessons with Star Driving lessons, Sylvester as her instructor. Clean car, pick up and drop off and convenience with scheduling. Highly recommend Star driving lessons to everyone and thank you Sylvester for all your patience and your effort. She passed her road test at first attempt.
Sylvester is a great driving instructor who taught me all the basics and helped me become and advanced driver really fast. I took the 30 hour package with him and it has been really beneficial . The pricing is great for everything you learn in the 30 hour packaged. Some of the things I learned aren’t taught in regular driving schools. Knowing these basic rules made me a safe driver and I ended up passing my road test on my first attempt. Sylvester is really friendly and a great person to be around. He is always joking and making the class feel a lot more enjoyable than what it could be. Also, he picks you up from your house which makes everything a lot easier for you. He always works your classes into his schedule really well and makes it work with your schedule as well. I’m very happy with everything Sylvester taught me in these 30 hours and I have become a safe driver who is confident behind the wheel.
As a parent, I recommend Star driving lessons. Amini is a very good driving instructor. He knows how to train teens. He provides detailed instructions about the rules to my daughter and taught how to be on road while driving. He allows parents to sit in the car while teaching. I was in the car sometimes and got to know how my kid is driving and the progress. He is very responsive and answers all the questions we have. Also, he provides all the details needed for the paperwork to go for the test. All in all, he is the best teacher and kids love his teaching. Thanks AMINI Sylvester for being best instructor.

Staff was friendly and professional. I paid for the classroom portion in October then after my son got his permit they have been very accommodating scheduling his driving portion of instruction. I would highly recommend for teens needing Drivers Ed.
This place is AMAZING. I was afraid to teach my 16 and 17 year olds how to drive so I visited this place. I paid for 13 hours of training for both children and I am amazed. I’ve let my children drive and they actually drove very well. They’ve been telling me the things the instructors been telling them and they speak on how calm the instructors are. I thank God I found this place. The best thing………as a single full time working parent between business hours, if you live within a 30 minute drive from the brick and mortar location, they will pick up and drop off your student for a fee. That was beneficial to us because both of my children work at least 30 hours per week and I work M-F far away from our home. I definitely recommend. As of 9/22/24, my 16 and 17 y/o’s passed their road tests with very high scores due to this school. 10/10 I recommend.
The service is extremely pleasant and comfortable that makes that nervousness go away, I will highly recommend this place to my folks! (I passed the test!!! thanks to the friendly and professional people that made this happen smoothly.)

My daughter took her driving test. They were very friendly, ensured we had all the right paperwork, and got us in and out quickly! It was a bonus that they are able to upload everything to DPS, saving us a separate trip. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I was able to not only take the drivers ed course, but I was also able to finish my 14 hours and take the road test through the school. This made it extremely convenient, but it did cost a lot.

We had a great experience here with my teen daughter. It was easy and convenient to make an appointment online and they sent automated email reminders with a checklist of items to bring for her road test. Sherry was her test administrator. She and the whole staff were pleasant and helpful. And it’s a big plus that they can file the paperwork on our behalf to help us skip the extra trip to DPS. Highly recommend!

This course was very educational and detailed. Down to the road regulations, driving traffic violations, and organ donating. I really received a lot of help with the road sign meanings, i know that was something i needed a bit more learning on. And i felt like i really learned that with this course.

All three of our kids went to this driving school + practice drive + road test. In each case, staff were awesome, instructors were personable and helpful. Logistics to book online or over the phone were super easy with someone always answering the phone during business hours. In one instance, we had to take the practice and road tests at a different location from our preferred and they accommodated us. Highly recommended for their overall experience and of course, for getting the job done well.

Mrs Lin was a very fun teacher to have and made driving school engaging. I would highly recommend compared to online driving school as it is more engaging and you learn not just the required information, but also extra information that helps you as a driver and is helpful for new drivers.
I enjoyed Drivers' Education classes here because my instructor Ms. Jennifer W is an amazing teacher. She made everyone in the class feel welcomed and understood with her kind nature. I will miss her a lot after my drive times! I would recommend the Driving School of North Texas to anyone who wants to learn how to drive with experienced, kind, and amazing people.
Incredible Staff. Super nice and always putting the teenage drivers need first. My oldest took his driving test here but was self taught and my youngest took the class here. Nothing but great things here. If I had another teenage driver, they would do the class, driving and driving test here. A++
I went to Frisco west with Mr Paul. He was a very good teacher. I think I learned a lot more in class than I think I would have with any online class. I had to do make up day 12 at Frisco East and Ms Lin was a good teacher too.
Honestly a decent place unless you get a bad teacher, because there are a couple members of staff who are going to absolutely torture you. I typically wouldn’t sit back and use my degree in armchair psychology publicly, especially not on google reviews, but good god I’ve never met a teacher who so perfectly fit the definition of “tyrannical sadist”. This man loves to humiliate students and actively encourages bullying. The only reason I stopped being made fun of in his class is cause everyone united to hate him specifically. It’s almost uncanny how horrid one man can be to a bunch of teenagers without facing any repercussions. When you hear about most bad teachers you get the story about them picking favorites and being rude to those they deem “lesser” than their perfect students, not this guy, he doesn’t pick favorites, he picks least favorites and that’s all of us, he hates everyone equally. The only difference is the ways he mistreats us, some of us get ridiculed in front of the whole class, some get forcefully volunteering just to be mocked, some of us just get treated like toddlers. It seems like if you don’t treat him like Jesus reanimated he hates you, and if he hates you you’d do your best not to hate him, cause if he senses even a little disrespect you’re kicked out of the class.
