El lugar es excelente y la gente es muy amable y también la maestra Minnis. El proceso dura unas seis horas, pero realmente vale la pena para obtener mi licencia de conducir.

I needed to drive from scratch, I was nervous, and I found great support in the Willowbrook office of Cypress Creek Driving School. Ms. Roxana and the other instructors were amazing, lots of knowledge, patience and security. Private lessons in English and Spanish. Ten stars!! A thousand thanks. Necesitaba aprender a conducir desde cero, estaba nervioso y encontré un gran apoyo en la oficina de Cypress Creek Driving School en Willowbrook. La Sra. I called first thing in the morning and they fit me into their schedule. When I went everything went smoothly and the front desk lady Denise was super nice and comforting, she was so sweet!! And Mrs. Roxana the instructor gave very good input and really clear instructions, she was super sweet!! And let me know I had nothing to worry about, which was really comforting. I definitely would recommend this place for your DPS road test!
got the silver package for adult drivers and successfully passed my road test on the first try! roxana was so helpful and kind with her instruction and made me feel comfortable on the road during my drive times and on my road test. i highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to work towards getting their license
I could not have asked for a better driving school experience! They have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout my driving license process. I went to them for an initial query about the driving license process for adults 25+, and they explained all the steps so clearly. I enrolled in the 9-hour private driving lessons as soon as I got my learners permit and got the best driving instructor! Throughout the lessons, she always guided me in the right direction and was incredibly patient. She made sure to correct any mistakes that I made on the road immediately, and also gave additional tips on becoming a responsible driver. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn how to be a safe, responsible driver and wants to get their license!!

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, la manager es excelente. Ella me agendó mi cita de modo tal que coincidiera con mi horario de trabajo. Su eficiencia hizo que mi tiempo se administrara de tal manera que puede realizar todo el procedimiento sin afectar mi trabajo. Muy satisfecha
I went in to schedule my daughter's road test as just a walk-in. And although their schedule was booked, Ms. Solanlli was very attentive and was able to get my daughter an appointment for the next morning. She was helpful in providing the information and resources needed to get our appointment items, including printing out any documents we didn't have on us at the time. On the afternoon of the exam with the instructor, they even stayed close to the end of their office hours (on a Friday) to finalize her folder for the DPS so she can apply for her license. Because they were so helpful, we decided to go straight to the DPS and we also were able to walk-in there that same afternoon. We got everything done in a matter of just one afternoon, because they were able to help. They were more than happy to do so, and so was my newly licensed teen driver. I recommend 10/10.

The staff is VERY nice!! everything was done so fast and easy. i would HIGHLY recommend adults over 25 to stop by, my instructor was the older lady she was very perfessional and very straight forward.
I had a road driving test with the Driving School of Houston yesterday, and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. The online payment process was incredibly easy and convenient, making the entire process hassle-free. I would especially like to mention Ms. Ingrid, my examiner, who was fantastic. She gave clear instructions before the test, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Her calm and supportive demeanor made the driving test a lot less stressful. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Horrible scammers!!!, Stay away !!! They will charge you for the course $28 minimum and later after completion of the course will charge you agin, ´only ¨ for downloading your cerification. On they their webside they will lie you that it is the lowest price!! The course is not updated from years. When I call for explantion, she just hangout .
Avoid online course at all costs. Find another company. Website is trash from 2001. Progress bar is never present and doesn't even accurately show you how far you have gone. Questions are often confusing and spent minimal amount on content. There are 0 diagrams showing the traffic situations/signage that its talking about. It is clear the company spends its efforts on marketing and not on its technology or course content.
While I have used successfully used this company in the past, this time around was less than acceptable. Waiting on hold for 2 hours to receive customer support despite sending two separate emails to their customer service inbox. Clearly, the promise of 24/7 support and getting back to you “right away” is not accurate. This is a real time post. So, I’m hoping this will help expedite resolution of the issues.
Customer service is off on Sundays but they say they have 7 days a week service. 3 different transactions totaling 130$ when advertising 25$!!! People have their money counted for essentials and random transactions is not okay
Use a different company. If I could leave zero stars, I would. They charge you $25 for the course and then they charge you another $25 to download the certificate that you’ve earned and payed for. If I knew they were going to be shady like that I would have chosen another company.
